I'm not a makeup expert by any means, but the team at Sephora is always incredibly helpful. I stopped in today because I needed a new liquid foundation. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. At first, I said no, but after struggling to find the right shade, I realized I needed help. That's when Heather happened to walk by and offer her assistance. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me find the perfect shade and made sure I felt confident and happy with my choice. Thank you, Heather, for going above and beyond! read more

Huge shoutout to Sephora Crossing. I normally get my beauty needs at Ulta, but unfortunately don't carry the Fenty Skin Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30 Sunscreen. The sales associate that color matched me was awesome. Sorry I can't remember her name and it's not on my receipt. Anyways the several times I've shopped at this particular Sephora I've always received 5 star service and got that I appreciate y'all. read more

Went to Sephora to invest on skin care and I'm so glad I did. Keke was so knowledgeable about the products I needed. She was so sweet and so helpful! I love each product she recommended for my skin type. read more

I love coming in to try new products, but every time I visit this location I feel like I'm being watched as if I'm stealing. I'm simply an indecisive customer who enjoys testing products before buying, especially since I've been given the wrong shade before. Being stared at every time I enter the store makes the experience very uncomfortable and honestly discourages me from shopping here. I would really appreciate a more welcoming environment where customers can browse and try products without feeling like they're under constant suspicion. Good customer service should make people feel comfortable enough to come back, not pushed away read more

Made an appointment to get my makeup done for an event. Started late, but I was on a timeline so that just meant my appointment was cut short. Choose a foundation that was to dark. My makeup didn't match my inspo pic at all. As a matter of fact looked exactly like the person's make up that she did before me. I took my own lipstick and it was really uneven. She did a wing eyeliner, and it was so uneven and wonky. She did a great job on my eyebrows. But then didn't apply any foundation to my neck so it didn't match my face. She was really nice but I didn't see her clean the brushes in between people which is a little scary I definitely didn't feel like it was $60 worth of make up application She didn't let me know what product she was using so that I could possibly purchase them or learn and purchase in the future She started to put on latex gloves at the beginning of the appointment, but I have a severe latex allergy , so I thought that that was a huge safety issue. Everyone was nice, but I won't be back . I'll go to the MAC counter to get my make up done for now. read more

I love Sephora. I feel very special when I walk in because the workers there are very nice and ask how they can help you. There is a variety of make up and perfumes that you can peruse and try. Customer Service is awful.! The cashier was extremely mean and rude the whole time I was purchasing my items she was giving me a dirty look. I work as lube technician in a auto shop so I don't always look all doll up when I purchase my make up items but it's so sad to see how people judge you for what you look I use to think this store was to go Sephora but I guess it's just like the other one the girls all think they are better the customer I felt so awful that I decide to return my items read more

Visited a couple of months ago. The first employee who assisted was very helpful (forgot her name). Then she passed me off to an employee named Onyx. I was trying to decide which facial cleanser to purchase. Onyx offered to give me samples of the products I considered. I said I would love to have samples. She said she would be back with the samples & walked away. I waited more than 10 minutes & she was nowhere to be found. I looked around the store & saw her standing in a corner laughing with another employee. I waited a few more minutes, but she was still socializing. I left without making a purchase read more

I went here, staff were extremely rude and giving me a hard time. I had a return and I bought it before the new return policy was established, and they wouldn't honor my return. Even with a receipt. read more

I love Sephora but I walked in to get a sample and waited about 20 mins with no help, yes it was easy but I spoke with 3 different girls and nobody offered any sort of help. So I had to walk out. read more

First time at this location. The staff super nice and professional. I was greeted and helped within a few minutes of entering the store. I found all I needed quickly and got out as soon as humanly possible. The main problem with this store is that they don't monitor the people in the store. There was a group of girls between the ages of 12-15 that were running through the store, touching all kinds make up, no parent or supervision to be found. They were loud and obnoxious. Running in and out of the store with a boys the same age running after them. It was weird and disruptive to actual paying customers. Hopefully Sephora will give their staff the ability to keep kids like this, that are not supervised out of their store. It's a place of business and service, not a high school quad or social venue. read more

I have been to so many sephora's across the USA and this one was THE WORST. When I walked in I was offered NO help they treated me so poorly I almost cried because I saw them treat everyone else kindly but not me. I will be sending a letter to higher ups cause customer service should be key; however these ladies did not abide. Maybe it was because of my skin color because the fair skin ladies had two people working with them. They may have assumed I couldn't afford anything. I'm not sure. I'm use to dropping 400 plus when I go to Sephora due my experience I only spent 30 because I felt sooooo uncomfortable being ignored even when I asked for help. It wasn't a good experience because it was my birthday. Thanks for triggering me. I will never go back there! read more

The employees here are the NICEST. I haven't encountered anyone who wasn't helpful. The store is clean and usually have all the stocks and items I need. I want to shout out to Cody or Kodi? I don't know how to spell her name but she's so cool. read more

My time spent in Sephora was so pleasant. It's warm, inviting, and everyone is willing to offer you any help you may need. As I sampled the fragrances I got to watch as employees really checked in with customers and what they needed. Kiki ( sorry if I spelt it wrong) was able to help me and she was so kind. As a customer I felt that she actually cared. read more

I've been to so many Sephora locations over the years and 99% of them. Just want to sell you products and they're not extremely knowledgeable. At least that's what I have experience. The girls at this location that is brand new in Corona exceed any expectation that I have ever had of feeling confident about the make up I Purchase. Victoria and Deja , knowledgeable, and professional. I keep coming back because of these awesome women. Couldn't have more nice things to say about the staff at this store.!
