I got a French tip pedicure and French tip gel x on 8/28. I had history of chemical damage on my nails prior to finding shop. It was first time in shop in over a year so I was a little nervous. Kim: Gelx was 90$ + I tipped 20$ which is crazy since it's essentially a press on nail but willing to pay more since I had issues with nails prior to coming to this shop. The shape and the French tip were awesome. However, on 9/7 while hosting my sisters baby shower, two nails popped off. I was upset about that, especially since I didn't hit them on anything to cause them to come off. They do have a 15 day policy. However, I live 45 mins away too far to get two nails fixed and i was out of town when it happened. Toes: Yesenia did an awesome job. I'll start by saying I'm a germaphobe!!! Not a bad thing when dealing with cuticles and such!! Every item used on your nails is either brand new, fresh out of the package or right out of the sterilization packet. LOVE IT! The ladies are so sweet and listen to what you want done to your fingers/toes. Everyone in there makes you feel comfortable and like it's important to them that you have a great experience. The work they do is neat and they take their time to ensure a beautiful result. I just have pretty standard manicures and pedicures so I can't speak to any really specialized services or art, but for what I want and need they are wonderful. I've tried several other nail salons since moving to the Corona area and now, I'll never go anywhere other than Orchard Nails!! read more

Really nice and clean place! The people are very sweet and happy to work on you! My daughter had an ingrown toe nail and we actually went somewhere else. 2 days later she was still in pain. I decided to give this place a try and got a pedicure appointment with Cathy 2 days later. One thing that I thought was weird was They ask you for a credit card on file in case you cancel. They will then charge your card for the appointment if you miss. After 3 text reminders (which I appreciate ) we made it to Cathy. Cathy immediately greeted daughter and acknowledged her concerns and started to work on her feet. My daughter said she was very rough to pull the ingrown out but Cathy apologized and reminded us that she had to dig in deep to pull it out because the last salon did not pull it out correctly. So there was some pain, but not Cathys fault. Otherwise it was a great pedicure! read more

I live in San Diego and drive through this area a lot to visit family or for work. I had a wedding in a couple of days so decided to get my nails done at a random place near my lunch spot (Min's Dumpling) since I wasn't ready to continue on the rest of my big drive home. I was so glad I stopped in! Their pricing was affordable, they had a lot of colors to select from, only had to wait 5 mins to get seated and had a very relaxing mani pedi. Everyone was polite and friendly. My toes looked great, my hands were soft, and all efficiently done while I did some work on my phone. If I ever need another break in my drive, I'm stopping by again for another mani pedi with a session in those massage chairs! read more

When I moved here from Orange County, this was the first nail salon I've been to, and I've been coming here since!! Everybody is super friendly and I always leave satisfied with my service. The salon is clean and you always get in on time for your appointment. If time allows, they send you a text to give you the option of coming in a little bit sooner. They have great protocol for covid as well. You can pick your polish from the front by selecting the number on the bottle. There's a no touch policy for polish selection and temperature checks at the door. I usually call for an appointment at random because my schedule can be kind of crazy sometimes, but they are always accommodating! They do try to get me in the same or next day but sometimes it does get busy and booked up so I recommend calling ahead and scheduling an appointment, especially if there's someone you want to book with! I usually do a gel mani pedi and my natural nail health is super important to me! Coming here has been great because i hardly get chipped nails unless I push it more than 2.5 weeks. If I do get a chipped nail, they're usually so good at saving it!! There has been one occurrence where I had a nail 911 and ended up going somewhere else across the street because they couldn't take me. Well shame on me for not pre booking because that one time i went somewhere else, the other shop completely ruined the integrity of my nails leavubgbjt damaged, brittle and still recovering now!! Nancy usually takes care of my nails and I always love the way they turn out! Tom, Amy & Hilary are also great techs. One of the best feelings in life is having a fresh set of nails. I took my mom to Orchard Nails for a girls day, and some mani pedis. We made our reservations through Yelp, and instantly were seated when we arrived. This nail salon is one of the classiest I've visited, with new massage chairs, great atmosphere, and fantastic technicians. Our ladies, Yaharia and Megan, did a great job shaping up both our hands and feet, and provided the upgraded feet treatment on my mother. This salon is a little on the expensive side, but definitely worth the cost. My only other complaint is that the color options were placed above their chairs in the lobby. The ladies that did my work were great. It's been 4 weeks and my nails still look pretty solid on both my hands and feet! I do dishes by hand and workout/do laundry on the regular...so this is impressive. Only reasons I deducted a star is bc 1) They immediately ask for your credit card info on the phone and charge $50 if you're late/cancel. (Things happen) 2) They only accept venmo, zelle, or cash. 3) The front desk girl starts walking around charging each customer about a half hour before closing in their iPad while customers are trying to relax and unwind. 4) You can't tip together with your venmo/zelle payment bc EACH manicurist has their own account separate from the company account. 5) Additional $5 to remove gel polish?! Is this a thing? It takes just as long to remove regular polish with the machine they use. 6) According to their website there's ZERO availability to book an appointment, but you call and there are multiple openings. (Just FYI for those of you looking to book since they're only accepting by appointment right now). It's all just a bit more hassle than it should be; not to mention my gel French manicure and regular polish toes was a whopping $110 (not including tip) YIKES! When did this become so expensive? Granted, they lasted 4 weeks, so 4 stars it is! Happy to come back when necessary because most manicurists do take their time cleaning up your nails and the salon is very clean so it feels safe to come during COVID. read more

I moved from LB and this is the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to. The owner cares and is nice. The quality is great and my nails hardly chip (gel). The nail tech's have been working a long time with the owners which says a lot about the business (10+ years) so it's like family. The interior of the salon is hygienic with sealed sanitized instruments and UV light with appropriate cleaning. The look and feel is modern and chic. The service I bought were for almond shape acrylics with gel with mani/pedi. I'm on week 5 and they're sealed all around the perimeter of my nail bed. The quality is so good that they WILL stay on there for a long time. It is a little more pricey than the average place but I would rather pay for a service that is compliant with state and CDC guidelines. read more

Came in to get a pedicure and I had to mention twice that the water was way too HOT... the front desk woman was near and added cold water. I again had to say something about the temp when she burned me with the hot parafin wax! They need thermometers cause it's ridiculous at this point. During my service I advised what I wanted and even chose an upgrade. Apparently that wasn't enough because I had to tell the tech 4 diff times that I did not want gel or the almond oil... on top of that she cut my nails away too short and didn't even cut the other foot the same length. When I came to pay I advised the front that I was not happy with the result and even showed her how my nail was still at an angle and not even. All she did was fold her bottom lip and said" sorry" and offered another nail tech to file that down. As I mentioned earlier my nails were already way too short so I declined. Now I have lopsided nub toenails, I like my nails with a small length... Thanks, there goes $60 for a pedi... never again read more
