I had such a great experience here! Chloe did my nails and Kathy did my pedicure, and I'm absolutely in love with both. They really took their time, asked questions to make sure everything was perfect, and we even shared some laughs along the way. Both of them were so kind and made the whole experience enjoyable. My nails and feet came out amazing! I'll definitely be coming back--and I can't forget the complimentary mimosa, which was such a nice touch. I love it here!

It was my sisters gender reveal so I needed them done but I was so caught off guard that I even tried to do the math and I didn't understand how they came up with the price. I was planning on make this my go to nail salon since I live 5 mins away. But I'm not sure with these prices.

DO NOT GET ACRYLICS HERE. They used unclean tools, the man who was doing my acrylics genuinely made them deformed and then he cut my nails into my side skin, causing not one but two of my nails to get ingrown and infected. I had to go to the hospital for them to cut the skin out and give me antibiotics. I've never had this problem with anywhere else, and especially acrylics. Please do not go here!!!!

i had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The salon was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. My nail technician paid great attention to detail and made sure my nails looked absolutely perfect. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I received so many compliments afterward. I always really enjoy this salon. It's clean, all of the ladies do a great job, and are always so nice. I sometimes take my younger daughter with me and they always treat her well too. We typically get a mani/pedi, or gel mani pedis and we're happy with the way they come out. I try to remember to take cash for tips, but sometimes I do forget and they don't give me a hard time about it like some other salons do. The mani and pedi is ok. I don't do anything fancy just basic mani pedi but....the place smells awful. Like chemicals. It is very bad and it gave me a killer headache. Also the place is dirty. Floor needs moping, the pillows they give you are stained and just overall things are super messy and disorganized. Nice salon and staff, but the experience left us disappointed.

I recently went in for a nail fill and had selected a color that I wanted to use for a French tip…read moredesign. My previous set was a full-color set, but when JEFF asked if I wanted to do full color again, I clearly said that I wanted a French tip instead. He agreed, but seemed hesitant about it. While preparing my nails, he brought up again that he thought a full-color set would look better. Since I had already stated my preference, I felt a little uncomfortable being pushed toward a different option. Later, when it was time to apply the color, he asked, "Full now, right?" and I ended up agreeing because it felt like he was rushing through the appointment. I later realized I was his last customer of the day, which may have contributed to the experience. After I agreed to the full color, he proceeded to paint my nails but didn't clean up the polish around the edges or cuticle area. As a result, there was visible polish on my skin around several nails, which made the finished set look messy and unfinished. The service felt rushed overall. When applying the cuticle oil, he was standing and not really paying attention to where he was putting it, and the appointment ended with a quick instruction to wait a few minutes and then wash my hands. The nails turned out okay, but I left feeling like my original request wasn't really respected and that the service lacked attention to detail. I believe clients should feel comfortable getting the design they ask for without feeling pressured to change their minds, and I also expect the final result to be clean and polished.

Terrible Experience, Worst Service I had a terrible experience at KC NAILS & SPA. I accidentally stumbled upon this salon and decided to give it a try. However, I regret that decision now. The lady who attended to me complained about my nails not being smooth enough and scrubbed them profusely. She kept telling me every minute that she was making them soft, but my nails ended up being weak and thin. In fact, one of my nails broke the very next day. The service was poor, and the staff's attitude was even worse. They were laughing and joking about me in another language, which is unprofessional. It felt like being in Guantanamo prison, where my poor finger was being tortured. It's essential to note that people can feel what you're saying, even if they don't understand your language. I hope this review serves as feedback for the KC NAILS & SPA team to improve their service and be more professional. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I have been going to KC Nails & Spa since it opened (over 5 years ago). I love the owners and the staff! They are always friendly and eager to accommodate any special requests I may ask for (within in reason, naturally). The salon is well maintained and very clean at all hours of the day! Desiree and David are my manicurist and pedicurist. I love their work, their suggestions, and their special attention to detail. They are both very gentle which is also appreciated! Holly does the best job on my eyebrow and lip waxing. I'm always offered a cold bottle of water to quench my thirst, which is a very nice added service accommodation. I have had acrylic nails on for over 30 years, and KC Nails & Spa is by far my favorite salon to date! read more

highly recommend KC. the service was great! but the work Tammy did on my nails is beyond stunning work! what I love about KC is that they were very honest. i normally don't come in with a pic off the internet but this it was my birthday and it'd been six years since I'd had a set, I wanted it to be stunning. i showed the first girl what i wanted and I could see her face get worried and I said it's ok maybe someone else or I could just have something simple. she found someone else and that was Tammy! other places would attempt it and get it wrong but Tammy was spot on! I have been coming to KC Nails for 3 years. Previously I would try a new salon every few months and was never impressed with anyone! I immediately fell in love with this nail salon because they are so friendly and kind. The salon is extremely clean and fresh. They offer water and tea once you sit down in the massage chair. I have had a few girls do my nails over the years here, but for the last year and a half I have been loyal to Kata- she's my girl! She has the loveliest personality, so sweet, remembers my name and everything about my life, and the best part is her foot massages! I recently returned to KC nails after being out of state for a while, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere here is just as welcoming and relaxing as it's always been. My lady is incredibly amazing and so do the other clinicians. They went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect color, even letting me try multiple options until I found the one I loved. I had a gel pedicure and a set of gel-x and it's been four weeks but my nails are still looking great. I couldn't be happier with my new nails and this style. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a relaxing vibe that made me feel instantly at ease. My nail tech Rachel was an absolute perfectionist. The salon has a really nice, welcoming vibe and they even offer drinks, which makes it feel extra comfortable. Tammy did my nails and she gave the best service I've ever received. I recently visited KC nails and spa for a simple fill and was disappointed with the experience. I found the attitude of my nail tech. Rachel to be less than welcoming. They seemed disinterested and didn't engage much in conversation, which made me feel uncomfortable during the appointment. I understand that everyone has their off days, but a bit more warmth and customer service would have greatly improved my visit. She has a super good understanding of nail care, she takes all the time she needs to, she never act rushed or worried about her time. She will alway put your needs ahead of her business. She was super meticulous about the shape and making sure they weren't too thick, or lumpy. I would want to mention that it is always better to make an appointment ahead as they get super busy, especially by the end of the day and in the end of the week.
