I scheduled my appointment through text and was asked to send a $20 deposit through Zelle, which I did during our conversation. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I didn't actually have one scheduled. I showed the text messages and proof of the deposit transaction. She explained that because I didn't specifically tell her the payment had been sent, she didn't realize the deposit was from me and never added me to the schedule. At that point, I probably should have left, but since they weren't busy and I had already paid the deposit, I decided to continue with the appointment. The pedicure was honestly very relaxing, and the massage portion was excellent. Unfortunately, the manicure experience was much different. I requested a full set, showed a couple of inspiration photos, and trusted the tech to choose the best products. During the application process, I noticed the nails were crooked and mentioned it. I was told they would be fixed, but the final result still looked uneven and nothing like the inspiration photos. What made the experience more uncomfortable was that multiple times during the manicure, the misunderstanding about the appointment was brought up and framed as entirely my fault, with no acknowledgment of the communication issue on both sides. I'm admittedly not someone who likes confrontation, so after bringing up the crooked nails once, I stayed quiet, paid, tipped, and left. I left disappointed because I had really hoped to find a salon I could return to regularly. The pedicure itself was great, but between the appointment confusion, the interaction during the service, and the quality of the manicure, I unfortunately won't be returning. I'll now need to pay another nail tech to correct the set.

Not only did the nail tech slowly slice my pinky finger using a nail extension while trying to pop off the acrylic, she did so after I asked at minimum three times for her to soak them off. She told me that it would take to long. I responded with the actually amount of time it would take to properly soak acrylic off, 20-30 minutes. After forcing the acrylic to separate from my nail bed and making me bleed, all she said was, "Sorry, your nails and acrylic go very well together." She proceeded with her incompetence and attempted to say she would soak my nails as she tried on the other hand to pop the nails off again I removed my hand from her grasp. Reminded her that she will be soaking them in acetone. That's when I saw the huge open wound on her finger. I didn't have time to go anywhere else. I allowed her to try to make it right. Cut the tips. Apply The acrylic and shape the nails. When she told me she was done and I should wash my hands before we out the gel polish on I was completely stunned. Not a single nail was the same shape as any other. I tried to tell her and she said, "okay. Okay. Okay." I asked her not to rush and dismiss me and pleaded with her to listen to me since she never asked what shape I wanted in the first place. Some one came over to help and further translate or elaborate. The tech then made everything worse. It seemed that she didn't understand what I was showing her. I should have taken a picture for you all. Now I felt stupid, uncomfortable, pain, embarrassment, and anxious. I requested that I just pay for the work so far and leave with my nails unfinished. This for some Reason didn't compute to any of the employees so the all yelled at me to stay because "some one finish". At that point I gave the girl my card paid and left swiftly. Went somewhere else and they fixed the hot mess that was my hands. If I get infected from that nasty open wound I will be suing. read more

My regular nail lady at TippyToe off magnolia was much too busy to do my nails today, so I wanted to give this place a try. If I could rate 0 stars then I would. For the location the quality of these nails sucks. This place is filthy, these women don't shut the f**k up. It's ridiculously loud in this ghetto establishment. Far too much gel on my nails that I literally had to file down the sides and edges of my nails myself. If you want ghetto hideous nails then this is definitely the place for you! I asked for a soft pink with glitter, but instead they gave me neon pink with glitter..... My nails look like they belong to Malibu Barbie who is about to get gang banged. You always know that you are going to get what you are paying for plus some and the service is spectacular considering that you never have to worry about nail techs being rude which I encounter almost everywhere else that I go. I love coming here! Aside from the manicures I get, I love the customer service. I've had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Jenny and Lee. Both of them took the utmost care when handling my nails (natural). I get gel manicures and they paint the thinnest layers so they dry perfectly with no problems. I've had other people burn my nail beds before, but not here! They also last forever. My last manicure still looked amazing after 2 weeks and could've lasted longer but I wanted a color change. Their price is great for the quality and service. I would highly recommend this place!! read more

Don't expect to come here & relax, It's always so LOUD and rambunctious. You can't unwind or enjoy your service because Jenny yells and talks so vulgar, it makes your experience WORSE. I showed Andy a picture of how I wanted my nails and they did not come out how I imagined so I asked for them to be removed, he offered to start over and try again but I had already been there for 2 HOURS (11am-1pm) I was so frustrated so I declined. While in the process of soaking my nails off, Jenny rudely asked me to leave. They completely wasted my time. Very poor customer service! read more

Jenny nails always does an excellent job on my nails, im always happy when i leave there. and even if the wait is long she makes sure to acknowledge you. and even have someone come start on the next customer. Jenny always does exactly what i ask for and does a good job! for a decent price too. you cant find that anywhere. which is why jenny nails is my nail salon! the stylists actually interact with you instead of ignoring you which i have experienced in the past with other nail salons. read more

First time going to Jenny's nails was recommended by a friend from work. Jenny is very polite, friendly and very funny she makes you feel welcome. Her brother did my nails and did an amazing job! I told him I wanted something different and with a Halloween theme. He used a black powder, with glitter. I loved how they came out! And her prices are very reasonable and not expensive at all. Diamond and gems will not get stuck in you hair anymore. Their special gel completely fills that gaps. Jenny and Andy do 3d nails... so appointment is a good idea. read more
