Slightly rude greeting. Was asked what I was there for, I said I had an appt for acrylic set (I was 5 minutes early), and was told "okay". I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to be seen. Lady did not soak off my nails, she used a crusty acrylic tip that was not new to peel them off. When that didn't work, she'd use her OWN NAIL to try to take it off. It was pretty painful to say the least. Cuticle prep was almost nonexistent. There was no hand/cuticle care whatsoever. When she was filing down the tips on the side, she was rubbing my cuticles raw as well. I had to pull my hand away 3-4 times. There is so much I could say about the atrocity that is the nails themselves but this would go on forever. I'll let my pictures do the talking. I asked for orange chrome on a star and was told that they did not have that. So I said, silver would be OK. She started to apply the silver chrome and it was not sticking. She then took it upon herself to grab orange dip and apply that instead. I don't know much about nails and acrylics and so I assume that she would apply the orange dip and then chrome on top. Once she was done with the orange dip, which looked by the way she said I was done and ready to go. I was confused as I still didn't have chrome and I also did not say I preferred the orange dip to the silver chrome so I sat there for another 10-15 minutes as she tried to cover up the orange with silver chrome. The stars look like a five-year-old did them if I'm being totally honest I'm really not one to complain but when I started speaking up for myself, she got a bit of an attitude and would repeat herself a few times to justify her actions even though she was making mistakes or doing things I did not like. Overall very disappointed. I almost cried because they took so long and are quite possibly the ugliest nails I've ever gotten. Not to mention I have cured base/top coat and polish on my cuticles which is a big nail health no no as it can lead to irritation or infection. Be warned! P.S. the salon itself is not clean nor hygienic by any means. It is a combo nail/hair salon and the gentleman doing the haircuts was asleep in one of the chairs upon arrival. Not very professional.

It is true, 5 star service. Wife and I got pedicures,Kim, was awesome. Everyone here was courteous and easy going making it a relaxed atmosphere. Parking could be a little difficult if you are not familiar with the shopping center.

She wouldn't change the towel she used with the girl before me. She had the same paper towels from the girl before me. She was wiping the leftover acrylic on this disgusting paper towel she's obviously been using for everyone. She wouldn't sanitize any of the nail clippers, files, buffers, even feet scrubbers. If you're at all concerned about sanitation this is not the place to be. Enjoy these pictures of my overly thicc nails. I'm glad I could get another appointment at a different place to fix them in the mean time. I miss Lindsey's Nails.

Janny and everyone who works at JK Nails are amazing. I love coming to JK Nails, every time my feet and hands are done I have no complaints, great conversations & I am completely happy with my sets ! Idk how anyone can talk negatively about JK nails because in all aspects they are 5 stars and do 5 star work. I come here for regular sets and special occasions sets and I am never disappointed. & the pricing is completely reasonable. Unlike other places .

I got my nails and my toes done last week. I got dip powder on my hands which they only had 5 colors to choose from and they already came off. Definitely not good quality and not good for the price I paid. I got pink and the pink started chipping and getting blotchy which he never happened any tome I get dip powder and my toes have already chipped as well. Definitely not worth the money I spent. Definitely won't be returning read more

My husband and I came a few times and been very happy but this last time it was not a great experience. The lady who did my nails and pedicure did a bad job my cuticles were all painted it looked messy 2 days later my gel was peeling. The gentleman was nice and let me come back and fixed them but my pedicure was not the best the callous removal was not done right and I hate that feeling and now I have a ingrown read more

Where do I start, for one this place does not offer gel manicures!! Second the nail shop is suppose to open at 9am but they are ALWAYS late. I've sat in my car waiting for 20min for someone to show up. Lastly it seems like they only have one nail tech who actually knows what she's doing. So if you go in and there's people waiting ahead of you it might be a while for you to get helped. I only come here when I need a quick pedicure close to home. read more

okkkk so long story short I will NOT be going back there it's a shame because we literally drove about an hour to not even last 15mns max in there (1st timer at JkNails) Woman was doing a very bad job she was charging me $50+ for long nails (They were very short) I told her long pls she got upset and said that was long (Honestly they were very veryyy short) I told her how in other places they charged me half price for long & Gel she made a weird rude face + they were off! She fixed 1 same thing again they were extremely short and off ., so she got a nail cuter and literally pulled the fake nail off HARD she hurt me I replied with UR HURTING ME! Pls be careful! She started saying something in their language and got my other finger and pulled another1 off hard. I repeated to her UR HURTING ME JUST TAKE THEM OFF I DO NOT LIKE THEM UR HURTING ME! So she got mad and started cutting them with scissors really rude and off by the way she said someone else will do them I got up and left! Terrible attitude from the younger nail tech and one of the more mature nail techs. She had a full-blown fit and refused to correct her work. In my opinion their unprofessional attitudes take the whole vibe down! I've since found a new replacement and wonderful salon that is welcoming, peaceful, and consistently does beautiful work. Won't be back and I'm glad!!

My daughter was about to purchase a few things and I sprayed a hair product onto my ponytail and they said I needed to purchase it. I then asked where are your signs stating you have to purchase. I was kept hostage as if I committed a crime!!!! What type of owned business forces individuals to purchase items!! The owners need to wipe out their employees and actually hire professionals. To the owner if you are reading: Lead by example if you call yourself a true business owner Unfortunately it doesn't let me post without selecting at least one star but I give them negative 1,000 HORRIBLE!!!

This beauty shop has a great variety of braiding hair, much better than my local locations. I…read moreappreciate the variety in terms of length as well as color. I personally don't want my hair to my butt and they have 32 inch hair which works out to 16in when braided. They also have bundles available. I think they are priced a bit high, ~$50 however in terms of the braiding hair, I think the pricing is on spot averaging six or seven dollars for a pack. Service was nonexistent so even though I knew exactly what I wanted, there was no one available to help.

I am not a person who writes reviews AT ALL what's so ever, good or bad experiences. But today was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. They guy that works here did my nail fill, he was filing my nails with the drill, and it was harsh and the drill was getting hot so I twitched a little and he got upset he give me a dirty look, and he kept going and once again on the same spot i moved a little and he asked "what's wrong " i said "it's a little hot and it hurts" he huffed a little and kept drilling at that point I knew he was irritated and upset when he was done drilling he dusted my fingers with a stank face and he went over and filed with a nail filer and he was so rough I didn't wanna complain so I didn't say anything, when he was done he kinda dropped my hands and said your done got up and walked ok .. MMMKAY So as my nails were drying I noticed ALOT but once again didn't wanna say nothing because honestly there's no point. I'm a hair stylist and I know how it is to have clients so are sensitive and rude and trust me there's a HUGE difference and I was NOT being rude because I could of sat and pointed out every mistakes he mad in front of him but I didn't. And from experience if your annoyed with a client DONT be rude back ! Give them your best work and prove to them you can do your job correctly! read more
