This place was going down hill with the old owner Nina but luckily a younger couple took over Daniel and Bee and they basically saved the place it's a great Salon they did a lot of remodeling inside so the place does look a lot nicer new chairs, beautiful floors and they also painted they have much better taste than the old owners it needed a youthful touch! Anyways Daniel and Bee are always super kind and welcoming they always work with my appointments I highly do recommend coming to them the rest of the staff is also really great thank you Daniel and Bee and the rest of the Nv nail staff for being kind because ultimately that's what the salon actually needed was kind understanding owners! Their work is also great obviously that's why I keep coming back!

I have been coming to this nail salon for over 1 year and I am always pleased with the work they do. I've had several different nail techs do my nails and they have ALL been great! Been here twice. Loved my nails for both. One issue though, the past time I came in my manicurist finished a client then immediately took me without cleaning anything from the previous person. There were nail shavings all over the station and equipment. While he was shaving down my nails he cut me. I thought he'd apologize and we'd address the wound but he ignored it completely and kept going. Went over the cut with acetone and nail polish. It BURNED but it wasn't so horrible and he did good with my design so I didn't complain but it was very unprofessional and rude to not address the issue and potentially give me an infection from unsafe practices. My cut healed and it's fine. Again live the design but the experience was messy

I barely started coming to this salon and they do a good job at doing my toes when I go there. I feel welcomed here and I enjoy my time!

The service was perfect, honestly I like getting my toes done here. I like the environment, feels welcoming.

Moving from the Southbay to the IE was a massive challenge to begin with. But finding a good nail salon was even MORE challenging. *The girls that get it, get it! I came across this gem a couple of months ago and I have to say they have done an amazing job each time! I have my favorite (Daniel) but I'm sure you will find your favorite as you visit. 10/10 Recommend

I have been going to Nina for years for acrylics on my hands & for years she's had an attitude problem, but it has been the worst this last year, you literally can't ask her for anything without her rolling her eyes and giving you attitude & saying everything is your fault like your fingers or toes are shaped like that. She acts like I'm asking her for favor like I'm paying you & I tip you really good because I have been in the hair industry so I tip above and beyond. Over the years it's gotten worse each time!! She no longer says hi or bye just sit down not even a smile or talking or any kind. If I notice something wrong with my nails she gives me major attitude and acts like it's a huge deal, I can't even ask her to make my nails shorter without the attitude, a couple of times she even told me no I will admit I got very comfortable with her horrible attitude because she's fast & convenient (close to my house) and does a decent job most times, but today she did my toe nails (which she normally doesn't do) because the other girls were busy. She did acrylic on my big toes & a polish change, when she was done (because she doesn't like me asking her anything during the middle) I noticed my left toe nail was completely turned sideways...she told me it was my toe that was the problem!!! The same toe that I get done once a month & it's never done that. When I went pay she told me I need to find someone else to do my nails from now on because of the toe nail situation!!! She was pissed that I was accusing her of doing it sideways which she did!!! The disrespect from the lady is crazy! I'm glad this happened so I can move on to someone who doesn't make me feel horrible when I need something fixed. As you can see from all the reviews of Nina, I have the same story as a ton of other people, which I'm sure there's way more just never left a review What a horrible way to do business & yes I still tipped even though she was rude & made my toe nail completely crooked. I will be taking my business else where, where I don't feel like I can't say anything and feel welcomed because I haven't felt welcomed in a long time. I settled for disrespect and being treated like crap for comfort & convenience. so I'm so glad this happened. But the nerve of this lady is crazy to me. (Lastly Tina & the other women are so amazing and sweet!!! They bend over backwards to make sure your happy) The pics I included are from this visit & the snaps are from previous visits where you can see my nail doesn't curve that, she did acrylics she filed them at a slant where if she took the other side up more they would do that Anyway go at your own risk but this is my experience.

Hidden jewel! I got my eyebrows waxed, nails for my daughter and granddaughter. Busy environment, but wait was not too long, friendly representatives and clean environment. The prices were affordable too. I can not complain as it was a good place to be to get dolled up. They accept different types of payment too. Do not waste your time going to this place. I had been going there for years ever since they opened, this is the third time they disappoint me on my nails! But this last time really upset me. When I tried telling him it's not what I asked for he got upset. It's the worst nail job I ever had. I got not even close to what I asked. I do not recommend they just stay talking all the time and try to rush you. read more

I can't say enough great things about my nail tech Danny he always does an amazing job! Every set is flawless, creative, and exactly what I asked for (or even better). He's detail oriented, super talented, and just genuinely kind. The whole vibe of the shop is so welcoming too. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and you can really tell they care about their clients. It's always such a relaxing, enjoyable experience. This had been my favorite nail salon for over 10 years, and I've always supported them. When new owners took over, I respectfully shared feedback that the salon had become poorly maintained and unhygienic--because I genuinely wanted to see them succeed. Unfortunately, instead of taking the feedback professionally, they retaliated. During my most recent visit, the staff spoke in another language and laughed while looking at me, which made me extremely uncomfortable. After I paid (and even left a tip despite being charged more than usual), the owner waited outside to tell me--on behalf of his wife--that they no longer wanted to service me because of the feedback I gave. I've never been treated with such disrespect as a loyal customer. If you're looking for a place that values cleanliness and professionalism, I wouldn't recommend this salon under the current ownership. read more

Every time I've come to this place, it's always something. They tell me the wait time is longer once I arrive, switch my nail tech halfway through the service, they cut a cuticle on my toe, all huddle around me whispering without addressing me, they clip my real nails during an overlay. I literally will not be back. I was trying to find a shop close to home but this place is not it! Do not go to this place! read more

I've been coming here for about 4 years now since my co-worker introduced me to here. I even drove here to get my pedicures when I moved to Lancaster to get my pedicure. I can't speak for other workers that are working here. But out of all the pedicures I've gotten from the people here, Tina does the pedicure the best. What's amazing about Tina's pedicure is her massages. I love the hardcore Asian deep tissue massages. Her pedicure massages are just like that. Also, she does an amazing job getting the ingrown nails out. Even my mother-in-law thought it was amazing. She's not amazing at the nail arts though. So usually, if you want something painted nicely, she'll switch with someone so they can do it instead. I usually go for a basic color, so it doesn't matter much for me. Of the 4 years I've been here, I've always gone for the $45 dollars (now it's $48 dollars) pedicure. It lasts about an hour long. Honestly, the best pedicure you'll have if you like a good massage and good nail care. read more

Service is provided quickly and efficiently, and all of the staff are very friendly and attentive to your desires. I feel like I was overcharged. They charged me 85 for an ombré set and 50 for a fill. Also one of my nails came off after a few weeks getting them done and I have a fungus from using dirty tools. I gave them a second chance but I will never return read more

The nail tech Don he sits in the back on the right he unprofessional he stop while he was filling my nails watch ppl walk in and cut my nail I asked him how long it's going to be because I have somewhere to go at 6 PM then he called his manager and after I don't know what happen a lady came over and asked me to sit at the front once I told her have to go somewhere go at 6 She was just started working with someone she said it'll take a while when I called the manger man told me there was no wait .. Anyway I ended up leaving because the lady saw me writing a bad review and she said she won't be able to do my nails so I left read more

DO NOT GO TO THE MAN WITH HIS RIGHT HAND PARALYZED He sits in the back right table against the wall! By the tv. I have never had a problem here. Although I've never had my nails by male staff there this I'll be the last. He was very rough when drilling and handling my hands. He forgot the number of polish I wanted so he guessed and gave me this color. It looked like the color while he was painting them but it turned out to be this instead of a pinkish nude. I didn't say anything because I was already fed up because I went in with my bestfriend and we both had on FAKE rose gold friendship bracelets on our wrists. She had it on the WHOLE time. Until it was gone. We started looking for it and the guy doing my nails asked if we were ok. I said no we are looking for her bracelet. He stays quiet. Less than two minutes later, he holds it up slowly without saying a word. It was broken. Why didn't he say anything earlier? Why did it take us to say we are looking for it for him to pull it out? He did her nails before mine so it's not like he didn't know it was hers. After he gave it back he didn't say one word to me or her. He just kept talking to his other coworkers in his language. They all stared at my bracelet and my rings that I had on. He also charged me $65 for this ugly set. I will NOT be returning. The man has no feeling in his right hand. It's not hard to spot. DO NOT GO TO THAT GUY! read more

Every person that I've interacted with here has been very nice accept for Nina. She is tolerable at best. She does good work, but you can tell she wants you in and out of her chair and is not trying to be friendly and build a relationship at all. She did my eyebrows and I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted as had been done there before and she told me she could clean up my eyebrows and I'd get what I get. With my nails, I told her I didn't like the end result of two of my nails and she said, "it's not my fault" loudly in front of others. She had very little interest in making sure I left happy even though all she had to do was go over a portion of my nail with a different shade. She was more intent on arguing with me. I'm going to try out another place because I want to look forward to my sessions and not deal with Nina's blunt and unfriendly demeanor. read more

I went in February 11, 2021 I was in a look out for a nail shop. I live near this one and decided to give it a try. I walked in to a halfass job. Nina, did a terrible job with my nails. And let me say I am not picky. I don't get full sets. My nails are to weak and grow long naturally. She rushed to get my nails done. My time in there was 10 minutes. This has to be the worst gel nails I have ever gotten. The shape is terrible. Won't be going back. Let me also add that I am not a cheap tipper because I work for the restaurant service industry so I know what it is like to rely on tip but I left her $2 dollars that she didn't even deserve. read more

I can't say enough about Kathy & Tina. Kathy Listens to your wants and needs, and she always delivers! Tina . . . omg, I always feel amazing after my pedicure with her!! horrible. they charged me 45 for some shittty ass nails. Don't go to guy in corner!! He was rude and got my nails wrong. I told him a different color and he did the wrong color and when I corrected him he charged more. read more

Came in looking to get some simple French tips and left with one of the worst sets I've gotten. My friend understood Vietnamese and one of the men working there called me a "difficult customer" simple because I was trying to find a color that I liked. He then gave me to another lady who gave me the thickest acrylic sets. Rude AF...Do Not Go Here!! I would give them 0 stars if I could they don't known how to treat people on top of that they leave you hanging for 30 mins to- 1hr wait time. Never again I tried Red Persimmon @ Tyler mall and the service there was excellent no issues. read more

I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important. After that response, I made the decision not to renew my membership. Respectfully reviewed.

I was so disappointing. Good reviews don't do any good if you treat customer like that. Waiting 30min to get someone starts on my pedicure . The lady worked on my pedicure just smile at me every time I ask her question. I asked her how long it will take to get done, she acted like she didn't hear me. I asked her why she put lotion on my toe? "She said don't worry my friend I help you" I was so upset., and sorry I'm not your friend. She in rush, but keep talking over the table and they both lol. OMG I saw that lady picked up a buffer in her trash and processed on her customer. Disgusting. My nail come out horrible. Color was uneven, missed sides. Whole nail not painted. Horrible. Horrible. Not sure if I visit in their bad day or not, but people work here are unprofessional. This shop don't deserve any stars from me. Never going back. read more

I genuinely appreciate the friendliness and warm customer service at this salon, which is why I'm giving three stars. However, the quality of the nail work was very disappointing--especially considering I paid $108 for both a manicure and pedicure. From the beginning, the French tip should have been done with two coats of white for proper coverage. I gave the Daniel a chance to correct the issue, but instead of redoing it thoroughly, he simply added another layer of white on top of the clear polish. This left the tips looking clumpy and uneven rather than clean and polished. I was hoping for a professional-level finish, but the result felt rushed and careless. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me why I normally drive all the way to Orange County for my nails. Quality matters, and this fell far short of what I expected. read more

PROS: I've been going to Julie, since she worked at the nail salon by Food for Less and followed her to NV Nails, she's the best. I've had other girls there do my gel manicures, pedicures and waxing and may honestly say, I love this place. NEVER A PROBLEM! I had my husband and kids in there a few times getting pedicures or my daughter and friends getting little manicures. They love when I have my family with me. Aways asking where they are. This place can't do coffin nails & whatever they mix their acrylic powder with ruins your nails. I got my set taken off & much of my real nail came off with the acrylics, literally down to my skin; some nails were even bleeding. Worst my nails have ever looked. I want to cry. I'll never go here again!!!! I also caught a nail fungus while they were doing my acrylics. read more
