I absolutely love this place and I'm glad I went in and tried them on a random day!! Maddy is THE best nail tech and can do ANY nail design!!! If you have any design in mind please ask for Maddy!!! They are all so kind and welcoming and there's never any wait in the mornings!

One gel pedicure was $33 I'd recommend getting #1 it included a hot towel and lotion. Highly recommend! Lady's were very kind. Pretty quick too which I love

They are so very thorough, she shared that they have a TWO week guarantee for anything that happens to my gel nails she said to come back and they'll fix it no problem. The peace of mind, reassurance they give the kindness they all give are priceless here. It is clean and very bright inside. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I love my gel manicure I got all the colors I wanted! My nails are short for now since I've been busy and haven't had a chance to get these bad boys done, but Wendy helped me feel amazing again and she did such a great great job!!! 10/10 recommend!!

Amazing! My first time here I was assisted by Maddy, she was sweet professional and quick. I am very meticulous about my nail service and Maddy made great suggestions and I could tell she wasn't trying to sale me so she earned my trust right away. Men and Women loved my nails. Anywho my nails came out better than expected with designs. This is my 3rd time with Maddy in a spans of 2 months, she now have a loyal customer.I'm happy I found her.

I came here for the first time today and I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of service! I was a walk in and Tammy did an amazing job with my new set of nails She suggested that I get powered instead of a nail color and i absolutely love my nails!!! She didn't try to push any extra services and was very friendly and kind and of course did an amazing job! I decided to also get a Spa Pedicure and I chose Pedicure Package #2 with seal salt and warm lotion OMG sooooo relaxing!!! The place was Super Busy but it was also a Saturday morning and they were soooo kind to accommodate me as a walk in! My new Nail place for sure and definitely coming back to Tammy! I paid $55 for my new Full Set with Powder and $29 for my Spa Pedicure total of $84 + $2 Card Charge +Tip.

Dirty Towels Complained and she returned to the back...came back with additional dirty towels

I paid in cash and tipped well. However, there were several reasons that brought me to the conclusion there is a 1% chance I will return. I have listed the pros and cons below. Paying Options Pro You may pay with either Card, Cash, CashApp, Venmo and Zelle. Con If you pay with anything but cash, there is a $2.00 transfer fee. Service Hit 3 strikes with disappointment Strike 1 Con *Wait Time was close to 3 hours for a Mani-Pedi once seated *Waited 35 minutes in pedi water without service. Water got cold, had to request additional hot water from Dana. While waiting, watched several go before me that did not have appointments and walked in after me. Very disappointed I had to ask what the hold-up was that my friend and I were still waiting in water for our pedi to start before someone came to assist. She even was so comfortable to wait for a tip. Pro I did tip because the pedi was nice once it was finished. Strike 2 Con **Dirty towels My friend complained, and the lady took it back to the back of the office. Yet, my towels were STILL not clean. I was told it is the nail polish, not dirt that just didn't wash out of the towels. Either way, it was not MY polish. (So Eww). My friend's toe nails were not fully painted. She eventually paid and left. Pro My nails were fine once Wendy finally got started and finished. She took the time to fix what wasn't correct and made them look nice. Good job Wendy!!! Strike 3 Con ***Did not clean between each client I watched and noted that some representatives cleaned between clients while others did not. I did not want to walk in just the spa shoes (thin ones they give you) because the floor also did not look well kept. Pro Both my mani and pedi do look nice. Wendy, really is a professional with her craft! The 3 stars was that the end result is that my nails are acceptable. How I felt about the experience is what is in words. Also, the owner reached out to see if I had questions. Hope this helps and have a great day! In the end, up to you how you feel with any review just decide if you are willing to take the chance.

So dirty chairs are dirty they feel musty sticky , idk why I came here omg it's to late to back out now !My feet came out ugly !! They need to clean up the chairs and clean up in here. NO AC. And they did my pedi so fast !! And I paid the extra 35 one so annoyed !

Heidi did a great job on my nails, eyebrows. She has mastered customer service. She is a very nice person who really try's to do her job very well. If you do go there ask for her. They all seem really nice and friendly towards the people they were servicing. Cons, is the environment. There was a lady on her cell phone who decided to put her conversation and issues on speaker phone. She was very distracting and messed up my entire vibe of peace. The staff being polite did not tell her to get off speaker phone and put ear buds or headphones on. Which was shocking. It is not in the best area so maybe the ladies were scared to tell her. But it was very hard to relax and enjoy all the money you were spending on your self. Also, I noticed that the towels they use on your legs after they massage you were used. So the area, and noise, and their ability to stop people from speaking on speaker phone is why I say maybe I will Recommend it to other. Heidi is not the problem. I've been coming here for about a year and highly recommend it. The team is always kind, welcoming, and professional, and the space is clean and relaxing. They are yelling all the time with their language, rhey are so loud I got headache. Customer service: none- no etiquette Service: I asked for regular mani and pedi, they kept pushing me to do gel. I wanted regular manicure, it is healthier for my nails. My nail color was gone next day, I had to remove the rest of the color. Also, they didnt clean the cuticles properly. Came by for a basic gel mani since my usual place was closed. From the start, the tools used weren't from a sealed/sanitized pack, just grabbed from a random tray. Red flag. Immediate no for me. The polish looks terrible to say the least, top coat is spotty and going over the cuticles on some nails. Wish I could get my $30 back. Don't recommend. read more

It kills me to do a One star but this location is a rip off. Took my 11&12 year old daughters to get a pedicure and a full set for myself. No design just basic painting. I was given one price then at the end the price doubled. The lady started talking in her language very unprofessional. Not only did they try to rip me off, they talked bad about customer but my nails were not done so bad. My nails were crooked and different lengths. It was a bad experience. I hope they get better but I definitely wouldn't recommend this location. read more

came here a few times before for soak offs of my gel x and service was good until now. came in today to get a soak off as usual and was immediately met with attitude from this specific lady i've never gotten service from before. i sit down for my soak off and she pulls out a nail tip and starts trying to rip my nails off by sliding it underneath and pulling the gel x off. i tell her to stop because wtf is she doing? i paid for a soak off and she's trying to rip my nails off. she starts arguing with me telling me she does nails and that this is how you do it. i have been getting gel x for five years straight and my nails are happy and healthy because i know how to take care of them. then im telling her it's damaging my nails and that thats not how you do it and she's still arguing with me telling me it's not damaging. i then force her to do the actual soak off that i PAID FOR and she does it with an attitude, complete carelessness, and disrespect. i have never experienced unprofessionalism and laziness like this in a nail salon, especially for something as simple as a soak off. it's a shame since every other nail tech i've been with at this establishment has been so sweet and genuinely took care of my nails which is why i've consistently come here. unfortunately will not be coming back here due to this. she's the older asian lady with grey glasses, if you notice she's the one doing your nails just leave. it'll save you time, money, sanity, and your nail health read more

I had a great experience with Cindy. She helped me right away. Appointment was at 5pm. I wanted a natural look. SNS dip powder $40 with extensions $5 (because my natural nails are tiny at the moment) plus my design French tip $7. Cindy did such a great job in getting me the natural look. Love this salon! I only come here for services! Today I got the pleasure to meet the very popular Wendy and boy she did not disappoint. I love the free hand design and quality of work! I've also had my nails done by Amy, Kim and Lilly and many other staff whose name I do not remember but they are all just amazing! They listen to what you want and they actually keep checking to see if you like the shape, quality, color and etc instead of the usual waiting til the end. I decided to give this place another try after of years-of not going back! & to my surprise this place still sucks! They are rude. You call for an appointment and still make you wait over 30 mins. The woman who did this gel manicure took over an hour! And for what for it to peel with in 6 days of getting it done. Save your money and go else where. Waste of time and money. read more

The one-star review is for the sole reason that I'm not returning to my previous waxing provider, which comes down to management response, or lack thereof, on two separate occasions. The first issue occurred over nine months ago when the Upland location closed. I was unable to get a refund for the remaining balance on my account. When I called this location to ask if I could at least use the funds toward product purchases, the manager never followed up. The second issue happened just this past week. I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important. After that response, I made the decision not to renew my membership. Respectfully reviewed.
