I came to get a spa pedicure and to remove and put on gel nails. When I walked in, I told him what I wanted. The man said acrylic nails, right? And I said no, I want gel x, and he asked me if I was sure, I said yes and he spoke to another lady and said acrylic, right? I told him again that no, and he told me that acrylic is better, that I can do 3 fillings and with gel x, no, and I told him I want gel x. Apart from that, it hurt a lot and he charged me an exaggerated amount, I felt like my nails and my entire finger were burning horribly. The location is a bit small but they try to decorate it a bit. They were super nice and shave me a bottle of water. I popped into this cute little salon this past weekend since I needed a new mani pedi. I had spent the entire day outside in the heat so I was looking forward to getting pampered. The service here was amazing and I was quite surprised at how friendly every one was. Usually the nail techs ignore me but not this time. I was actually pretty excited at the idea that I had found my new spot to keep coming back to. The low stars is solely for the work on my dip nails. My pedicure was fabulous. Now I am not one to complain but I really think I should have at that moment. My nails came out so horrible and I can't believe I paid $40 for this service. I requested dip and the lady took forever to do my nails. By the time she finished I was so tired I just wanted to get home. They basically look like she dropped big globs of gel onto each nail. Each nail is a completely different shape and she did not cover the entire nails either. So I basically spent my money for them to do a horrible job and now I need to find another place to redo my nails. My friends have all commented about how horrible my nails look. I have been going here on and off for a while. It is always something with them. I spent 2 hours and 25 minutes getting a dip. The guy tech was so slow, and the manager thought it was hilarious. He did a HORRIBLE manicure. I ask for a cut down....and my nails are all over the place. The dip was so thick....he spent over an hour filing and still my nails are thick and uneven. The density is hard to display but this was the worst ever. When I showed the work to the manager, she still charged me $45 and told me next time they will do better. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN...I will share this with as many of my neighbors and family members as possible. They are money hungry and very rude...She actually laughed because it took him so long instead of compensating me, or better yet, taking over his work and getting me the hell out of there...there were plenty other techs that were not working that could have help. This place has gone down in the last few years. New owners came in and all the regular employees who had been here for years are now gone. I went in yesterday with my daughter to get mani/pedis. The manager kept saying my daughter just needed polish change and not a full mani/pedi like we asked for. My daughter was good with that for her hands but wanted the spa water on for her feet. Manager finally turned the spa on and pushed my daughter's feet into the water which was scalding hot and burned her feet. Her pants were not rolled up and got wet around her ankles. Manager also kept insisting she get flowers and extras on her nails that my daughter didn't want. During my pedicure another worker cut my big toe nail way too deep to point that it bled. She was looking at my toe as she cut it so I can only assume she was new and inexperienced. The manager was repeatedly yelling at customers walking in asking if they had an appointment or not and at the workers to say they were doing something wrong or not working fast enough. After 10+ years of this being my go-to nail place I'm sad to say I won't be returning. read more

I can never get my nail set done right here. I've only gotten them done twice and both times they weren't able to do not even a French tip. I showed them a picture and they still got them wrong. I tried this place for the first time and I was happy with the experience. Someone offered me a free bottle of water while I waited which was a nice added touch. When I got seated for my pedicure they had comfortable massage chairs and everything was clean. There are plastic casing you can pull down around the chair if you want a screen from the person next to you but nobody was using those. Dana did a great deluxe pedicure with the lavender scent, leg massage and paraffin wax + gel. My feet looked way better after than when I came in. I would be back. read more

I will not be coming back. I went in for a pedicure and full set nails. I went in at 9:30 am and there was absolutely no one there. The owner did my nails and did absolutely TERRIBLE. She cut me numerous times, she was too busy taking personal calls and kept stopping, and she didn't even cover my whole nail. I asked for a square French tip with chrome. I paid, got home and I noticed my nails were starting to bubble, I went back and she redid them. The second time, she saw that my pinky started to bubble, she filed the bubble off and just put chrome over it thinking I didn't see the file marks on my nail. This is the first time I've gotten my nails done here. I asked for a full GelX set and a pedicure. I chose the deluxe pedicure it was amazing. Probably one of the best pedicures I've got in years, definitely worth the $60. I also got a full set of Gel X and although I did have an issue the first time around. I was able to speak with V on the following business day. She offered me to come in and get my nails fixed however when I arrived the and the staff when above and beyond with their customer service. V insisted on fixing all my set, which I was really surprised by and not expecting at all. She and the staff made me feel comfortable. Also was given a gift certificate, which I tried to refuse because I felt like they had already did enough however V insisted. I am super happy that We were able to work it out and will definitely be return here. PS: They have a 72 hour policy from the time you get your service if anything goes wrong they will fix it which I didn't know before today. read more

So I have been coming here since it opened, but with time their service and time management had declined. Recently the new owner reach out regarding my previous review and ask to give them a second chance that it was under new management. Such a great experience and kind service. He explained how things were ran and how they have changed the way the handle appointments and walk-ins with grace periods. I could tell this just by walking in the difference in the staff and atmosphere. Of course they do great work and nails came out perfect. I used dip powered which I did not know they had and glad it was offered to me over gel mani. If you have had a bad experience here I would definitely give them a second chance because it is night and day change. As for those with appointments I advise you make it on time because if you don't (unsure of the grace period amount of time), walk-in have the right to your appointment or to be assisted next. Today was my second time, I had an appointment at noon with the chance of being called (with permission) for a possible earlier time slot. Which I did receive that call. I came in for a full set and received excellent customer service. This is no longer the chop shop it used to be. TL;DR: The nail tech nicked two of my fingers and left residual acrylic on my skin. They also need to hire someone to deal with the register and customer phone calls or train some of the other techs to do it so it's not just Mei. I feel like this will improve efficiency. I really hate to come on here and post a poor review...again, but today I was severely disappointed. The last time I came (I believe her name is Mei) nicked me a few times and she ended up giving me a discount which I'm grateful for because she acknowledged her mistake. I figured no problem it was an accident she accounted for it I'll come back and try again. I came again today and she nicked me yet again. She did offer me a discount again but told me that I was moving which I know isn't true. I reached down a few times to attend to my phone but never while she was working on my hands. It was in between when she'd be answering phone calls, checking other customers out, or cleaning/collecting supplies. Eventually she starts applying my acrylic and I notice her application is a little messy because a lot is getting on my skin. Then I see some residual acrylic left on my skin once she's done buffing and shaping. I tried to pick it off and she was like I'll get it at the end. So throughout the service my fingers are in some pain especially when she's wiping with alcohol and acetone to the areas she cut plus I'm displeased with how flaky my skin looks. Toward the end of my service she's wrapping up and applying cuticle oil and I ask her if she can remove the residual acrylic she left and she was like oh it's easy to remove you can go wash your hands... and still it does nothing. The photos under my review are how I left. Additionally, I feel that the service took longer than needed because she was attending to both me, the cash register, and the phone. I feel like they really need to train multiple people on how to answer the phone and handle the register because it interferes with her ability to do her job efficiently. Or maybe hire a consistent receptionist that helps with the upkeep of the place as well. Needless to say, I really loved coming here because it's up the street from my house, they're some really nice people that work here, and it's not too pricey but I've been displeased with my service on multiple occasions. I've been a loyal client and have given them chance after chance. After I left, I went straight to go get my eyebrows done and even my eyebrow lady was concerned because she saw my hands were flaky. I gave two stars because the nails techs are genuinely nice, they always offer water, and my nails are cute but the service just wasn't up to par. read more

I have been coming here for years & have never been disappointed! Holly is my go to for pedicures. She is so sweet and very gentle with my toes, especially since I get ingrown toe nails. She always takes care of them for me doing a great job. Normally I go to Lena for acrylics but she was not there and instead made an appointment with Tiffany. Tiffany was great and did a fabulous job with the shape and length I wanted. When I showed her the color of nails I wanted and they did not have that color she really made sure to find the closest color to that and I was very pleased. Overall, I've always had great service! Great salon. Clean. I recommend Dana for a great pedicure - very precise and careful. My (gel) pedicure has lasted a month. Coming from janky LA, I'm always pleased when a a salon's equipment actually works (ie: the massage chair). The only reason they didn't get a 5 star from me is because they don't accept tip on credit card and charge a small fee on the card when you use it to pay for services. Who carries cash?! It's a pain to plan around the ATM. When they change that, I'll definitely be changing my rating to a 5 star. read more
