Heidi did a great job on my nails, eyebrows. She has mastered customer service. She is a very nice person who really try's to do her job very well. If you do go there ask for her. They all seem really nice and friendly towards the people they were servicing. Cons, is the environment. There was a lady on her cell phone who decided to put her conversation and issues on speaker phone. She was very distracting and messed up my entire vibe of peace. The staff being polite did not tell her to get off speaker phone and put ear buds or headphones on. Which was shocking. It is not in the best area so maybe the ladies were scared to tell her. But it was very hard to relax and enjoy all the money you were spending on your self. Also, I noticed that the towels they use on your legs after they massage you were used. So the area, and noise, and their ability to stop people from speaking on speaker phone is why I say maybe I will Recommend it to other. Heidi is not the problem. She took pride in her work and did the best she could as well as the girl who did my toes

I've been here once before and it seemed fine, the costumer service is in par with any other local salon, but this time I got an infection on one of my toes. Either they pushed the cuticle too far in or filed my skin, I'm not 100% sure. When they were doing my nails it felt rough, but sometimes a file feels that way. It's been 4 days now and the skin still looks bad and feels bad.

I absolutely love this place and I'm glad I went in and tried them on a random day!! Maddy is THE best nail tech and can do ANY nail design!!! If you have any design in mind please ask for Maddy!!! They are all so kind and welcoming and there's never any wait in the mornings!

Wendy is the best! Thank you co! A million stars!!! They are so very thorough, she shared that they have a TWO week guarantee for anything that happens to my gel nails she said to come back and they'll fix it no problem. The peace of mind, reassurance they give the kindness they all give are priceless here. It is clean and very bright inside. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I love my gel manicure I got all the colors I wanted! Amazing! My first time here I was assisted by Maddy, she was sweet professional and quick. I am very meticulous about my nail service and Maddy made great suggestions and I could tell she wasn't trying to sale me so she earned my trust right away. Men and Women loved my nails. Anywho my nails came out better than expected with designs. This is my 3rd time with Maddy in a spans of 2 months, she now have a loyal customer.I'm happy I found her.

I paid in cash and tipped well. However, there were several reasons that brought me to the conclusion there is a 1% chance I will return. I have listed the pros and cons below. Paying Options Pro You may pay with either Card, Cash, CashApp, Venmo and Zelle. Con If you pay with anything but cash, there is a $2.00 transfer fee. Service Hit 3 strikes with disappointment Strike 1 Con *Wait Time was close to 3 hours for a Mani-Pedi once seated *Waited 35 minutes in pedi water without service. Water got cold, had to request additional hot water from Dana. While waiting, watched several go before me that did not have appointments and walked in after me. Very disappointed I had to ask what the hold-up was that my friend and I were still waiting in water for our pedi to start before someone came to assist. She even was so comfortable to wait for a tip. Pro I did tip because the pedi was nice once it was finished. Strike 2 Con **Dirty towels My friend complained, and the lady took it back to the back of the office. Yet, my towels were STILL not clean. I was told it is the nail polish, not dirt that just didn't wash out of the towels. Either way, it was not MY polish. (So Eww). My friend's toe nails were not fully painted. She eventually paid and left. Pro My nails were fine once Wendy finally got started and finished. She took the time to fix what wasn't correct and made them look nice. Good job Wendy!!! Strike 3 Con ***Did not clean between each client I watched and noted that some representatives cleaned between clients while others did not. I did not want to walk in just the spa shoes (thin ones they give you) because the floor also did not look well kept. Pro Both my mani and pedi do look nice. Wendy, really is a professional with her craft! The 3 stars was that the end result is that my nails are acceptable. How I felt about the experience is what is in words. Also, the owner reached out to see if I had questions. Hope this helps and have a great day! In the end, up to you how you feel with any review just decide if you are willing to take the chance.

Got a gel pedicure and a fill. Gel pedicure was great! She was so attentive and even helped fixed one of my broken nails. Lady was super nice and we talked the whole time. But then they forgot I was going to get a fill too. Another lady (I didn't get her name) came to the pedicure chair and started rushing me and yelling at the women who was doing my toes. Then they had me sit down at her station where she rushed the entire time and did the wrong powder color. Even tho I told her that I wanted it to match the previous powder that I had. She did the opposite. Then she just filled my nails and didn't put any color on. She said " okay your all done that will be 38". It was mismatched and she didn't even put a clear coat. I told her I wanted the paint to match my toes which had been next to her. She rolled her eyes and then re painted them and said " I wish you told me earlier" even tho I definitely told her and the lady who did my pedicure told her. They are so chunky and thick... they even look worse then when I came in. I am so embarrassed with these nails. I will not be coming back. read more

I've been getting my nails done here for the past 6 months. My nail tech, Natalie is one of the best out there! She's been my nail tech for almost a year and a half now and she came from another shop. Although, I have had fillls/pedicures from other women who work there they've done great jobs as well. Some months back tho, I had a fill and I don't remember her name but the girl who did it had my nails looking crazy!! But it's okay, because Natalie came to the rescue. She's so sweet and really gets my nails right every time! The pic attached shows my acrylic fill after a week. It still looks great, and my nails grow in super fast but it still looks awesome. read more

Wow! I'm so impressed with the customer service at this nail salon! I had a little issue and was contacted and it was resolved professionally. Wendy did my nails and she was super friendly and actually makes an effort to start a conversation, she did my nails perfectly I couldn't be happier with the shape. They do get a little busy at times so I recommend making an appointment. read more

My daughter and I went there for filled , 1 pedicure When came to pay she changed me 107 dollars. There's no posters of prices these people are making there Own cost . I went here to just remove my nails but she f***d up my nails and its bleeding ! She also ask me to still pay for it. I WILL NEVER come back here!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!! KIM told me to come back but when I called for an appointment she is fine for 4pm but then when I call again to confirm she told me she has a customer assisting so just call back again !!! Was trying to post a video but Yelp doesn't have that option anymore I guess? So I got these done in December and I forgot to write a review. First time getting my acrylic nails done at this location and they look sooooo perfect!! They were longer so they charged me a bit more which was fine. I think it was like.. $25 for regular length and $38~ for medium length I can't quite remember. I did question WHY it jumped so much. I just forgot but I understood. It was really quick work. I also got my toes done as well so in total I paid about $50-60 cash including tip. They get charged a fee for using card so that's why they charge us and prefer us to bring them cash. No gel. Now the main reason for this review is that they lasted me till February!! They didn't break off at ALL. I was impressed how long they lasted and that they didn't tug on my hair strands when I showered. Usually when I get acrylic, I can press on it and it'll undo itself but they clung on to my nail beds. So I got them done in December. In January I cut and filed them down to a shorter length to work more efficiently. And in February my nails grew enough for me to pull off or cut/file down. NO LIFTING!! What I didn't like is how weak my nails felt. They really thinned down some of my nail beds for acrylic nails that they left a crescent shaped indent. By the time my nails grew out, I could easily bend my nail to remove without having to cut off and I thought that was dangerous. Personally it was something I've never experienced. I'd go again to them because they did fantastic work in shape and design. It's affordable towards college students, quick and efficient, they close late, and most importantly DO NOT BE AFRAID TO TALK TO THEM. By asking questions I knew what I was paying for. Getting nails done is a privilege and I feel people forget that. They're super busy because a lot of people get referred to this location due to the work they do. read more

I have been coming to Diamond Nails since June 2018 & Cindy is my nail technician. I believe she is one of the owners. She is very sweet and attentive to detail, her main focus is to produce work that the client will love. Ive been procrastinating this review for years bc im lazy but i got my birthday nails done yesterday and YALL LOOK AT THEM the work speaks for itself. I came in for a gel mani pedi. There wasn't a wait and I was able to get both done at the same time. However, I had to return the next day due to the paint on my pinky toe coming off. They fixed it, however, not even a week later, the paint completely fell off of another toe. I am pretty disappointed considering the price I paid and considering I already had to go back once. read more

I recently moved to riverside and thought I'd try this place because I looked at their Yelp reviews and fell in love with this simple pink and white tip design (picture #197 minus the glitter). The person that greeted me was very friendly. When I sat down I showed the lady the picture from their Yelp review. She insisted that I get the ombré pink and white. I had to tell her 3xs that I didn't like it; it's not my style. She would not stop insisting! She then told me to move to the next chair and Donovan did my nails instead. I think she was upset because she kept talking to Donovan about the pink and white in their language. I had a bad feeling about staying there but I did so anyways because I had high hopes for this place. I had grey nail polish when I came in and he didn't bother taking it completely off. I paid $35 and I'm completely dissatisfied because I have these grey dots of where the nail polish wasn't taken off (my nails look dirty!) and he put so much glue on ALL my nails that my skin is glued to the nails!! I noticed this when I undid my zipper to go to the bathroom. It's so painful to pick up things. I've managed to take some of the glue off but not completely. I get my nails done all the time and that had NEVER happened to me before. I don't think I'll be coming here again. I didn't like their customer service and I most certainly didn't like the way my nails are glued to my skin. I want to take off these nails so badly! read more

I paid $185 for full set and my toes to be done my nails are very lumpy and uneven my toes came out beautifully I got acrylic on them as well, however 16hrs afterwards the acrylic came right off. My nails are already lifting and ready to pop off . Literally the whole $185 was a waste. If I could give 0stars I would read more

So disappointed. the first time coming here I loved my nails. The last 2 times they did an awful job. they don't work well with natural nails and don't spend time shaping your nails. I had beautiful long nails. I asked for them to shape them and now I have nubs. I'm currently sitting waiting to get the acrylic off my nails and have been waiting 40 minutes. Dont waste your time I repeat do not waste your time. read more

I've been coming to diamond nails & spa for almost a year now, it will be a year on the 13th of this month. I met Wendy for the first time and have been coming here ever since. The staff is super friendly and always try their best to accommodate every customer and what designs or styles they desire. I just went today to Wendy and lately I have been going out of my comfort zone and doing different styles and designs and she has been doing great, I love her work. Also wanted to mention the lady who does my pedicures is awesome as well, her name is eight and Kim is also great as well, love these ladies. read more

The cosmetology board should give this salon a visit. It has to be against the regulations to charge for services not received and the uncleanness of chairs, towels, and tools. Crap job done on my toes and not given the service they charge for. read more

They always treat me well here. They listen to what you want and check in through your service to make sure you're satisfied. They get me in and out when I'm going in on my lunch from work so I love that they respect your time. Prices may have went up slightly but I love them so I will keep coming back. Kim is who I go to. She pays attention to detail and that matters to a mail snob like my self! Make sure you leave them a tip, they work hard. read more

I came in for both a mani and a pedi, and this place did an amazing job for both. I came in for a walk in and was helped right away. My toe nails look exactly how I wanted them to look and the lady who did it took her time. The prices here are very fair and exceeded my expectations. Wendy did such an amazing job for my acrylics! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly how I showed her. She's also very sweet and friendly. She will answer any questions you have and will always reassure you that you like how your nails look. Wendy is very approachable and easy to talk to, and great at communicating on what she's doing. She made my experience here very enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back :) read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I've been coming here on and off for years, but recently got a nail fungus from here, not once but TWICE!!! The first was on my toes, I thought maybe it was my own fault from doing consistent gel pedicures, but that was not actually the case because now months later, after a very rough, very botched, very rushed full set for $77 I now have fungus on my finger nails. So I'm assuming that their tools are dirty, stations are not sanitary, the powders and polishes their using are probably all contaminated. Do not recommend, will not be back. read more

The first issue occurred over nine months ago when the Upland location closed. I was unable to get a refund for the remaining balance on my account. When I called this location to ask if I could at least use the funds toward product purchases, the manager never followed up. The second issue happened just this past week. I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important. After that response, I made the decision not to renew my membership. Respectfully reviewed.

I booked my appointment through the app which was at 0930. On my way to the shop, I missed a call from an unknown number at 0850. Right after I received a text stating my appointment was going to be cancelled. I called back and was told they don't open until 10 even tho online appointment was at 0930. I sat outside for 30 minutes.. no big deal. 10am comes, the technician and I discuss the lash style (via translation) and it is recommended I get the "wispy 3d" BASED ON A PHOTO they supply. During the appointment the tech is interrupted multiple times, receiving texts and taking phone calls during my appointment, yanks at my lashes and scolds me for flinching. Once we are done.. I sit up and my lashes look awful (as shown in photo ). Each lash looks like a cluster of glue is holding 6 lashes in a line, like a cluster, creating a messy lash line, jagged saw tooth appearance and an overall awful look. The lashes were nothing like the photo that was suggested to me for a "wispy 3d" look. Embarrassed, I thanked the woman, paid and left. I got in the car and looked at my lashes and I knew I couldn't leave these lashes on for my special occasion. I walked back in the store and let the technician know I really did not care for the way that she did the lashes and that they were nothing like the photo.. Her response: " i did them as in the photo." The lashes; Heavily clustered, choppy, not blending, just horrible. She defensively reiterated that she did them like the photo. And offered no solution. As I walked out, I came back in because this situation was so wrong and it was $120 down the drain! A new woman was there and I explained I wanted even a partial refund to have them redone elsewhere or to have them removed. she grabbed the original tech. The technician told me that she had a massage to focus on and I could come back in 40 minutes! The technician THEN went on for 30 minutes arguing with me that she "did the photo". Telling me that I chose the style and it's not her fault that I "do not like" the style. Telling me that it is as if I "chose a skirt and then got mad because I wanted a pair of pants instead". And that's literally what her translation machine said to me!! I did not ask for something and change my mind. I asked for something and it was NOT delivered. I GOT something that was not only completely different, but horribly done and falsely advertised. I told her I would like a partial refund, still giving her some money for her time, but that I was getting my lashes removed. She refused to give me a refund and told me leaving her shop with Lashes makes me a scoundrel!!! I will be honest, this is the statement that made me decide to share this encounter. I not only felt robbed of my money at this establishment, but straight up bullied!! It was not until I assured her that I would be sharing this encounter and how unprofessional and what a scam she is that she told me she would give me a partial refund AND that I must have my eyelashes removed by HER. I gladly accepted the offer to get those god-awful eyelashes off of my face and take the financial hit just to get the hell out of that place! I honestly cannot stress enough how much I hope people do not contribute financially to this woman! I also hope that the women who were in this establishment for this encounter see this review and can confirm how upsetting this was!! Update: date of the photo added to photos to address the incorrect information responded by the owner. Additionally, i was not offered to remove the lashes until she agreed to partially refund me after 30 mins. Lastly, this was posted late because i realized that it was in my drafts and knew it still should be shared

This was my first and last time visiting Noire Spa. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst nail…read moresalon experiences I have had, and I genuinely regret spending my money here. I scheduled my usual services: a pedicure and a dip powder manicure. The pedicure was underwhelming and honestly one of the worst I have had in a long time. The technician performing my pedicure wore AirPods and talked on the phone throughout the entire service, which felt unprofessional and made the experience even more disappointing. For my manicure, a different technician asked what I wanted, and I specifically requested a dip powder manicure with an almond shape. I have had dip powder for years, and my usual process involves soaking off the previous product and only light filing when necessary. This technician skipped the soaking process entirely and went straight to drilling. My fingers were still sore afterward, which was concerning and uncomfortable. I came in with one natural nail that was shorter than the others, but the rest were still a decent length. I specifically explained that I wanted to keep my nails the same length. Instead, the technician cut ALL of my nails down extremely short. I have had my usual nail technician work with short nails before and still successfully shape them into almond nails. When I noticed she was shaping my nails square with rounded edges instead, I politely reminded her that I had requested an almond shape. Her response? My nails were too short for almond. The frustrating part is that she had just cut them all short herself, despite my request to maintain their length. At that point, the technicians began talking amongst themselves, and I already felt uncomfortable. I should have left, but I decided to give the service a chance to be completed. Then came another issue. The technician placed two UV/LED lamps on my lap. I asked why I needed them when I had requested a dip powder manicure. She told me my nail beds were weak from the drilling and that I needed builder gel. This was never discussed with me beforehand, and I was not given the opportunity to agree to this change before she proceeded. I later realized that builder gel was significantly more expensive than the dip manicure I had originally requested. The final result is honestly awful. My nails are excessively thick, poorly shaped, and resemble duck feet. They look nothing like what I requested. Even worse, within HOURS of leaving the salon, the gel began lifting on BOTH of my thumbs. I will be including a photo taken approximately one hour after my appointment so people can see the results for themselves. And just when I thought the experience couldn't get any worse, I picked up my purse from the floor as I was leaving and noticed dead cockroaches on the ground. This was the final straw and raised serious concerns for me about the cleanliness of the establishment. Between the poor service, the failure to listen to my requests, the unexpected switch to a more expensive service without my informed agreement, the painful filing, the poor results, and the condition of the salon, this experience was completely unacceptable. I left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and frustrated that I paid for a service that I did not receive as requested. Ladies, please think twice before booking here. I would not return, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon. I also intend to report my concerns to the appropriate licensing and health authorities so they can determine whether further inspection is warranted. Save your money and find a salon that listens to what you want, explains any changes before proceeding, and takes pride in both its work and its cleanliness.

I am sure your camera shows where your tech gives me lotion to put on myself when the description of the service says differently. It is unbelievable how your person in charge told me don't come back anymore just because she was still holding on to the fact that a previous time I left because I was on my lunch and she lied to me on the phone saying 5 min and when I get there its 25 well of course I left. I had to go back to work!!!! I can't believe your people lying and saying they provide a full service and me being forced to pay. As far as me coming back oh don't worry I will not there is many places I can go to and that are worth my money as a customer. Just keep in mind Karma because your staff knows what they did.

Worst service. I went to get a fill on my nails on Friday, today is Monday and I have broken my…read moresecond nail. They also cut your nails before even asking if you want them cut or filed down. While getting a pedicure I watch the lady cut all my toe nails and she didn't even ask if I wanted them cut. I was so upset. On top of that I also watched her just run the clear top coat across my toes instead of applying it to my toes one by one. So unprofessional.
