Without giving details... it's been a loooong minute since my last wax. I will just say that I moved to Riverside about 4 years ago. I Followed Shelly on IG for about a year before I took the step of faith.... I booked the Mega Package because I wanted to compensate Shelly for having to handle my "Messy Mane" I was nervous but the minute I met Shelly... her comforting voice, her professionalism, and her aura brought me to peace... It was painless, it was so relaxing, and it didn't throb, It felt and looked Glowing I want to add Shelly is so personable! I regret not coming to her sooner! I'm happy I found her!! If I can give her many more stars I would! Thank you Shelly!! read more

I highly recommend Shelly! This was my first time having a Brazilian wax and she made it an amazing experience. She explained the process while she was doing it. Very professional establishment. I knew the moment I walked in that I was going to love this spot. I walked into the suite and it was completely gorgeous!! I was in complete awe!! I was nervous at first getting my brows done but my aesthetician was so AMAZING. She did a full brow consultation before she even started removing any hair. She mapped out what she was going to do with a chalk pencil before she started to make sure that I was okay with the shape and with everything she was going to do. Very thorough and informative throughout the service and such a friendly gal! I finally found the perfect aesthetician and I can wait to get other services done! read more

The selfish part of me doesn't want to write this review because you newbies take up all the appointments!! But I'm so proud of Shelly and absolutely love her work that her success and growth is bigger than my pettiness. I've followed thee best Waxer to 4 different locations; regardless of the inconvenience of location I'm going to see her! I even disregarded my EWC passes because I'd much rather go to her. My Brazilian, underarms and now my brows are the services she provides for me and I'm ALWAYS satisfied, even at 6 months pregnant she's super considerate and cautious while providing spectacular service. Always on time, always clean, always professional, always friendly. read more

it had been years since i've gotten a Brazilian because i had a horrible previous experience, but when i left Shelly's place i left feeling so confident! She did an amazing job at telling me what products she uses and why she does, along with that she would tell me to take deep breaths and would tell me "okay just a few more strips left" .. and keep the conversations super funny. i was laughing over half the time. it was the little details that made me feel like i was in good hands. i told her about my concerns of the growth period and how my skin is sensitive, and she recommended me the Intensive Tamonu Oil Blend and it has been working out for me great. I definitely plan to continue to come back! read more

This place is totally awesome! Shelly does an amazing job with my eyebrows, no irritation on my skin from the wax what so ever. I will come here and only here! Very professional. read more

I really need to get my eyebrows waxed and shaped; I have not have these services done in months since the pandemic hit and have been doing it on my own and was in need of some help! Shelly was quick to respond to my request for my same day appointment request on yelp and even worked me in that day. She was very friendly & professional, and I was very pleased with how she shaped and waxed my eyebrows. I definitely will be back! read more

Better than European Wax Center! Love getting my Brazilians done by Shelly she makes sure her clients are comfortable and the process is quick and painless (as painless as it can be haha) . She also provides services like jelly masks and ingrown hair treatment. read more

Shelly is amazing. I first came to her for my eyebrows which by the way turned out amazing. She took her time and even filled them in with makeup and carved them out so you leave feeling so catered to. I mean where do you go get an eyebrow wax then glammed up after?? Next experience was Brazilian and underarms. Side note I am totally traumatized : I went to the pretty Kitty in Eastvale and they used soft wax and it was the worst experience and so painful that I never wanted to get a Brazilian again. I expressed my concerns to Shelly and she reassured me that if I could handle that I could handle her wax. She first numbed the Brazilian area(you can totally do it without numbing) and did my armpits (painless) first, then next was the Brazilian. Literally not even a real burn. It was quick and painless and I could totally do it again. What made the experience even better is her knowledge and bedside manner. Ladies don't trust your vag with anyone else!! I can truly say she has done my brows the nicest I have had them done and my waxes the painless I have ever had. And she does promos I had my eyebrows done and had a free upper lip wax. With the Brazilian, free underarms. Look out for her promos and don't forget to tip your waxer read more
