I asked for a Deep French tip and it was too much of a task for her. I'll Impatient when I asked to adjust the shape of the French tip. Would gaslight me when I told her to fix something and she'd say "where?? I don't see anything" over-trimmed my cuticles & ended up cutting me. There was no quality in her work. Just did nails to get paid. Left upset bc getting your nails is to pamper & relax during your appt, it's not just about looking put together. I would not book with Jennifer.

There was a lady on her cell phone who decided to put her conversation and issues on speaker phone. She was very distracting and messed up my entire vibe of peace. The staff being polite did not tell her to get off speaker phone and put ear buds or headphones on. Which was shocking. It is not in the best area so maybe the ladies were scared to tell her. But it was very hard to relax and enjoy all the money you were spending on your self. Also, I noticed that the towels they use on your legs after they massage you were used. So the area, and noise, and their ability to stop people from speaking on speaker phone is why I say maybe I will Recommend it to other. Heidi is not the problem. Also so rude and not taking accountability. Like it's my fault a nail came out crooked and rushing to get it off filed too much of my nail bed. Also this was my second time with her and had thoroughly mentioned how I wanted builder gel and the first appointment she told me I can extend it with builder gel but due to the time she just starts putting gel x without even asking or clarifying if that's what I wanted and I'm definitely a people pleaser but I have learned my lesson with this one! Also an estimated time frame is necessary what if clients have an event to get to or somewhere to be! I had booked two services and had to walk out with one and I did have somewhere to be that's why I wanted both the services! So disappointing and frustrating and the text messages just excuse after excuse and no accountability. I never even write reviews but I had to! Saying that she's not practiced in extending with builder gel but offering it to me so confidently during my first appointment and then not mentioning it's not her first choice but the first appointment told me yeah we can even extend it with builder gel but my bad I was supposed to know you were lying and it wasn't your first choice.
