Maria at the front is a doll! She's so welcoming and makes you feel like one in a million! Super sweet and accommodating. Anna is my mani girl!!! Anything I want, whether gel, acrylic, builder gel, etc she's got it DOWN! Susanna is my pedi girl...love her! Sometimes I feel like when I sit in her chair, I'm talking to a family friend. Whew it's been about 4 years since I've been here. I was in need of a pedicure and booked my appointment online with Kelly. Thank goodness Kelly is still at Orchard Nails. My pedicure with callus treatment & massage was marvelous. I had Kelly pick my nail color which was a beautiful blue. Since Kelly had time I also scheduled my manicure with gel polish. The place is very clean & organized. While I was there I see staff sweeping and cleaning area throughout the shop. I'm glad I came back!! read more

I've been going here for at least 6ish years now. The team is very flexible if you're a planner type or if you decide to drop in on your way home like me in most cases. I typically do manicures there and have never had any negative experiences. I love whenever I decide to combo pedicure it as the chair massage is always a treat. I've done eyebrow waxes several times and have no complaints. Only note is they do this while your on chair, I was use to a separate room before but I've never felt uncomfortable while sitting. They offer more waxes so I can see some more thought into those but I've never done anything else. They also offer small drinks and always have the best music to relax. If you're looking for a loud busy paced feel, this isn't for you but if you want to relax and enjoy, 10/10 recommend. read more

Some will cut you or pull your hands but the lady was so sweet and patient with me. I was half asleep as I had gotten off work 20 mins before arriving and I was struggling to stay awake. Amy was amazing. I'm always nervous going to nail salons & ask them to put gloves on (for their own comfort) because my hand tends to get sweaty. It's one of my biggest insecurities. I had awful experiences before where you can totally feel their judgment and annoyance. But Amy treated me with so much kindness, no judgment, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Absolute best service ever. I used to work in Corona and live in Upland. I now work from home and still drive to see Cathy. She is the best, I've tried some closer to home but no one is as good in skill and customer service. My nails are always perfect and still look amazing (just grown out) three or four weeks later. Ive been a customer of Orchard Nails for almost 10 years. Always great service, the place is updated and clean. The color selection is more than enough for me and I love that I can buy OPI polish there too for a great value. Kelly is my girl but ALL of them are really, really, (and I mean, really) good! I get gift cards for all my friends and family to this salon because of the quality of work but also because it's just soooo relaxing to get pampered here. I hear some people hesitate on the price of the signature packages but it's so worth it! I won't go anywhere else. Updated: The owner reached out to me to make it right. Profusely apologize for the lack of service provided and agreed that the $10 charge was unreasonable and will refund my money. Updated to 4 stars for the attention from the business. I respect that. I will not go back. I brought my 9 year old daughter for a mom and daughter pedicure. I booked Amy who I have had before. She is fine and the reason I am not giving 1 star. My daughter got Yesenia. My daughter asked a couple questions which was big for her bc she is usually shy. Like, what does that light do?, what is that tool used for? etc. Yesenia 100% heard her but chose to ignore her. I don't know if she thought my daughter was annoying or if she could not waste her time to talk to her customer. It was so rude that a couple times I repeated my daughter's question to her, and she looked at me and then answered. I almost said you can talk to my daughter, but I did not want to be rude. My daughter got red white and blue nails for Fourth of July. I was shocked. We were charged 10 extra dollars because she used different colors on her toes. Her toes are a fraction of the size of an adult yet she was charged as an adult and then an extra $10 to have a different color on each nail. When I was rung up, I explained I was shocked and that I thought it was gouging since there was no extra service given just different colors used and they stuck to charging me $10 extra. Not once did the nail tech say if we do a different color on each nail it is an extra charge. I will not go back. Bad service. Rude people. Stupid charges. read more

What an experience! My boyfriend and I made "same day" appointments today for pedicures, and they took us in. We were greeted with care and kindness. The decor and ambience of this establishment is delightful. The chairs were so comfortable with massage built in. Our pedicure tubs were warm and already for us to go when we got in. That was pleasant. My nail technician was Kelly and she was so sweet! She greeted me with a smile, and a "hello". My boyfriends nail technician was so polite and we really appreciated that! They offered us drinks and had pleasant conversations. Thank you to this establishment! We were pampered and felt so relaxed. It was a joy, and the perfect "date day" for us! We already booked our next appointment for next week! Time to get our manicures on! : UPDATE our our second appointment: Today, we came in for our manicures, and the sweet lady in front who greeted us was soo kind. Our nail technicians were amazing!! This was my first time here and I had a great experience! It was pretty seamless making an appointment. I called them, made the appointment, and they take your credit card information down. They send you text reminders and also if your technician is ready for you before your scheduled appointment time, they text you that as well. You can call up to 24 hours ahead to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise it is a $50 fee. Before I arrived, I also filled out a covid symptom survey and agreement. COVID precautions: I am very pleased with all of the precautions that they are taking for Covid! As I mentioned before, you have to fill out that symptom survey before coming in. Everyone must wear a mask to come inside and the nail technicians are all wearing masks as well as face shields. When you arrive, they take your temperature. When your choosing nail polish colors, you are not allowed to pick the bottles up. There is hand sanitizer everywhere. They clean the seats and everything after every person gets up. My nail technician was Hilary and she was so sweet and detail-oriented. She did a great job! My gel manicure and pedicure all together was $120 + tip which is very pricey, but only because I went with the most expensive options for everything since I hadn't gotten my nails done in so long! I love the CBD options they have. I went with the "hands and feet" CBD menu option for $100 and added gel to my nails (extra $20). This included everything on the CBD menu (pictured below). All in all, it was a very relaxing and nice experience. It felt clean and they were responsible with their covid precautions. I would definitely come back! read more

She is the first nail tech to ever get my shape right. I love almond shape and don't like my nails too long but everywhere I went to before I was always told that to do almond my nails had to be long. I got a French tip pedicure and French tip gel x on 8/28. I had history of chemical damage on my nails prior to finding shop. It was first time in shop in over a year so I was a little nervous. Kim: Gelx was 90$ + I tipped 20$ which is crazy since it's essentially a press on nail but willing to pay more since I had issues with nails prior to coming to this shop. The shape and the French tip were awesome. However, on 9/7 while hosting my sisters baby shower, two nails popped off. I was upset about that, especially since I didn't hit them on anything to cause them to come off. They do have a 15 day policy. However, I live 45 mins away too far to get two nails fixed and i was out of town when it happened. Toes: Yesenia did an awesome job.
