Worse clinic ever! Long story short... the NP never sent me medicine that actually helps with my gastrointestinal problems. Told her that I have problem going to the restroom and she send me medicine that cause constipation. I called them yesterday and today and they said "eat papaya"... very rude. I would never go back. Ive been sick for over 2 weeks with body aches & a swollen red throat that over the counter medication is not helping. Bernadette refused to prescribe me anything saying it would make me worse. Then kept apologizing to me. I wouldn't of come to urgent care of over the counter medication was working. A waste of $25. I won't be returning here. read more

The older male doctor is great, Steven is great, younger provider is great. The older lady with the silver hair is a joke. After forty minutes in an empty office she finally comes into my room and in her first and only sentence to me I told her I was just going to go to the er. She didn't even read my chart. I asked the front desk workers if my insurance would be billed and they said yes since the provider went in the room . She didn't even look at me , or ask me any personal question. She was in there for ten seconds before I walked out. Will call management and my insurance. I will never take my family here again with her working there read more

No one can get treated without a doctor saying it's COVID. I wish they would treat you like normal instead of assuming it was COVID every single time. That's all the doctor said it was even though I had a negative test already. First time at this urgent care. One of the newer facilities in the area, so in a general sense it's clean but up close there is dust and dirt in several places in the patient room. Overall disappointing experience. read more

Do not take your children here. We took my 18 month old here last night with symptoms of a high grade fever, the physician working walked into the room asked if my daughter had been tugging on her ears.. I replied and said "not anymore than normal". He looked at one ear and said yup that's an infection and looked at the other and said that's an infection too. Prescribed amoxicillin, tylonel and motrin. Even after I insisted I had tylonel and motrin at home, he said he wanted her to have "this one". They were supposed to send the medication to a local 24 hour pharmacy.. we went to the pharmacy at 9pm and waited an hour only to get to the front of the line to find out they never sent it. Something didn't sit right with me, so I brought her to her primary first thing this morning.. sure enough he looked at her ears and said they look PERFECT. So disgusted with our health care system, urgent care service and particular this office and MD. read more

First time here and the service was not bad. I was in fairly quickly. However, the doctor gave a recommendation that the medical issue I had came from something I came into contact with at work. I called the front desk to ask if they could provide a note or document from the doctor which stated that I could have came in contact with something at work and the girl at the front desk stated "No we don't do that" I asked what was the reason they could not provide a note and she stated "We just don't do that." What kind of Urgent Care doesn't provide notes? I've been to plenty urgent cares and if I needed a note for my kids school or anything it was always provided. read more

First off, my review is only 4 stars bc of Dr. Johnny. He has seen my son a few times, he is very patient, takes time to listen to your concerns & seems to genuinely care. There have been 2 occasions now where my son has been seen by the PA, Alex. He legit doesn't care. Doesn't even spend 5 minutes with you. Today I took my son in bc he's had a cough for 2 weeks that has gotten a little worse. First of all, he didn't even listen to my sons chest to confirm nothing is settling in his chest. He literally said most of the time when kids have a congested cough, it's bc they have an ear infection. He looked at my sons ears, and from what I can tell, not well & immediately said he had an ear infection. So back story, my son has had 2 ear infections since May, his symptoms always being a runny nose, cough bc of the post nasal drip & major loss of appetite, and his speech gets really Bad bc he can't hear. My son doesn't have any of his usual ear infection symptoms. This is the second time Alex his misdiagnosed my son & prescribed unnecessary antibiotics. The last time he saw my son, he was in n out so fast & back to his conversation with the receptionist like that was his actual job. I took my son for a follow up with his pediatrician this afternoon who confirmed he does NOT have an ear infection. So my best advice is to ask for Dr. Johnny. And to Alex, if you're genuinely not interested in treating patient's properly& diagnosing them correctly, go do something else. read more

I live in Riverside, but my PCP is in Orange County (he's worth the drive for routine visits). Unfortunately, I had an acute rib injury and needed to be seen quickly. I visited this location with no appointment. They got me in to see a provider really quickly. The staff, nurse, and doctor were all super courteous and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. They were able to treat me for the injury, which has now alleviated my pain. Also, my insurance can be kind of tricky because I work for an out-of-state organization. The front desk staff were patient and considerate about this, which isn't always the case. I'd go here again for quick treatment in a heartbeat. read more

I went in today with a hurt foot. I was in and out in less then 45 minutes! Which included a shot of antibiotics , a petscription to my local pharmacy, a swab to send to the lab, and a cleaning n new dressing! They were awesome. Wait I'm not done .. they were so nice and caring to me and others in the waiting room. There was a older women who was coughing feeling ill and they came and brought her a cup of water without her asking. Then after she left another staff member immidiately came and sanitized the air with a aerosol can. Just in case there were any germs lingering around from the sick women. Finally when you pass by the clinic do not think there is no where to park because if you go behind the clinic you will find plenty of parking which is five to ten feet away from the doors !! read more

Absolute BEST urgent care I've been to in my 50+ years. I used to go to Raincross urgent care for many years, and that place was terrible. Very unprofessional, their rotating PAs have misdiagnosed me several times, and the front desk staff can be extremely rude and immature (not to mention, petty). They're so unprofessional that during one visit with one of their PA'S, while the door was closed while he was examining me for a misdiagnosed "ruptured eardrum", the young staff were knocking at the door giggling. He smiled, told me to wait, went out the door, came back in and said, "oh, They're just giving me a hard time and joking around." I couldn't believe it. I was in there with extreme pain, in the middle of talking to him, and this was going on. How unprofessional can you get? Then he prescribed EYE DROPS instead of ear drops for my ear. I called the next day to explain how I was prescribed eye drops and not ear drops, and they told me the PA would call me back. Hours went by and I called back. The front desk was so rude, said he was busy, and to call back. I did yet again. Then they told me to come in, even though they knew I was just there the night before, where I would have had to wait for 1+hrs in pain. I just asked if he could fix and call in the correct prescription, to no avail. I can go on and on about this situation, among many other situationswith them, but this is a review for CMG. The front desk staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, and the PAs and doctors and nurses are amazing! They take the time to explain everything to you, are very thorough during examination, truly listen to your symptoms, and make sure they give you the best treatment for your situation. They do all of that, and more, with a positive and friendly attitude. THAT'S what a doctor should do, and they do that here. Johnny (who was amazing! Along with the female blonde doctor previously) even offered me to come in for a follow-up. My prior PCP's never really did that for me, but CMG did. So, I don't understand why some people left bad reviews, but I wouldn't listen to them, just go see for yourself. I will continue to go here, as well as bring my kids if they ever need to be seen. This is my first time to review a business. I have some serious health issues and in April of the year Alex became my "hero/knight in shining armor". My wound was infected & very painful. And the treatment of it was going to be painful. With great care & compassion he prepped me for it and proceeded with the initial procedure. He treated me for almost 4 weeks. And through all of that he had to deal with my Chemo side effects on many of my wound treatment appointments. The whole team, front & back office, and Alex showed great compassion, even on my worst days. Then a few days ago, I developed another wound. And it went from "0" to "10" on the pain chart, 1, 2,3!!! I made a bee line to CMG on Sunday. As I was checking in, and with great relief, I saw Alex walk by. I knew I was in good hands. And will be throughout this process. THANK YOU, CMG TEAM. I just received a certified letter from CMG urgent care . 6859 Magnolia Ave Riverside, CA 92506 Stating the law no longer wanted to see myself or any other member of my family. The reason they said this they treated my son Bradley for Covid. When he came back positive for Covid CMG urgent care, violated HIPAA laws, and released my son's information to the county of riverside. I did call and let them know they were in violation of the law. I then said I should file a lawsuit against CMG for violating HIPAA laws, which is why they sent me a certified letter, stating me no longer to see myself or any member of my family again . The county of riverside then sent me a link stating I must fill out this link to identify my son is having Covid in the city of Riverside. The last I checked it was a free country. The last I checked HIPAA laws existed to protect our medical privacy rights. Apparently, CMG has no respect for the law and respect for else. I recommend that nobody else go see CMG urgent care in Riverside ever again if you were current patient of CMG, I recommend that you stop going to that urgent care all they will do is report your medical conditions to the government violating your rights. If you want, your rights violated by all means continue to see them for urgent care. I fought a 20 year war against terrorism and Tierney. What do I get for my service medical practices like CMG reports my every move to the government. This is a III Country, and if it is to remain free, we must fight against Tierney an unlawful practices. read more

I never write reviews, but I would really like to highlight and commend, I believe Brenda. I didn't quite catch her name! I came here when it was fairly busy, but when she'd call patients back to get their vitals, she took their time with each person and treated them with compassion, but also in a timely manner. When it was my turn to get my vitals taken, she treated me exactly the same way. I've never had a healthcare provider work so efficiently, yet with such compassion. You can tell she really enjoys what she does, and I truly hope more healthcare providers can be like her! Updating my review because I used to get what I needed when I went here, but the last few times I've gone the doctor either doesn't diagnose my issue correctly and I have to go to my primary dr to get what I actually need to treat it, or they don't seem to know what they're talking about. I just go to my primary doctor now any time I get really sick or have a health issue unless I have a run-of-the-mill illness and know exactly what I need. Also, I took my mom to this location when she was sick back in December and having severe swelling in her throat causing her to be unable to eat, cough or even drink water. They told her they weren't able to give her a steroid to alleviate the swelling quickly and gave her an antibiotic that she obviously couldn't take because she couldn't swallow. I took her to the ER afterward and the hospital dr gave her a steroid injection and told her there was no reason the urgent care shouldn't have been able to give her the same thing. This place is a waste of time. read more

She gave me another paper to try some where else. But what if it was her child. Come on she's 7years old just see her she's a child, I'm sure it wouldn't take long to see her.
