The woman who did my eyebrows, an older lady, cut the skin above my eyelid and did not tell me it happened or apologize. It was bleeding a lot. When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging it, she said it wasn't a cut and told me I'm "just sensitive." I've been to many eyebrow threading places over the years and have never been cut like this, nor spoken to in such a dismissive way. I understand accidents can happen, but what really bothered me was the rudeness and lack of accountability. Being hurt and then blamed for it is unacceptable. I will not be coming back.
