Boy oh Boy- My suggestion...go anywhere else:( I have been coming to Flwr Co since it opened. They started strong. Great discounts to pull you in the door, 15% discount for locals. Plenty of knowledgable staff to help out us that do NOT fully understand the differences in strains, terpenes, and anything beyond "flower"...which was always called BUD- but it's a new world for those of us over the age of 25. That level of value and service had diminished over the years... Today I tried to log on to their website to view the Daily Deal for Monday.... It would not bring it up after fighting with their website for over 20 minutes. A bit frustrated, I then decided to drive over and just use one of my discounts left unpunched (unclaimed) on my LOYALTY REWARDS CARD. Sidebar: I don't buy weekly, only about once a month, so it took about a YEAR to fill the LOYALTY REWARDS CARD (my 3rd). The bud tender, that i recognized from early March, was nice enough. They did not have any Indica in Big Chief carts so I had to choose from a lesser quality brand. That is a regular issue. I have rarely been able to get the products i end up really liking, such as Cali Clear. Here's the thing. I have been understanding, never blasting on Yelp the many times i've been disappointed...but TODAY was the last time I walk in this business if I don't receive contact from the "New Ownership" I tried to use my $10 off OR my 1cent Top Shelf eigth with $35 purchase offers on my filled LOYALTY CARD and the bud tender says "Oh sorry. The business has just been sold and no longer honoring the Loyalty Cards." WHAT??? GET THE #UCK OUTTA HERE! That is NOT how you keep the LOYAL customers that have been buying from the business for years. Also - NO LONGER offered a 15% discount to locals. FAIL. FAIL. I will just have my goods delivered or head to Mary Alice where they have great customer service or over to Stiizy where I get both great prices and customer service. You come here at your own risk. Used to love going to this place all the time, but in the past year, everything has been out of stock every time it feels like. Now they changed ownership and I think they are just permanently out of business; doors have been closed the past 2 times I've gone with no note or anything despite showing as open online and in their website. DO NOT GO HERE!!! MOLDY MOIST BUD!! I purchased a 1/4 of flower from here, the bud was so moist it wouldn't even light. (I basically got high off lighter fumes) I returned 10min later after purchase, and instead of showing good customer service and exchanging, the managers were super rude and were acting like there was nothing wrong with it, but they refused to even open it to smell it. I'm rating this dispensary 3 stars. Service is such a hit or miss here. Don't count on a friendly greeting when you walk in, every time I've walked in the "security" or whoever checks you in always has a bad attitude. Really poor management to have pissy employees be the first point of contact when entering your business. Some of the budtenders here though are generally pretty friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider other locations though before coming here unless you're super desperate because the pricing here is a bit insane. read more

Plaoma helped me out today and she was extremely kind and patient with me. I have a disease called Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, this causes all my joints to dislocate, and because of it I am on disability at only 27 years old. I suffer from anxiety and chronic pain which can make me foggy at times, and makes it difficult for me to make decisions quickly. She took the time to listen to my questions and patiently helped me and gave me multiple options. Save your money go to remedy room 420 in Jurupa Valley instead. I came here seeing it on Instagram and got excited about a new local place. I saw they had a five eights for $50 end message to get a little more information. When I came, I was helped by Elizabeth and asked her honest opinion on the quality of the weed as well as her recommendation, and whether she's tried it. I was told that she had tried to of them and recommended black diamond, and a different one. They are in sealed packages that you cannot open, test, feel etc. I had to go off her recc thinking it was valid when I got home I thought it was nothing more than a glorified shake. I had wasted $50 on some $10 bunk. Not only did it crumble when ground it was super dry. I know the packaging says sun grown, but it was disgusting. Super disappointed I was so hyped. I never had an issue with stiiizy until last week when I placed an order online with the advertised price as $10 for 21g. When I showed up to pay for and pick up my order I was informed that it the price was wrong and it would be $50 or the 1/8th for that price. This was an ongoing issue with customer as I was told. The General manager Ashley said she could not uphold the law regarding pricing because it was 'weedmaps' fault and she couldn't override any prices. The level of customer service I recieved was incredibly poor and disappointing. The unprofessionalism and lack of integrity for this particular location was enough for me to not go back. Customer service was contacted and failed to get back to me after they said I would have a response within 48 hours. This company no regard for the customer or the law. read more
