I recently went in for a nail fill and had selected a color that I wanted to use for a French tip…read moredesign. My previous set was a full-color set, but when JEFF asked if I wanted to do full color again, I clearly said that I wanted a French tip instead. He agreed, but seemed hesitant about it. While preparing my nails, he brought up again that he thought a full-color set would look better. Since I had already stated my preference, I felt a little uncomfortable being pushed toward a different option. Later, when it was time to apply the color, he asked, "Full now, right?" and I ended up agreeing because it felt like he was rushing through the appointment. I later realized I was his last customer of the day, which may have contributed to the experience. After I agreed to the full color, he proceeded to paint my nails but didn't clean up the polish around the edges or cuticle area. As a result, there was visible polish on my skin around several nails, which made the finished set look messy and unfinished. The service felt rushed overall. When applying the cuticle oil, he was standing and not really paying attention to where he was putting it, and the appointment ended with a quick instruction to wait a few minutes and then wash my hands. The nails turned out okay, but I left feeling like my original request wasn't really respected and that the service lacked attention to detail. I believe clients should feel comfortable getting the design they ask for without feeling pressured to change their minds, and I also expect the final result to be clean and polished.

They were busy and I was so glad they were able to squeeze me in for a gel manicure because my nails were a hot mess from a place I went to previously. Dan, the owner did my nails and he did a great job. His wife worked on someone's nails right next to me and her nails were gorgeous and very detailed. The vibe was chill. Decided to get the most basic hard gel mani. My gc was for $50 and I still paid $15 out of my pocket which made that a total of $65. My nails are short, sheer color and just wanted a hard gel or builder gel to not ruin my natural nails. I shook my shirt and out drops a nail. (nail #2). Ugh! I am irritated. I needed to wash my a few dishes; I dry my hand and two more missing (Nails 3-4). I was on my way to the store and as I tapped my stirring wheel, I noticed two more gone (Nails 5). It is at that moment I turned my car around to go to the shop itself. I walked in and as you can guess, they were not listening. I didn't embarrass them as they had two customers in the chair, so I pulled the lady to the side to tell her. All she could say is, "Sophia is on her way and she can poolish for you." I rapidly decline. Sophia came in and says the same thing as before, "we are not responsible." The other lady tried to gaslight me by saying, "oh sometimes the nail is oily and they slip off." That is not my issue, if her technique is bad, then the outcome will be bad. They refused to refund me (even a portion). I have 5 nails in place. I was essentially dismissed. I hope they lose their license because they do not deserve to serve the community. I
