August 1 2026 I went in for a 40 dollar pedicure, I left with a open wound where she scraped my heel so hard it blistered, I went to Urgent Care, I went to the ER I was by doctors orders to stay home from work for 3 days, I was put on Antibiotics and Pain Medicine. After I was released from ER I picked up my medication and went straight to Diamond Nail Salon and reported this , the person I spoke to took photos of my paperwork and the medication and told me that she would explain this to the manager, today September 18, I've yet to hear from them. Heidi did a great job on my nails, eyebrows. She has mastered customer service. She is a very nice person who really try's to do her job very well. If you do go there ask for her. There was a lady on her cell phone who decided to put her conversation and issues on speaker phone. She was very distracting and messed up my entire vibe of peace. The staff being polite did not tell her to get off speaker phone and put ear buds or headphones on. Which was shocking. It is not in the best area so maybe the ladies were scared to tell her. But it was very hard to relax and enjoy all the money you were spending on your self. Also, I noticed that the towels they use on your legs after they massage you were used. It kills me to do a One star but this location is a rip off. Took my 11&12 year old daughters to get a pedicure and a full set for myself. No design just basic painting. I was given one price then at the end the price doubled. The lady started talking in her language very unprofessional. I decided to also get a Spa Pedicure and I chose Pedicure Package #2 with seal salt and warm lotion OMG sooooo relaxing!!! came here a few times before for soak offs of my gel x and service was good until now. came in today to get a soak off as usual and was immediately met with attitude from this specific lady i've never gotten service from before. i sit down for my soak off and she pulls out a nail tip and starts trying to rip my nails off by sliding it underneath and pulling the gel x off. i tell her to stop because wtf is she doing? i paid for a soak off and she's trying to rip my nails off. she starts arguing with me telling me she does nails and that this is how you do it. i have been getting gel x for five years straight and my nails are happy and healthy because i know how to take care of them. then im telling her it's damaging my nails and that thats not how you do it and she's still arguing with me telling me it's not damaging. i then force her to do the actual soak off that i PAID FOR and she does it with an attitude, complete carelessness, and disrespect. i have never experienced unprofessionalism and laziness like this in a nail salon, especially for something as simple as a soak off. it's a shame since every other nail tech i've been with at this establishment has been so sweet and genuinely took care of my nails which is why i've consistently come here. unfortunately will not be coming back here due to this. she's the older asian lady with grey glasses, if you notice she's the one doing your nails just leave. it'll save you time, money, sanity, and your nail health read more
