I genuinely felt like a VIP the entire time. I had no idea this salon was even here in my own backyard, which makes it even better--I'm so glad I found it! Called to verify they were open at 7 and they had time for a pedi. "Yes come in" got there, Waited with my feet soaking for 20 minutes along with another customer that arrived at the same time as me as there was only the 1 worker there already with a client. 2 other workers strolled in and took their time getting to us. Finally got started and no more than 10 minutes in did my lady start trading shoes with another worker and joking around and left me waiting another 10 minutes for her and the other worker to be done goofing off. Noticed I was upset so then she comes back. She made me bleed and their "callus remover" service is just scrubbing your feet with water. They used no callus remover product that I get at every other salon I've ever been to. The massage was minimal effort and again kept stopping to talk to other workers. Now she's trying to get away with putting the wrong color on my toes ..... what the heck. It's now been 2 hours and my pedicure is still not complete. I came here excited that a salon opened this early and figured I could get in a get going with the things I need to do today. I might as well have waited for the other salons that open at 9. At least I would have gotten what I will unfortunately be paying for. I will definitely not be back. Lesson learned with this place !
