Hours on the door and online say they open at 10am everyday. My husband and i got here at 10:08 and the doors were locked and lights were off. We figured it's early they're probably late and in the time being we'll go get gas down the street, come back about 10 mins later and still the lights are off and doors locked. We then decided let's wait a little longer, it's now 10:45am, we've seen about seven people walk up and try to open the doors have to tell them they're locked. I guess we'll take our business to the corona location.

I've been going here since I was about 19 years old because they have not only great staff (Joel in particularly is one of the most enthusiastic, thoroughly-informed, and thorough people I've ever seen work in customer service honestly) And if you're a regular customer they'll give you a monthly breakdown of your body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, etc by body region. My General practitioner and psychiatrist get paid way more and don't even care enough to do that so I consider it a great service. They even special-ordered a specific product for me and aren't even trying to sell me it at a markup, legitimately one of the absolute most well-run and well-staffed establishments in the IE selling supplements.

I truly love this store. They have treated me like family from the first moment I walked in their doors. They have helped push me as much as possible and help me in every way. I started going to this Nutrishop in December 2019 and have lost 46 lbs. This shop is truly the best and I love everyone there, Mark, Sabrina, Amanda, and all the others have been so helpful it makes me feel so grateful and blessed to be apart of this community and family. 2 thumbs up for sure ! Collin Nick and the rest of the staff here are ALWAYS very helpful and very educated on they're products, They really Never fail to make you feel like the number one customer. Been visiting this store the majority of the yr to both seek advice and get new supplements and it seems they have a healthy answer for any question i may have. Literally can not begin to tell you how helpful this team has been for me and a few close friends. 2 weeks ago i was in there for basic daily vitamins and Glutamine, tonight i was in there for Kre-alkalyn and arginine. Sometime next week i will stop by to get Forza pro protein and probably some more Augment. They are always in stock with whatever i may need. So i must assume they have what is right for you and your body type as well.... so what are you waiting for ? LETS GO GET FIT ALREADY !!! read more

I've been going here for about 5 months, and am getting conflicting information from the staff. I was originally told to get my inbody done weekly because, and I quote, "You don't want to do the wrong thing for more than a week". I'm very busy and can rarely get in weekly, but this week I managed. But when I asked to get scanned I was told no, because the owners aren't allowing it more than every 2 weeks. It's not easy for me to get in, and it takes me 45 minutes out of my way to there. If they're going to change policy they need to inform their customers. I'm probably going to take my business elsewhere. read more

first, i would like to mention that my yelp account is for FOOD only! despite my ignorance for rating other places i found that this place is definitely noteworthy. typically, places such as gyms and nutrition supplement shops are full of roided-out self-centered losers that want to make a quick buck off of their customers. they will recommended stuff you don't need and stuff that is overpriced. it is to my surprise that this location is nothing like that. every time i come in, the employees are in the midst of making FREE nutrition plans to accommodate every individual customer. they recommend products that they like, and offer cheaper alternatives that will help their customers reach the same results. not to mention- these fellas know their products and are extremely knowledgeable. i have never been pressured into buying anything and for that reason, i always come back . it is nice to see a business take the "lets gain customers by treating them right" approach. it is refreshing and i recommend them to anyone who want to get in shape. you will make a new friend on your visit and gain a lot of knowledge. read more

I came here because the Nutrishop I usually go to is constantly running out of the supplements I take. The staff here is excellent. They know their product and have never pressured me into buying anything. I have mainly been helped by Tyler, who definitely knows what to ask and what to recommend based on your answers to his questions. The prices for the supplements they sell are reasonably priced and I can always count on the supplements I use to be in stock. Wow what an awesome experience!! Went in today with a referral from Winners Circle and was not disappointed. My daughter is training at Winners Circle and her trainer suggested she do an in body analysis at NUtri Shop. Not only did they give us some great suggestions on supplements to help her train but also a meal plan to help her be at the top of her game!! A big thanks to Nicholas for great customer service. Having somewhere I could quickly grab healthy prepared meals between work, school, and taking care of my daughter was extremely convenient. I had already purchased more than 10 meals from this location and had returned several times because I wanted to continue supporting the business. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I will not be returning. I had encountered the same employee once before, a woman with curly hair and light-colored eyes, and during that interaction, I felt she had an unnecessarily rude attitude toward me. I brushed it off, purchased my meals, and left. This time, I came in with my two-year-old daughter. The store was completely empty. I purchased our food and was trying to heat it up so we could eat and get going. While I was doing that, my daughter ran a short distance and screamed. She is two years old. Before I even had the opportunity to correct her, the employee sternly told my daughter, "Stop screaming." I immediately told her that if there was an issue with my daughter's behavior, she could address it with me and I would correct my child. I brought my daughter close to me and explained that I did not feel it was appropriate for her to discipline someone else's two-year-old child when the parent was standing right there. Instead of simply allowing me to handle the situation, the employee began arguing with me and repeatedly telling me to "control" my child. At that point, the interaction became completely unnecessary. I understand that businesses have expectations for customer behavior, including children, and I have no problem correcting my daughter when necessary. My issue was never being asked to quiet my child. My issue was the way it was handled and the hostility that followed when I respectfully asked the employee to speak to me as the parent instead of disciplining my toddler herself. As I was leaving, the employee continued dismissing me with comments like "bye, bye," walked toward the door, and shut it hard as we were leaving. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional. What makes this especially disappointing is that I was already a returning, paying customer. I wasn't asking for special treatment because I am a mom. I simply expected basic courtesy and respectful customer service. Parents understand that toddlers occasionally run, yell, cry, or get excited. That doesn't mean parents shouldn't correct them. I absolutely believe we should. But there is a respectful way to communicate with a parent when something needs to be addressed. I really wanted Ready Fit Go to be a place I could continue purchasing meals from because it fit so well into my busy schedule. Unfortunately, after having two negative interactions with the same employee, especially the way my two-year-old daughter and I were spoken to during this visit, I no longer feel comfortable returning. A business can have great food, but customer service and the way people are treated matter just as much.

This shop has a wide variety of supplements from creatine to protein and everything in between. And the prices are very fair! I recommend this shop over any other supplement shop out there. When I checked the official manufacturer's scratch-off authentication serial number on the brand's verified website, it flagged the device as an absolute counterfeit/clone.When I went back into the shop to calmly show them the failed official verification screen and ask for my cash back, the employee refused the refund, claimed they "didn't know anything," and tried to take the counterfeit device out of my hands to hide the physical proof. I have the entire interaction recorded on video.Selling unregulated, unverified counterfeit nicotine products is illegal and a massive health hazard to the Norco community. Check your security codes at the counter before you hand them your money, or better yet, avoid this shop entirely. Unprofessional and dangerous! I filed a multiple state & city claims against this owner ! Hopefully the health department will be able to shut down this business .
