This store has so much potential considering the location and being near many salons. Although it's considerably close and convenient for me- I will not give this store my business anymore. Courtney the manager has by far the WORST attitude and customer service displayed. The other girls have always been helpful and friendly but I can't even imagine what it's like to work with her. She is lazy. And during the covid close down she made it nearly impossible to get product. Once the doors opened I was able to freely shop like the rest... but as I was leaving she'd locked the doors early and a guest was looking to shop (2 minutes before 4:00) and a customer went to open the door and she wouldn't allow them to shop. I parked in front of the store directly in front of the door and saw her standing there and as I stepped up onto the sidewalk she's locked to door (this was at 3:00 on a Monday) and I was unable to shop. There was no display of hours being changed and she could've taken the time to open the door and simply say they were closing early and inform me of shopping hours the next day. Her work ethic is awful, she's lazy and lacks customer service. That store could truly thrive without her being the one to manage it. It is worth driving to the chino location. During times like this we should be coming together and being there for one another especially in this industry that is being hit HARD due to the pandemic and closure of businesses. It's very sad this behavior and lack of customer care or concern is being tolerated. These are my sentiments and I can see I'm not the only one who feels this way. I hope this business finds new management, there are plenty of people who would take the opportunity to have her position and help this business thrive and it would attract way more business. read more

Do not come to this location! I've been shopping with cosmoprof for 10 years now and by far this has got to be the worst location I've ever been to! Courtney McMillan the manager here has to have the worst attitude I've ever encountered, she rude and you can see this woman has absolutely no care for the customers that walk through her door. She's unreasonable and is bringing this location I once loved down. Someone anyone talk to her! These ladies always go above and beyond to help out. They always make it such a positive experience that as of late I say I love them out loud through the store. Always helpful, full of knowledge, very friendly and most of all nice. I've been to other beauty supply stores that have so much attitude and stop giving them my business. This store is completely different, i absolutely love these girls!!! New girls have joined the team in the time I've been going there and all of them are equally nice and helpful. She returned to the phone and asked me what i was looking for???? I called 10 minutes after they opened. This store is running some very poor practices with product and customers. 1) They allow clients of professionals to purchase items using their number without the card present. 2) Products in the store are being allowed to get exchanged with fake products and/or are being exchanged by employees inside with fake products. 3) An employee is deleting barcodes in their system when caught in a predicament so that it makes the customer at fault. Overall, the store staff at the Corona store knows what they are doing and keeps it under wraps. Hopefully, the truth comes to light and the staff is held accountable for their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. Basically the staff is taking the real products and exchanging them for fake ones, selling them to customers and refusing to even bother to help the customer. Even though they supposedly have cameras in their store, they won't bother to review footage to give the benefit of the doubt to the customer. Sad, but true reality. Stealing money and causing customers to loose money and have a fake product. read more

My first time coming here and I don't plan to ever come back. I know they close at 6 and that I was pushing it by walking up to the store at 5:58 but that is no excuse for the girls there to tell me at the door that they were closing already. You should not be locking your door till after the time you close. I knew exactly what I was looking for and told them it wasn't 6 yet and that I'd be quick, the 3 of them just stood there talking while I looked for what I needed. Not professional at all. read more

Knowledgable, friendly, clean, inventory is stocked, they carry different makeup/hair products. I love this place! This is MY STORE to go to when I need hair items/products and I will wonder throughout the store to find other hidden items, I don't need but I want to buy. The girls are VERY friendly and knowledgeable when asking questions. This is my go to plAce! Great sales going on all the time, they give out good samples upon request. Ever since they began carrying the framesi line now I only come here. I use to have to go to salon centric for my color but they are inconsistent with what they have in stock and nobody's got time for that! Cosmoprof is consistent and they have what I like. WOW!!! I dont know how they stay in business with the TERRIBLE Customer Service. I could not beleive the difficulty they gave me for a return with a receipt just 30 min after purchase, when i realized i bought wrong item and didnt open it. Everytime i go in there the girls are just not pleasant. I try to avoid the place usually. I love this cosmoprof location. The staff is always friendly and they always have stock on what I need. You can call your order in and they will ring up your order over the phone if there is a sale going on and you can't make it before they close. Everytime I pick up an item and didn't see a special in the store, they will let me know and go and get the special packaged item (usually the same price) for me. They are super nice here! read more
