My sister told me about this place never paid attention until my daughter started going. Great work from owner. But very unethical and judgmental services. We waited all the time not enough personnel. My daughter got fungus in one of her toe. So she stop going. I stop going bc I thought Holli was different. I lost 48 lbs changing my life style. Time pass owner has the audacity to say why have you put your daughter to loose weight. Who is she to say that my daughter is fat. I didn't say much but to let her finish my lasher and never show up to her nail salon again. So sad after so much talks and trust she jumped into judgment of my kid bien fat and put her to workout. Never again went back. Holli always asking me how to loose weight Everyone's body is different got to learn yourself first before trying to be like someone else doing! Really nice setup. Just across the street from the Spa. They only have 3 techs, so you will have to wait until they are ready. I got a full set with powder NOT GEL. I was completely satisfied. My first time here. First, it is SOOOOO convenient to have a great salon here in Temescal Valley! Got there this afternoon... didn't have an appointment, and no wait at all! (I got lucky because - the parking lot is full most of the time - which is a good thing - glad business is good! I would recommend an appointment based on that, though.) Great first experience at this salon. Don't be put off by the exterior of the building. Once inside, you will find a super clean, spacious lovely interior. This is a stand-alone building and there is plenty of dedicated parking in front. I walked in without an appointment and was warmly greeted by Holly the owner. I received a wonderful pedicure from Linda and had my eyebrows waxed by Holly. During my pedicure Holly checked a couple of times to make sure I was happy. Both ladies were extremely friendly and I was very impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the salon. I think I found my new salon! read more

Good reviews on here must be a joke! HORRIBLE location! RUDE people and spa chair water was filthy and they dont use new utensils here also they make you wait for a long time but tell you it's a lesser wait time. The woman who did my nails didn't know what the hell she was doing and I'm starting to think she's not even certified do nails very bad place wouldn't trust the good reviews oh and also smelled really bad like chemicals in there and apparently they don't air out the chemical smell By opening windows or anything. read more

I had my nails and my pedi done at Temescal Valley Nail Salon for my wedding. The lady that did my nails was so sweet, but I can't remember her name :/. The only downside was that it was somewhat pricey. However, my French tip lasted a long time without chipping. Overall,I was happy with my nails and I didn't mind splurging because it was for my wedding! read more

I'm SO happy I finally found Hollys new salon!! She always does such an amazing job and I always have a good mani/pedi that lasts me at least 3 weeks. Not only does she do an awesome job but her salon is very CLEAN! The implements used come straight out of the ultrasonic cleaner bags and she even uses liners in her pedicure tubs. Her mom and sister also work there and do a great job. I even took my husband there to get a pedicure because he was complaining of pain in his big toes and Cindy (I believe that's her moms name) took a lot of time to make sure she fixed the problem and made him comfortable. This salon is very family oriented and everyone who works there really cares about the quality of work that they put out. Thanks so much holly!! read more

Two stars because if you are lucky enough to catch her Holly is the absolute best!!! Getting my nails done since high school and I have never had anyone slay my nails like her. She employs her sister and her mom but is very understaffed. The small team they have are extremely busy and their customers suffer. I have the feeling that they know Holly is the best around and it's a family business so they give zero $#@!'s if people don't like their service and they seem to maintain a very loyal group of customers. The kind of customers that talk about their butt implants and lip injections across the room to each other so everyone can here their desperate housewife chatter. I think (emphasis I think) holly does lashes and waxing in a room next to the nail salon so when she's doing a service the salon is empty and or closed. I have gone twice now on a Friday around 3pm first time the salon door was open but no one was there and all the lights were out. Second time again Friday afternoon and this time the salon was closed door locked. I followed holly from her first salon over to the new one. I'm disappointed though. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for awhile now. They know how to do nails, but, they show no respect to their clients. You make an appointment..they are never on time. The owner is eating lunch or serving another client. The owner makes jokes about being late etc., but she should respect her client's time. An appointment time means you have an appointment...not that you need to wait while she eats lunch and figures out her kids schedule. I'm very disappointed. They do nails so great here, the service is top quality and the staff is incredibly nice. My nails have always been done well here and the color selection is great. (I did get some small infections on my toes both times I got a pedicure there, but everything else seemed fine). The drawback and the main reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because of the wait! I've made appointments almost every time I've come and it still takes nearly an hour for me to be seen. It's ridiculous. Even when they only have a few people being serviced and I have an appointment I'm left waiting for 30-45 minutes every time. I even started getting there 10-20 minutes before my appointment and the wait was still long, with the staff continuing to take costumers ahead of me. I loved this nail salon but unfortunately I won't be going back. read more

I love this place. Thank you holly for taking care of me and my nails today. Went in for a fill but ended up taking my acrylics off because the place I got them done by VONS off Indian truck trail messed them up TWICE! She saw how bad my nails where and confirmed to me that I had fungus on multiple nails. She took the time to clean my nails up and fix my natural nails. She is nice and makes you feel welcomed unlike the other nail salon. I came here before about two weeks ago with my friend she got her nails done here while I only did a color change but since then i really like the way the treated us and did my friends nails. When I visited Temescal Valley Nails to get a pedicure with my daughter, there were only two women working. One was busy doing a manicure, and that left one woman to do pedicures (plural). There were three of us waiting in chairs for someone to help us. It took forever, the girl who did my pedicure pulled out a hang-nail on one toe (rather than clipping it), which then got infected. 10 weeks ago I got a pedicure and was in urgent care 2 days later with a toe infection from the tools they used. I am currently on my 4th set of antibiotics for a staff infection in my toe. Nothing against Holly, she is very nice, but their tools are not sanitized correctly and they gave me MRSA! I will never get another pedicure again. read more
