Wasnt friendly to speak with, inputted my information incorrectly ( i had to keep correcting him and he kept getting an attitude over it), took my measurements incorrectly and tried to correct me even tho he was wrong and not very informative. I have been going to this Nutri Shop location for 10 years...Previously under different ownership, but now the current owners of the Eastvale location also took over this Norco location and they are so amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. I am beyond so happy they now own this location. I now go between both the Eastvale and Norco locations. They genuinely care about their customers and try to make sure you are educated on the products you are buying. They encourage and support in so many ways, us individually and in the community. If I have had any doubts or questions, they immediately assure or try to make the situation better by offering alternatives. With so many supplements, they are so knowledgeable about all of them! Hours on the door and online say they open at 10am everyday. My husband and i got here at 10:08 and the doors were locked and lights were off. We figured it's early they're probably late and in the time being we'll go get gas down the street, come back about 10 mins later and still the lights are off and doors locked. We then decided let's wait a little longer, it's now 10:45am, we've seen about seven people walk up and try to open the doors have to tell them they're locked. Told them that it was my first time in and trying it out because Eastvale has bad service. I've been going here since I was about 19 years old because they have not only great staff (Joel in particularly is one of the most enthusiastic, thoroughly-informed, and thorough people I've ever seen work in customer service honestly) And if you're a regular customer they'll give you a monthly breakdown of your body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, etc by body region. My General practitioner and psychiatrist get paid way more and don't even care enough to do that so I consider it a great service. Came in for a body scan and to pick up some powdered vitamins as I normally do. Gentleman at counter was helping someone. I said I wanted to do the body scan and he said wait until he was done. So I sat down in the chair which is located hear the machine to take off my shoes while waiting and he told me that I couldn't sit there that I needed to stand over to the side. Now I realize that there are a lot of bad people out there but I simply just sat down and was taking off my shoes. It was obvious I was no threat to him. I wasn't even near the register which he was standing in front of. My husband and I both shop at this store for our vitamins and protein powders among other supplements. We love that they give my husband a discount for being in law enforcement. I'm sure the guy was just following the rules however he knew I was no threat to him and yet he made me feel like I was untrustworthy and so I told him I'd just go somewhere else. I decided to go to Nutrishops off Ontario in Corona and they were more than accommodating even though they had a few people in their store. I'm not gonna slam other locations; the other locations are good. BUT. This one is BY FAR my favorite for a few reasons. 1. Associates here break it down for you when you're not knowledgeable. Can be detailed or straight forward with less jargon. Joel knows his stuff for sure. 2. They honor discounts for educators, big plus! 3. They aren't stingy with samples. Customer : you need to get on the one body machine and set goals! Only then they can give you a meal plan and supplements to get you where you want to be!
