Walked out with my eyebrows looking terrible honestly one is longer than the other and one is thinner than the other and both are different shapes. Terrible experience I do not recommend coming here. She was very rough. It was sloppy work there was still hairs left over. Only reason I didn't keep asking her to fix them was because I didn't want her to mess them up even more. Please don't go here. I should have looked inside and seen it wasn't busy and took a hint. SMH. Also she was very unhelpful with fixing them telling me that it's just the way they are when I've definitely had them restored and look good by other people. read more

I have been coming to this location for about 3.5 years, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had here. My regular technician is currently out for the month, so I was assigned to a newer technician. I completely understand that everyone has to learn, and I normally wouldn't mind this if an experienced technician was supervising. Unfortunately, that did not happen. During my eyebrow threading, I actually experienced nicks on my eyelids from the threading, which has never happened in the entire 3.5 years I've been coming here. The lash service was also very disappointing. My lashes were clearly uneven, and when I politely asked the technician to double-check them, I was initially told "it looks fine." After asking again if they could see the difference, they offered to add more lashes to one eye, but the issue was not that I needed more -- the lashes needed to be balanced and corrected. I also specifically asked that the lashes not extend to the outer corner of my eye, which was followed on only one eye. The service took nearly two hours, which is much longer than usual. Throughout the process, the technician repeatedly asked me to show pictures of what I wanted, which made the appointment feel uncertain and unprofessional. I ultimately left with uneven lashes, uneven eyebrows, and visible nicks on my eyelids. After spending over two hours there, I didn't feel comfortable allowing further corrections from someone who seemed unsure of the service. This experience was very disappointing, especially because I've been a loyal customer for several years. I only come here to get my Brazilian wax done and I usually love it! Omen and Sofia are so gentle and nice(make me feel absolutely comfortable) today I tried out someone new and it was horrible. She was absolutely messy with the wax (it was going everywhere) I left the salon and my whole thigh is filled with wax (you can see the picture and the wax drips on my leg) and she made a comment that made me feel so uncomfortable. read more
