The woman who did my eyebrows, an older lady, cut the skin above my eyelid and did not tell me it happened or apologize. It was bleeding a lot. When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging it, she said it wasn't a cut and told me I'm "just sensitive." I've been to many eyebrow threading places over the years and have never been cut like this, nor spoken to in such a dismissive way. I understand accidents can happen, but what really bothered me was the rudeness and lack of accountability. Being hurt and then blamed for it is unacceptable. I will not be coming back. I should've waited for my eyebrow lady.

I then asked if JaneDoe had a 9:30am appointment. Again, I was told yes. I asked if I could prepay for the service, and they gladly took my $150. There is no nail tech named David. There was no appointment. The entire transaction was based on misinformation provided by their own staff. When I returned to request a refund -- since no service was ever provided -- the person running the place, Ala, flat-out refused to give my money back. Instead, she tried to push a gift voucher, as if that somehow fixes being charged for a nonexistent appointment. She showed zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero concern. It gets worse. When I asked for the owner's name and contact information, she would only provide a phone number and refused to give the owner's name -- even after I asked four separate times. She ultimately ignored me. @Simala, this is such a dishonorable way of stealing money, and your staff should feel shame for this action. No honor in your business. Taking money for a service that does not exist and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the refusal to take responsibility is extremely concerning. I'm happy to share the positive outcome thanks to owners like this that have integrity. Thank you for being a great example of what a business owner should do. Thank you.

if you're scared of getting waxed for the first time, you have to go here. shelley makes the environment extremely comfortable and is so friendly and sweet. i was super nervous because it was my first time ever getting a brazilian but this experience was very enjoyable. she gives such precise instructions and details during booking as well to avoid any confusion that might happen. the space is also very clean and well kept. i literally cannot recommend shelley enough, she's amazing at what she does! read more

I have sensitive skin, so I always look for someone that uses hard wax. I used to drive over an hour to OC to get it done. I was always sore afterwards and my skin would be super red. I came to believe that was normal because I thought my skin is just too sensitive. I just told myself "beauty is pain". But then I went to Dawn and I would feel little to no pain! Which is wayyy better than where I used to go and it would hurt like hell. She makes her own wax by blending 2 different kinds together. It's truly unique. I've never seen wax like that before and it does wonders for my sensitive skin. She's also very sanitary--she uses a new stick each time to get the wax and her room is clean. Getting a Brazilian wax is not the most comfortable thing in the world, but Dawn makes it more comfortable. She's so friendly and nice and I always enjoy talking to her! Even when I move, I will still make the drive to Corona because I refuse to go to anyone else.
