When I arrive, I'm usually greeted and seated without a long wait. The staff is friendly and professional, and they always make the process easy and comfortable. I've never had issues with communication or confusion about services, and they make sure I understand what I'm getting done. I showed Natalie my nail inspo, and she did a really great job bringing it to life. I can understand why some people may not like their policies, but I also think they're fair for both the salon and the customers. The salon is small, neat, and only had three staff members working on the weekday I visited, so there may be a bit of a wait. They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. The vibe isn't overly sweet or super welcoming compared to some other nail salons, but they clearly know what they're doing and do it well. Personally, I didn't mind at all and actually enjoyed my experience.

I paid $120, I would normally pay $65-70 for this, sometimes even more of designs for $65-70 - Attached are pictures and also prices for the pedicures. Paid $20 deposit when booking online. You also pay your total before any service is done. Area was right off the freeway, door was closed so the place looks closed and almost abandoned. They do have a bathroom and a separate sink for nails.
