I don't want to write this review to bash the lady who did my pedicure because she was truly amazing but I do want the owners to be aware of the type of cleanliness that the shop lacks. I saw the lady who did my pedicure just take out her nail instruments out of her little caddy and I asked her if they were clean and she said yes even though I feel like they were used prior to me. Other places use new instruments that were properly sanitized in the machine. I do feel that they need to be up to date with their satanizing and cleaning of their instruments. Another thing I saw was a cockroach as I was leaving and another in the clear glass case where they keep their nail polish. This place lacks cleanliness. I loved my pedicure but I will not be returning because I'm scared that their lack of proper sanitation can cause toe fungus. read more

I went there in July this year for a pedicure. While she was filing the bottom of my feet with a sander/Emory board she slipped and scraped the back of my heel so badly that it drew blood and didn't heal for over a month. A week after the pedicure I decided to change the polish color and when I removed the polish she had put on my toes, there was mold on all of my toes! I've never seen anything like it! I had to use an Emory board to remove the mold. I will not return to this salon nor would I recommend it to anybody. read more

They have created great sanitary regulations and it is completely safe! They take your temperature to make sure everyone is healthy! Worst Nail Experience Ever!!!!! Everything about my experience was horrible, it took the ladies 45 mins just to help us, not to mention there was other lady without customers are just sitting around. I went in for a fill and the lady would get distracted and mess up my nails. The quality of the nails are poor and they can't file for shit. ALL MY NAILS ARE A DIFFERENT SHAPE. At first I wasn't complaining until I found myself having to go back after my nails had already broke off, along with my sisters. They make the nail really thin that they break within days. This is the worst experience I've had in a nail salon. I went for gel mani + pedi and waxing. The girl that did my waxing refused to take out all the hair. She said there is nothing left when she left the sides and back of my legs undone. I had to show her each area she didn't do and she was repeating there is nothing left the whole time. This nail salon is AWESOME! A little hole in the wall gem of nail places. I have only gotten pedicures there, so I can speak for any other services, but they give a MEAN pedicure! I have had 2 different ladies, and they were both excellent. They spend time and don't rush, which I really appreciate. The best foot massage I have ever had at a salon, no joke. And what makes it great is the prices! $20 flat. Their nail polish color selection isn't the best though, so I would suggest to bring your own if you can. Great little nail place. What a find in Riverside. Rose gave a very relaxing and unhurried pedicure. AND when their yelp info and their door said they were OPEN they WERE OPEN! We wandered in here after going to two and calling three salons whose yelp pages said they were open. Wonder if ownership of all those other salons know their staff stops accepting clients 1-2 hours before advertised closing time. My daughter got a gel manicure and the color selection was better than most. Salon was spotless and prices were reasonable. A few dollars more than bargain basement but the products like mineral salts and lotion were higher than usual quality. We will be back! The offer facials as well. Mickie (sp?) worked on my pedicure. As she was using the flat headed, steel cuticle cleaner (I think that is what the tool is called not sure) she cut into the skin of my right large toe causing it to hurt immediately and bleed. As the day went on-- the toe hurt more and more and kept me up at night. I doused it with alcohol, bactine and neosporin, soaked it to keep it clean. 24 hours later it is swollen, red and hurting. This is making it difficult to walk comfortably. Will be visiting doctor to see if infected or what. Paid $45 for this with tip and manicure buffing. read more

I really want to like this place. The owner is very accommodating and nice. Actually all the staff are nice that's why we went back. Even though there's a cheaper place near the area, I still decided to come back here because of how nice the staff are. Anyway, we came here and we both got seated on the spa chairs right away but all the staff are still busy and only 1 is available to do my pedicure so the hubby's feet were soaked there for more than 30 minutes. I was almost done when they finally did his pedicure. He liked his pedicure and the person, who I believe is the owner is very nice to him. The hubby enjoyed his pedi even though he waited for so long. My pedicure was mediocre. The massage was great. I enjoyed that part. But my pedicure was meh. I showed her a design which she tried to do but it was nowhere near the picture I showed her and it was a simple bow. She drew what it looks like 2 cherries together maybe? Idk. But she didn't put top coat and well the next day it was ruined :( I never had a pedi polish that gets ruined the next day :( but I was pretty sad and I don't think I'll be coming back as much as I like the staff, It's not enough for me to come back:( read more
