Well I have been coming here for a long time , I haven't had any problems up until my last two visits at my last visit I asked for a specific design on my nails and the man doing them said yes until we got to the point of doing them and he said actually I don't have the colors for that well keep them how they are , fast forward to the visit this morning and I asked for a new set and the nail tech doing it said no no need I'll cut it and fix it . She cut them down and they were super uneven and bulky she then proceeded to do the messiest job at applying acrylic on my fingers I've ever seen and said no worries I'll clean it up . As she's " cleaning it up " she's just ripping it off my fingers with her nails and somehow separates my nail from my nail bed . It starts bleeding I mention it and she said I'll clean it up later and continues using the drill and somehow cuts every single finger I have . I kept mentioning the blood and she just shrugged and said I'm sorry in a not so happy way after all of that did the sloppiest job at applying the nail polish which made the already horrible nails that much worse .

This passed Monday 2/10/25. I went to this salon and had one of the worst experiences I've had there since going consistently for a little over a year. Highly recommend seeing Lynn. 1 week ago I went in to have a full set done for an event, I was happy with them but after today I definitely see the difference and will be asking for Lynn from now on. My nails grew so fast and I had so much lifting, my hair would get stuck under my nails which made me come back sooner for a fill. I wish I would have taken a picture on how they looked when I came in. From the first set you can see that they are much more bulky and they were a bit lopsided, the cuticles weren't done very well. Lynn took off all the lifted acrylic, she took her time to make them even and thin, she made them the perfect length and natural look I was looking for. She gave me helpful tips to maintain my nails looking great and lasting longer. I will definitely be back to see her.

I've been going to Lynn since I was 12-13 years old. I'm 40 years old now. I absolutely love Lynn and but I'm tired of the crappy service I get from her sister. The one in charge. She always gives me attitude and is short with me. I put up with it because I like how Jenny, Helen do my nails but I'm done. I went in today waited 2 hours! They originally said 1hr I waited and waited nothing. Not a I'm sorry or nothing. It was already almost closing time. I'm so done with this nail shop.I understand that I'm just a number and no matter what they will always have clientele so customer service is not their priority. My relationship with them ends today.!!! I'm so done!!!!! read more

I been coming here for almost a year now every other Saturday as soon as they open. My last visit was 01/27/24 & I'll never go back. I was sitting on table 6 & I believe the tech was named Vivian. She recommended I get a new set instead of a fill and asked me why I didn't get a new set on my last visit. I told her the other tech (which works there) that did my nails said it wasn't necessary. She then said oh she was just lazy don't worry I'll do it for you. So anyway, she yanked my nails off after I told her to please soak them off if she recommends a new set. If I'm paying for a new set AND removal, don't yank them off. Soak them & do it the right way. She refused & of course the language barrier wasn't helping. She seemed like she was Indian so I had a difficult time understanding her. I saw my nail bleeding because she removed the acrylic & along came a piece of my nail. She filed my nail over the blood, didn't disinfect anything! This means they'll use the same tools & products with MY blood residue. I'll NEVER come back again! read more

Walked in at 5 on a Saturday to get a gel manicure. The lady literally painted my nails with gel and charged me $40. No cuticles were trimmed. No filing. Until after they were painted. I didn't stop her I thought maybe she had a different process. Probably won't be returning. read more

I have been completely satisfied with the service. Lyn the owner has always been hospitable. Ann her assistant always has a smile on her face. I have made Luxury nails my place of treating myself. They have a spa pedicure you have to try with hot steamed towels and a a warm wax treatment so worth it. Cost is very reasonable. Well at least it's within my budget.. read more

I wish I could give this place a zero because they are incredibly horrible. I went in after calling about the price of a SOAK OFF which I was told over the phone a SOAK OFF was $15. Once I'm there I was told I needed to get a service done in order to be able to get a soak off so I just decided to do the $25 pedicure where the nail tech gave me a book of colors to chose from without letting me know that the colors on there would be $15 add on so now my pedicure was $40 then I get taken to a desk to start my SOAK OFF and this lady literally starts RIPPING MY NAILS OFF she is being so rough not caring for at all for the damage she's causing my nail beds. I've been doing my nails for about a year straight and my nails have NEVER FELT OR LOOKED THIS BAD. I told her to stop after she made my pink bleed and ripped off almost my whole layer of nail on my pointer finger and I asked if I was going to be charged $15 for them ripping my nails off even though I asked for a soak off she told me yes my end total ended up being around $55 and I left with extremely thin nails and my left foot had no TOP COAT (I realized when I got home). This place is the best. I have been coming here since they were located in Grand Terrace. I have been asked why do I drive all the way over here when they moved further from me. My response...because I like the way they do nails and pedicures. All of they women here are nice and accommodating. I rarely wait for more than 15 minutes. They take walk ins too. Honestly I love coming here I always come for my pedicures and they do such a good job I haven't gotten someone who wasn't good they are all great ! This is the best nail shop in riverside. I have been coming here for 2 years now and the have a very large color choice in both gel and regular polish! Jenny is my go to for full set but I love Ann & Lynn's work too. The have a new upgraded pedicure chairs which give the best massages! Kathy is my favorite every for my pedicure. She is great at getting those pesky ingrowns and gentle about it too. Overall this is the best shop and I will not go anywhere else! Thanks luxury nails and Staff you guys are the best. I have been here about 10 times usually it's not too bad besides slightly rude staff. However the last THREE TIMES I have been here my nails break off within a day or two. I tried them a final time for my vacation. I got them done the day before I left and by my second day on a relaxing easy trip 3 nails were gone they flew off when I touched my dress, moved sheets around, etc by the 5th day I had no nails. went in this morning for a pedicure. was seated right away, which was nice but seemed like they were in a hurry even though no one else was in there. had cold water in the pedicure bowl even after asking for it to be hotter. slapped lotion on legs and called it a "massage". i feel like since I'm younger, I dont get the same service as someone who is a little bit older even though we are paying the same price. asked for French tip and after correcting her multiple times I still walked out unsatisfied cause I longer had time for her to redo it. very, very unhappy. and will not be back ever. read more

I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important. Maria Ibarra Hey family and friends... This beautiful girl just had her sweet 15 and like any other girl she went to get her nails done for her big day. She went to Luxury Nails & Spa in Riverside. Unfortunately this place had bad service and was rude. By Tuesday one of her nails got purple and swollen. Her parents took her to the ER and they told her that her nail got infected. The nail place more then likely didn't use sanitary tools and caused her nail to get an infection. They had to remove her whole nail. She was in so much pain. The manager of this nail place doesn't want to have nothing to do with this issue. My friend(mother of this lovely girl) went in person and they told her that they can't help her and that there is nothing that they can do for her. Ive tried this place several times hoping the next visit I would leave happy. As of today I will never go back!! The girl that did my nails was rude, unpleasant, did not care to hear the services I wanted done, was aggressive instead of handing me the nail colors decided to toss them to me they fell in the water where my feet where in as I was having a pedicure, used profanity, broke one of my nails when she was filing it, then tried fixing it without telling me and the women that did my pedicure could not complete the design I asked on my toes.
