I've been going to Ala for years, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails! She is incredibly talented, pays attention to every little detail, and always makes sure I leave happy. My nails always look beautiful, last a long time, and I get compliments on them everywhere I go. Beyond her amazing work, she's kind, professional, and makes every appointment such a great experience. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Lux Nail Spa - French tip full set acrylic - Nail Salons Near Me - Riverside, California

This business took $150 from me under false information and is now refusing to return it. I went in and asked an employee if they had a nail tech named David. I was told yes. I then asked if JaneDoe had a 9:30am appointment. Again, I was told yes. I asked if I could prepay for the service, and they gladly took my $150. There is no nail tech named David. There was no appointment. The entire transaction was based on misinformation provided by their own staff. When I returned to request a refund -- since no service was ever provided -- the person running the place, Ala, flat-out refused to give my money back. Instead, she tried to push a gift voucher, as if that somehow fixes being charged for a nonexistent appointment. She showed zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero concern. It gets worse. When I asked for the owner's name and contact information, she would only provide a phone number and refused to give the owner's name -- even after I asked four separate times. She ultimately ignored me. @Simala, this is such a dishonorable way of stealing money, and your staff should feel shame for this action. No honor in your business. Taking money for a service that does not exist and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the refusal to take responsibility is extremely concerning. I'm happy to share the positive outcome thanks to owners like this that have integrity. Thank you for being a great example of what a business owner should do. Thank you. read more

Called ahead for a full set and pedi. The girl who did my pedicure was amazing, sweet and gave a great massage. However, the lady who did my nails was the complete opposite. She had black hair, straight bangs, and a short bob. She was rude at first and rushed through my entire set. My nails came out sloppy, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for. I'm honestly extremely disappointed, especially after paying for a full set. I attached photos of what I asked for vs. what I received. Unfortunately, this experience made me not want to return. read more

I'm on the hunt for new pedicure spot for me and my husband and we stumbled upon this spot and I was very iffy since it's small but I was not disappointed! May did my pedicure and she removed the old, molded, chipped acrylic on my big toes and redid it. She went above and beyond and I didn't even have to ask her. The color and shaping was exactly what I wanted ! We will be back ! read more

I was a walk-in and had been searching for a nail shop when I came across May. I'm so glad I found her! As a first-time client, I wasn't sure what to expect, but she was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. She took her time, paid attention to the details, and made sure my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. The quality of her work is amazing, and my nails look beautiful. It's hard to find someone who is both talented and genuinely cares about their clients, but May definitely does. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great nail tech. I'll definitely be back! Vy gave me one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time! She was gentle, attentive, and made the entire experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. She took her time and never made me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. read more

Just had the absolute worst pedicure, went in because heard good things about Allah but the ancient old lady who was doing my pedicure, completely filed the whole top of my toenail until it hit skin and whatever cream she put on my toes, made them burn and extremely itchy. I had to stop her from finishing my toenails. She completely filed them so much that it went to my skin under my nail and it's absolutely so sore. The nail was so soft that the second you touched it would just fall apart. I've never had an issue with my toes before I get them done regularly and all her response to it was maybe she can't see very well. Well no ###t maybe she shouldn't be doing people's pedicures. Now my toenails are ruined and they hurt I will never return to this dirty place ever I cried so hard but was already in the middle of getting my nails done so I just had to sit there with tears because I have never experienced anything like this before I hate this place So much ..... nails look decent cool ..... just wanted it for free ???!!!! You're crazy I didn't even get an actual pedicure! My Toenails are ruined because of your employee of course I wouldn't be paying for a job that wasn't even completed you act like I left with a full pedicure I had her stop read more

The nail ladies were super friendly but I just don't like that my nails were not filed great on the sides and also not painted correctly. I'm tired of trying to boost this place up when they do not deserve it. They have broken massage chairs and will gaslight you if you tell them that the remotes are broken and don't work even though they couldn't make it work either! This is the poor quality French tip that was done today. Mind you this hasn't even been three hours and look at this. Sad and waste of money read more

My first visit was with Heidi; and having been to beauty school prior, I can tell you that both her C curve to the nail as well as the shape are impeccable. I love my nails and toes, everyone is very friendly and the spa is relaxing! Nails by Ala, toes by Geidy!

I loved how my toe nails came out!! I got a pedicure and the woman was so gentle & nice. I will definitely be back it was only $28 + tip!!

Again, I do not know your ex employee so your poor attempts at trying to make me look bad to justify your bad behavior is really starting to get at me. I don't know any of your employees and I don't use gel nail polish. I don't get my toes painted. I just get them clean and trimmed gel is bad for your fingers nails. so stop trying to excuse your bad behavior and I noticed you did take your sign down, which even says more about your nail Shop because other nail shops which there are plenty of other nail shops do offer specials from time to time and they actually honor them. I don't even know you personally why would I even care about breaking you down? It your terrible ethics. And business practices . And likes to do bait and switch and intimidate their customers. Like I said, I'll be going someplace else . If you wanna do the right thing, you should refund me my $10 since the sign clearly says free manicure with paid pedicure and I didn't get gel. I don't do gel and look at the picture. I already need a new manicure because it's not gel. read more

Rude workers aswell dont do good work as on nails and come off less than a week ..not good experience.

i came here with my sister, got our nails and our toes. The toes were decent, don't really have to say anything about them. When it got to my sister, she got french tips, didnt fill them all the way, and messed over it. I would recommend getting ur toes done but nails no. The vibe in there was a little off, could use some improvement read more

had a good reviews so I came and gave it a try no thank you I asked for short nails acrylic with the pedicure. It was $101.50. My face said it all everybody was looking at me and the nails were not it. it was a simple, small square nails they're off to one side one hand I had first asked for a French. They don't know how to do French book really bad so I just said you know what just paint them all one color still looks bad so expensive for what not what I wanted they're not even cute . And I have one hand that is way longer than the other. I let her know, and she only filed it a little bit down, not coming in here again and we can't even say you get what you pay for because a good penny and for simple nails and couldn't even accomplish a good simple nails , really disappointed read more

I would not recommend this place unfortunately it was my first time there and I had requested a pedicure and I had asked for the $37 one which came with the callus remover to make a long story short the lady that was doing my feet said that she could only use the callus remover one time and when I told her that it's still callus and dry skin on my feet, she said I don't trust her and she also told me that she'll put more solution on my feet and I can remove the callus myself because i'm making her work too hard. I had initially told her I was only here getting a pedicure because I am currently pregnant and can no longer reach my feet. The entire Service with the overlay on my toes was $72 which is not bad but I was left unsatisfied and not happy with my feet. I walked in with dry/callused feet and I walked out with oily/callused feet. What I had thought was gonna be a friendly experience, turned out to be a debate over my feet and when I told the lady that fine, I'll removed the callus myself and told her I wouldn't pay her because I'm doing her service she told me she can try one more time But she can't do it more than once because she'll get fined. Don't know if that's true or not but that's what was said to me. So all in all I give Lux nail spa a 1 out of 5. read more
