I genuinely don't understand what was funny. I asked her what she was laughing at, and she continued to laugh. I initially sat down to wait, but shortly afterward I got back up and told the receptionist who had taken over that I no longer wanted to continue with my appointment because of how I had been treated. As a result, I was never seen by a provider and left without receiving any medical care. Instead of leaving with answers or treatment, I left with anxiety and feeling humiliated. As healthcare professionals, patients should be treated with dignity and respect. You never know what someone is going through or how difficult it may have been for them to seek care in the first place. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and will be speaking with management so this situation can be addressed appropriately. I sincerely hope steps are taken to ensure no other patient is treated this way.

We went for an infected nail bed and really just wanted a prescription for antibiotics. Although the visit was quick, I felt that all of our concerns were addressed. We did not feel pressured to receive any additional treatments like a physical or blood work but they were offered. Overall we left the office paying less than $100 for the visit + medications and spending only 30 minutes inside. YOU CANT FIND CARE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE!!
