I upgraded my spa pedicure to the option with the 15-minute massage, and it was SO worth it--the massage was amazing and actually was timed for the full 15 minutes, not rushed at all! It's also conveniently located in a little shopping center right off Van Buren, which makes it really easy to get to. My pedicure turned out beautiful, and I'll definitely be back! read more

Loved KC Nails & Spa! Came here last minute with my mom and service was amazing. We both got Pedicures and I got Builder Gel. Best Builder Gel I've ever received, looks just like the pinterest photo I wanted very clean short and thin baby pink as well. I love natural nails and they turned out just like I wanted. I got a gel pedicure with callus removal and she didn't even removed the dead skin around my feet. I also told her a couple times that there was still a lot of skin around my nails and she refused to clean it up. The nails were left crooked and sloppy paint. Never coming here again, it's one of those places doesn't care about the customer and just wants to finish you up to take the next person. read more

I always really enjoy this salon. It's clean, all of the ladies do a great job, and are always so nice. I sometimes take my younger daughter with me and they always treat her well too. We typically get a mani/pedi, or gel mani pedis and we're happy with the way they come out. I try to remember to take cash for tips, but sometimes I do forget and they don't give me a hard time about it like some other salons do. So I recently went I called Friday afternoon to make an appointment for Saturday morning. Went in for gel x and a pedicure. I had previously had a gel mani & pedi from another place. So Mike did my nails and some lady did my pedicure I had no problem with the service Mike & her were really nice. Until I went to pay they charged me $136 for gel x short almond nails & my gel pedicure. It was my sisters gender reveal so I needed them done but I was so caught off guard that I even tried to do the math and I didn't understand how they came up with the price. DO NOT GET ACRYLICS HERE. They used unclean tools, the man who was doing my acrylics genuinely made them deformed and then he cut my nails into my side skin, causing not one but two of my nails to get ingrown and infected. I had to go to the hospital for them to cut the skin out and give me antibiotics. I've never had this problem with anywhere else, and especially acrylics. Please do not go here!!!! read more

The mani and pedi is ok. I don't do anything fancy just basic mani pedi but....the place smells awful. Like chemicals. It is very bad and it gave me a killer headache. Also the place is dirty. Floor needs moping, the pillows they give you are stained and just overall things are super messy and disorganized.
