It's been quite some time since I've come here.. when I did come the woman waxes me then tells me it is too short for her to do a good job... a ton of hair was left. (Practically all of the hair). She takes me to the front and has me pay.. I went to ulta and bought a waxing kit. I went home and did my own Brazilian.. I got all of my hair out. A professional was unable to wax me. I recently stopped here and really needed to get my eyebrows waxed. I made an appointment for same day and filled out a questionnaire of products that I use on my facial skincare. I went in and the reception was clean and tidy, I waited about 5 minutes and was called for my appointment. I was taken to a room and was given privacy to get settled and lay on the table. Giselle was my waxer and she was really sweet, she took the time to get to know me and ask how I wanted my eyebrows. It took a total of 20 minutes and I loved how my eyebrows came out. I refuse to go anywhere but Pretty Kitty for a bikini wax. The one near my house (Brea) closed so I go all the way out to here to Eastvale because no one does it as good. I always go to Ashlee and she is so fantastic! She does it so smooth and painless and takes breaks if she notices im having a mini freak out LOL. I also get my eyebrows done sometimes and the shape is SO GOOD (I NEVER break out after which is really nice considering i used to from other places). Best wax services in Ontario/Eastvale! I've been a European Wax Center girl but finally escaped my wax pass and the mess of management there. Today was my first visit and I love how attentive the front desk and the aestheticians were to every person that walked in. Victoria did my Brazilian and eyebrows and she is SO DETAILED! Love her, will definitely request her for next visits. But when I was in the lobby, all the girls that came in and out were very happy with their services with different aestheticians, so I don't think you could go wrong with anyone! I specifically asked for someone with more experience given the circumstances. She happens to be the lead esthetician at the Eastvale location. She was very professional, friendly and quick. Tammy is top notch. I would say the best but this was my first. She explained everything. She walked me through the process which made it more comfortable. The setting is nice and clean, with nice minimal decor. The receptionist, Myra was nice and cordial. Okay back to the process. Tammy educated me on what was going to happen as well as the after care. The was was a nice temperature. The process wasn't as bad as I imagined. After care tip: I bought a small face exfoliator brush around week 2. It was easier than the big one I bought. Brush as she directs, apply grapeseed oil daily, couple of times a day. Ask for Tammy, I think I laughed through the entire process. By the time I left my nickname was giggles. read more
