I'm not one to leave reviews but super upset with the results of my eyebrows and the experience here. This was my first time here and given the reviews I thought I'd give it a try because my eyebrow place recently started doing laminations so I wanted to try a place that has been doing it for awhile. It was my first time getting my eyebrows laminated. I made an appointment online and chose who I wanted to do my eyebrows, I had to put a card on file for a deposit. No problem. The day of my appointment they changed who was to do my lamination (34 min before my appointment I received the email). Then when going in I checked in and I saw someone completely different from who I booked and who they changed me to seeing. I should note (I do not want to put names) but I chose who I wanted to laminate my brows for a reason. The woman was sweet but a bit pushy, I told her it was my first time getting my brows laminated. She informed me not to worry and that my eyebrows will look thick. I told her perfect because I liked my brows thicker, I only ever ask for a cleanup and to keep them full. I told her I also didn't want them too dark because of my hair color. She just told me not to worry she will take care of it and she knows what to do. Her and another woman went back and forth doing my lamination because they were seeing people between the processing. My eyebrows were ruined here. My eyebrows started to flake after about 3 days and she thinned out one of my brows, bad. I didn't get an after picture from the lamination because I just wanted it to fade and go back to normal but you can see how thin it is and my eyebrow definitely didn't go back to normal (it's never been this thin)...wish I'd have done the review sooner. I got them done March 20th. This is them brushed normal to see how thin she made them.... I'll continue going to my normal eyebrow spot. read more

I love this spot for all of my beauty needs in the Riverside area! My mom and I are regulars here and I can't recommend this place enough. Services: They do facials, hair care, eyebrow threading, eyebrow shading, etc. I've had the herbal facial here a few times and my mom has the gold facial. It's 100% worth what you pay for it, you get their undivided attention for the duration of your treatment and leave with fresh glowing skin. My mom had eyebrow shading down here as well and she is so so happy with the results! Tina and her sister run this place and take wonderful care of us every time we are there. They treat us like family and we love going here for our beauty needs! Parking: There's a huge parking lot right in front of the store with tons of spots. It's a pretty salon that's kept clean and well maintained! There's no better place in Riverside with the amazing service that they provide. This was the first time I have ever tried lash extensions, because I've honestly been hesitant about what I've how they can affect your natural lashes! I went in for a lift instead, but these ladies convinced me to give the extensions a shot, and I loved loved them. I asked for a more natural look, and they did just that. Def a huge confidence boost for the next couple weeks! My lash tech instructed me on how to care for them, and was honest about how often I should get them done to prevent any lash loss. Not only that, but this place is a one stop shop- I was preparing for a wedding and was able to get a full face threading all in one go! Fast forward to me coming back for my lash extension removal 2 weeks later along with some other services, and my tech was so gracious enough not to charge for the removal since I only had a few extensions still glued on! I came as a walk-in and as soon as someone was available they saw me. I did a wax. Second time getting a wax but my first time here. I will be back because the lady that helped me was very nice and talked to me so I would be comfortable, and I was. I had a very nice time here. Next time I will try more services. Went in to get my eyebrows waxed. First thing they asked is for me to put on a mask. They offered me one because personally I choose not to wear them unless asked to. After I grabbed the mask I see that the 3 employees are wearing their masks around their chin(obviously off of their face) and below the nose. I'm not a fan of double standards. Don't ask a customer to enforce your made up mask rule when your employees don't use one themselves. Backstory about my eyebrows, hadn't been waxed in a very long time and I typically have very thick eyebrows. So I get done and she hands me the mirror. I point out the error on the left eyebrow, the employee made up an excuse that I came in there like this haha. At no time have I recently maintained my eyebrows so obviously she had done it and didn't own up to it. Check out the picture to compare the sides. Then my wife called to speak with a manager there regarding what happened and they forgot to put the phone on mute and were laughing at her/mocking her for "asking for the manager" which she clearly heard. read more

This was my first time getting my eyebrows done by some one new in 6+ years so I was a little hesitant. I called a day ahead to schedule an appointment with Tina. Luckily she was able to squeeze me into her morning schedule the following day. She asked me how I wanted my brows (I said thick brows, just a small clean up, you can leave them looking patchy because I fill them in w/makeup). SHE DELIVERED! She was very courteous, and polite. When I left it my eye was a little irritated but after looking in the mirror of my car I realized I was missing some skin on my eyelid. I think she left the wax on a little too long.
