When it's time for a fill or new set of acrylics, how are the old ones removed? Are they sanded down? I had a previous bad experience where my natural nail bed was damaged by having the electric drill used on them

Sand them down and soak with acetone.

Yes, I have. My experience was amazing! It's super clean. Got my eyebrows waxed. The lady who waxed me listened to how I wanted my eyebrows. Definitely recommend

I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important.
