I was her first appointment for the day and she just kept thanking me for opening for her. She was gentle and kind and asked me multiple times if I was comfortable. She went above and beyond for me, and I appreciate that! She even helped me pick out a color and told me which ones were good gels and others that wouldn't last long. The other nail technician was not kind and was even rude to the other nail technicians, but I didn't let her take away from the amazing experience I was having. I am very rough with my nails so have historically had a lot of breaks. Amy does amazing quality work and rarely do I have a nail break. I also love and appreciate her punctuality. I went back today to have my acrylics removed and get a simple polish. I asked for the price and was told it would be $20 total, which honestly surprised me. I am absolutely done trying to find a good manicure and pedicurr in moreno Valley ! Went here today took the lady 1.5hours to do a pedicure! My foot rubbed on her breast atleast 20 times! They didn't have the color I wanted and she did my pedicure like my 5 year old niece could have done!!! She motioned my feet 5 times... Why??? My pedicure is so bad I didnt stick around to see how horrible she was gonna do my gel manicure! Just terrible! Maybe because she was on Face time the whole time! I really wanted to like this place. My first visit Nancy did my pedicure and she was super thorough and nice. Shes the reason I came back a second time. The second visit didn't go so well. I got a gel full set and both of my thumbs bubbled over that evening. It was a complete mess. I went back the next day and she fixed it and didn't give me a hard time. But over the next week the gel started chipping. It didn't last very long. I don't want to pay extra for gel if it doesn't work. The 3 stars are because I was happy with the initial result and they fixed the bubbling without giving me a hard time and well most of the ladies appear to be super nice. My mom and I have been coming to Lovely Nails for YEARS! All of the ladies do a nice job. However, my mom always asks for Theresa and I ask for Connie. They are, besides Amy, the best there! (Amy tends to stick to doing full sets, not regular manicures) Making sure that you are comfortable is a priority, as they make sure to ask if you are. They listen to what you want, and ask if there is anything that needs special attention (i.e. - a hang nail or in-growns). They ask if you want a design, but if you say no, they don't push you. They are great at making small talk and don't pester you if you don't feel like talking. The short massages that come with the manis and pedis are wonderful! (I know a few people who have fallen asleep in the chairs!) They are very reasonably priced. The place is small, but very clean and well kept. They always make sure to clean/sanitize the tools, bowls, pedicure stations, etc. when they are done. Quick note: They also do waxing, but it's not a full service list. As long as I live close by, this is the only place I will go to for my nail care. read more

Took my sister to get our nails and toes done. Service was mediocre..... my sisters nails looked crappy, had little air bubbles all over but she didn't want to complain. My sister was placed under the dryer to dry her toes. The next day her lower legs were very red and hot to the touch. I told her go back and show them but she didn't want to make a big deal about it. I wish she would have, because this is how it looks a week later. I will be personally taking her there tomorrow to show them. Just be careful going there. Just came into this nail salon for the first time today and was not impressed. They claim they take in walk ins and they do but last time I checked whoever walked in first as a customer is supposed to be seen first. I'm in there for about 5 minutes waiting to be seen and then another lady walks in saying she didn't have an appointment and was hoping she could be seen and they see her before me. It was like I wasn't even there so I'm convinced there's some discrimination or racism going on. When I confronted one of the ladies she didn't even have a good excuse. I didn't return back because I had another place I had been loyal to but my manicurist had gone back to his country leaving me to look for a nail spot again. Quick and cheap but you get what you pay for. I got a gel manicure and my nails chipped after only a couple of hours. My technician didn't even cut my nails to match evenly. My cuticles on my toes weren't cleaned and she basically just painted my toes and scrubbed my feet. I don't think I'll be coming here again. Update: It has been a week and most of my GEL manicure is shipped. I will never go back again. read more

I had a menu pedi done here yesterday. I was very happy with the service. Nancy was very sweet. However!!! My nails have completely changed color and are not the color I got them. I woke up today, less than 24 hours after getting them done and they are orange. My thumb is still the original pink color so my nails look horrible, I have orange nails and then one pink nail.
