Ann is amazing! Always available, works fast , and my nails come out looking super cute

I've been to Eastvale Nail Spa three times now, and the service has been consistently excellent every visit. Anh does my gel builder nails, and she's absolutely amazing. She's incredibly meticulous and pays attention to every little detail, you can tell she's a perfectionist in the best way. I love the shape she gives my almond nails, and she always listens to exactly what I want. She never rushes and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the final result. Brian does my pedicures, and I always enjoy his massages, they're one of my favorite parts of the appointment! My daughter also comes here and gets her gel builder done by Annie and her pedicures with Kim. She's just as happy with their work as I am, and we both plan on continuing to come here. Another thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to book appointments. They currently don't have online booking through a website, but scheduling through Instagram DM is quick and convenient for me, they respond promptly. One of the biggest reasons I'll keep coming back is that they respect their customers' time. When I have an appointment, I'm seen on time instead of waiting 20-30 minutes like I have at other salons. That makes a huge difference and shows they value their clients. I recently received a gel manicure service, and my biggest concern was the lack of proper sanitation practices throughout my appointment. During the service, the manicurist repeatedly used alcohol and acetone on my hands to the point that my skin appeared white and overly dried out. I was never asked to wash my hands before the service; instead, I had to request it myself. I also noticed that the nail tools were only being wiped with alcohol rather than being thoroughly sanitized, which made me feel very uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness standards. Additionally, when I asked for clean towels, the manicurist retrieved one from another technician's workstation drawer rather than providing a freshly prepared towel. Also a woman name Tina bumped into my chair and just looked at me not apologize, she's so rude! Overall, the experience left me questioning the salon's sanitation procedures and professionalism. The nail service was genuinely beautiful -- the techs did great work and were very detail‑oriented. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't match the price point. For what they charge, I usually expect a more elevated vibe. Most salons in this range offer small touches like complimentary drinks (water, sparkling water, soft drinks, even champagne) that make the visit feel special. None of that was offered here. I was coughing and needed a water when I asked for a water I was told by the owner that the water was out in her car and it would be hot. Somehow my nail tech went out and got me a water. What really threw me off was the sandal situation. I came straight from the gym and didn't have sandals with me. When I asked for a pair, the owner told me they were out... even though I had literally just watched another client receive sandals moments earlier. It felt inconsistent and honestly a bit dismissive. The nail work itself was great, but the hospitality and atmosphere need some attention. With a few improvements, this place could easily live up to the quality of the service. read more

WORST NAILS I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. I went in for a simple one-color gel manicure with no design. I had Gel-X tips from another salon that needed to be removed first. The nail tech took forever just to remove the old tips and spent more time filing my natural nails than the actual Gel-X. I've had my nails done many, many times, and it was obvious my cuticles were not being removed properly either. I also asked for almond shaped nails, and I had to ask multiple times for her to file them correctly. Even after that, the shape was still uneven. When she applied the gel polish, it was incredibly bumpy. Just look at the photo and it will speak for itself. On top of that, it took an hour and a half just for a basic, single-color gel manicure. I've had full Gel-X sets done in that amount of time. Overall, this was by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. The quality of the work did not match the time and money spent. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought in an inspiration photo of the exact milky pearl/glazed nails I wanted, and the finished result looked nothing like the picture. The color was much more sheer than expected, the pearl effect was barely noticeable, and the shaping was uneven from nail to nail. The overall application looked bumpy, lumpy, rushed and didn't have the clean, polished finish I expected. Oh and she cut me. When I explained that I wasn't happy with the results, the only solution offered was to file the nails down. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't something that could be fixed with filing. The entire set missed the mark, from the shape to the color and overall finish. I am now going to have to pay another salon for a completely new set and a new color because these are not what I asked for. After spending my time and money here, that's incredibly frustrating. I understand that inspiration photos aren't always an exact match, but I do expect a result that is reasonably close and professionally done. Be aware You may end up paying almost $30 above the original quote. Customer service on the phone and in person are very different. I received a quote prior to arriving and left confused at the amount I paid. I'm pretty tolerant of mistakes so I assumed I missed something but when I called for a break down of what I was charged, I was told a I was charged for a manicure, and an additional $7 was charged for shaping and filing. They don't tell you the prices upfront, and then at checkout they add a $3 card processing fee without making it clear beforehand. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. There are various little black specs on my nails too. Anh always has my nails on point! I been going to her for more than 5 years now and never had any issues. She's super friendly, always down to chat, and just gives good vibes all around. The salon is always clean and the music is always the latest hits! She has this wonderful check-in system that saves points and after a certain amount you get a discounts. My girls and I come here often for gel manicures and pedicures. The place is about to expand and be remodeled. It is very clean and decorative. Check in at the kiosk is easy. They offer points for each visit to go towards discounts later. They even track the staff that did your nails so if you prefer them the next visit you will know who to ask for. Just a response to the unprofessional manager who decided to respond to my yelp with LIES. As you can go back and maybe reread my review never did I say I got a basic gel manicure. I said that about my pedicure, which I did not have an issue with I specifically said I got a gel builder manicure with my real nails, which I called and acted like I was a first time client to get pricing and after all was said and done I was quoted $75. I then called you out for charging me 107 and for my receipt saying that I got a full set acrylic nails, which I did not you then backtracked and told me that you guys charge for filing nails and that my cuticles were bad so you charged me extra which last time I checked a manicure includes shaping nails like what is a manicure include if it's not nail shaping and cuticle clean up. Another thing I wanna point out is that I specifically asked you if you guys charge to take off the polish that I have and you said no as long as you receive a service from us so then when I called you out on that you then told me that you charged me because I didn't get the exact same polish on my nails after which made absolutely no sense. Of course I am going to post the photo of my nails when you guys finished because that is what you guys thought was gonna be OK for me to leave with that was your work and if you were embarrassed for me to post those photos then maybe you should train your technicians. read more

I came in for a regular pedicure and was told to sit and wait. I waited 45 minutes. Because I had another appointment at 1 PM, I had to leave before my pedicure was finished. I returned later the same day to complete the service, only to be rushed out of the chair, which made no sense after I had already waited so long earlier. What's most concerning is the lack of sanitation. I observed staff using the same tools on multiple clients. The tools were briefly rinsed in my foot water and wiped, but not properly sanitized or disinfected. This is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I went in for a soak off and manicure/pedicure and although the type of pedicure I received Royal was ok my nail tech was not the best. Didn't file my nails correctly, didn't clean the cuticles all that great, asked for a French tip with design and got solid paint on all nails and no design after telling three different people . This is my sixth time coming to Eastvale Nails Spa and each visit always tops the last! I've gotten three gel pedicures, and three gel-x sets. Pedicures: I pay ~$65 for the orange, gel pedicure. Each time, the nail tech does such a good job! The gel doesn't lift and lasts forever until I go to remove it. They listen to my requests each time and go above and beyond. Manicures: I have always gone to Ann for my gel-x manicures! My gel-x sets range from $100-$110. The first time I went to Ann for my manicure, I gave her such a complicated inspo pic, but she absolutely killed it and honestly, she did an even better job than the picture I showed her. The second time I went to Ann, I was there for my engagement nails! Again, they looked EXACTLY like the inspiration pic I had showed her. I went again today, after messaging them via DM on Instagram at 1:30 pm. They were able to accommodate me with an appointment at 5:15 pm for a gel-x soak off and new set. Ann is always so kind, I changed my mind on designs about three times before she actually started and she was so sweet each time. I can't stop staring at my nails! The salon is always clean with music playing in the background. They also have a TV that plays the news if you need to catch up for the day.
