My go to nail salon for years!! For nails I go with Kristi, and for pedicures I like to go with anyone who's available since they're all good. My nails grow long, therefore Kristi does a dip on them to keep my natural nails and this protects them and keeps them growing. I like the French tip classy look, and Kristi knows just how I like them. Oh and the prices are affordable, along with the friendly staff.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my service. My pedicure was poorly done the white polish is uneven, streaky, and messy around the edges of several nails. The overall finish looks rushed instead of clean and professional. The nail shaping is also inconsistent, making the final result look sloppy. To make matters worse, my French tip manicure wasn't done correctly either. The tips were uneven, inconsistent in thickness, and lacked the clean, symmetrical smile lines that a proper French manicure should have. For the amount I paid, I expected much better attention to detail and a polished result. Instead, I left feeling like the work was rushed and not worth the cost. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

I have had my nails and pedicure done approximately 4 times as I am new to the area. Christine did my nails and Lisa did my pedicures. They both did a good job. Let me tell you, I needed a fill and pedicure for an upcoming trip and Uba, the only male that works here, did both services because Christine was out. He did not disappoint! I had an amazing experience at Rainbow Nails! They didn't have the color I was looking for, and as I was deciding on a different shade Christine offered to custom mix the polish for me!!! She didn't have to do that, but she decided to go above and beyond. I had an experience ahead of other salons marketed as luxury, and at an affordable price. Definitely give them a try! read more

My wife and I come here often and we always leave with a good experience. I get a standard pedicure for my feet and my wife gets her toes done and both end up real nice. The workers here are kind people and work hard. They own the shop so they do all the work themselves to make sure their customers have a clean and relaxing environment. I was here Monday 2nd. I had the absolute horrifying experience with the owner I'm assuming. She has short hair and glasses. Is not friendly doesn't ever say hello. That's besides the point. She rushed my service to cater to another customer who walked in. As a result she didn't scrape off my cuticles and no top coat also slabbed oil on my legs and not even rub it in. No massage either. When I got home I noticed they looked dull and old crooked bottom because cuticles weren't done. I called she said to come back. When I get there she of course takes no responsibility and blames the color i choose. Like it were my fault. I pointed out all the errors and that I'd like the cuticles done this time. She ignored me and tried to not cut my cuticles I had to remind her again which she goes to grab an old dirty cuticle tool and she acts like there is nothing to cut. That's one thing I should have told her not to use that tool on me as it was not sanitized and can cause infection. Acting like she doesn't see her wrongs she cuts my cuticle and doesn't tell me this. I was trying to give her a chance to fix her mistakes. You can tell this lady never gets confronted by her behavior because she so boldly played in my face when she goes to redo them. She says when we are drying the coat with the lamp she wants to made sure they are dry and they have been clearly dried. So she gets more oil and rubs them on just the toes before the lamp!! Even I knew instinctually you are not supposed to do this. Bad for the coat and bad for the skin. She should know this as shouldn't cure my nails with this process as it chips the gel. So she purposely wanted my nails to chip and so putting my cut with oil under the lamp! So dangerous. When I get home again my toes start hurting so bad I noticed she cut me and didn't say anything to let me know which bothers me because this shouldn't have happened in the first place. She hurt me intentionally and messed up my feet because I went to correct her. This is for anyone with ears to hear and eyes to see. Please don't go to this place. She does not care about your well being and only cares about covering her wicked treatment. I called again and she said she already put something on it. No she didn't I watched her and there was no treatment put on. So she was trying to cause an infection on me. The owner is a liar. This lady doesn't not know how to fix her problems she creates so please save yourself you'll wish you never stepped foot in there. My gel is already chipping away and it's only been three days, as you can tell which I've never experienced. They look like I need to got them done again but now I have to wait for my cut to heal so no beach trip for me like I planned. read more

first off this is my first time trying to relocate to get nails, I had to kill time, and I checked out the reviews on Lisa and I got to meet her personally she did an amazing job she made my fill look like brand new set. 2 Mondays ago I went there for pedicure, still closed at 9am; the notice on the door says open at 9. I left at 9:15 coz still closed & just got their phone#. Friday of same week I was able to get a pedicure when they opened at 9:10. This week (5/21/2025) I called to set up an appointment for Friday 5/23 at 9, again just for pedicure. Got there Friday at 9, was already open but no manicurists yet, only the guy who I don't know what his role is there & he assured me the girls are coming soon. I was the first one there & he had me soak my feet in the spa tub. I was glad I'd get my service pretty early & it looked like a not so busy morning. Boy was I so mistaken! 2 ladies came in and another couple ladies came in too & these 4 ladies were prioritized instead of me even when this head manicurist asked the guy who first came in & the guy pointed to me!! I understand all of us had appointments BUT I WAS THE FIRST PERSON THERE!!! My feet were soaked for a long time I kept pulling them out of the tub coz my toes were getting wrinkly, all while trying my darnedest to keep my cool! But after 45 minutes I felt so mad, so disrespected that I up'd & proceeded to leave with this head manicurist trying to explain the reasons as to why they overbooked etc etc. then had the nerve to ask me as I was getting out the door if I wanted to set another appointment!‍‍ Never going back there! If there is a negative star rating I'd give them a --5! read more

Do not come here if you care about long term nail health. I came to get dip removed because my pointer and middle nail had broken on my right hand. They left me to soak my left hand in a bowl of acetone for 20 mins. Then one technician came and started ripping the dip off of my right hand with a cuticle clipper. She chipped my thumb and ring nails so badly and ripped the tip of the pinky nail completely off, exposing the nail bed. DO NOT COME HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT LONG TERM NAIL HEALTH. When my pinky nail ripped off, all she said was "well you're already missing two" as if she hadn't torn the ring finger nail in half and chipped the thumb nail as well. read more

Our business was first started in 2003. We just changed all the spa chairs on January 2017. Each customer has their own plastic covering for sanitary purposes which are used once and thrown away. Everyone here is very friendly.

We ended up walking around until they reopened. I do wish their lunch hours were posted on the website so customers could plan accordingly. My daughter was simply getting two of her earrings downsized. The charge was $10 per earring, plus an additional $15 for a new backing, bringing the total to $52 with tax. As I was checking out, the receptionist informed me that there would be an extra $5 charge for using my debit card, so I would recommend bringing cash. I asked whether this fee was mentioned on their website, and she said it was not. When they downsized my daughter's hidden helix piercing, the bar was still too long. The piercer explained that the ear was swollen and that she couldn't push the earring back any farther. While I understand that swelling can affect the fit, I was hoping for a better overall experience. I truly wanted to support this business, but between the unexpected closures, undisclosed card fee, and leaving with a bar that still seems too long, the experience fell short of my expectations.

I filled out the consent form and about 10 minutes later I was called to the back by Melissa who measured my existing piercings to mark them on my other ear. Very happy with her attention to detail. Everything seemed to be sanitized properly as well, at least to my untrained eyes. She went ahead with the lobe piercings after letting me see the spots she marked using a handheld mirror and they turned out great. I had the same experience with the septum as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience here at Mint Condition and Melissa's work, and will always consider this place first when I'm ready to get my next piercings!

Looking around, I enjoyed seeing the butterflies in display cases and didn't think too much of all of the animals placed on walls and desks. Juvenal (the artist) told me the owner enjoys taxidermy, and I very slowly accepted that these were real animals. The irony of being able to sit at a museum and draw stuffed animals without a care, but now in this setting seemed eerily fitting. Juvenal did my piercings. They're perfect! I've been wanting to do this for years. I don't have a good excuse to why it took so long. But I know it was the right time. I bled. 0.o Fitting for the setting, eh? They were all cool people, too - Juvenal, Ernie & Tany. We chatted a bit before I left. The whole thing was an experience. I had only ever gotten my ears pierced at the mall with one of those terrible piercing guns so this was my first experience getting a piercing professionally done and it was so great. Elisea made me feel super comfortable. She was super chill and very thorough when explaining the piercing process and after care. The piercing itself was almost painless, very quick and the worst part was really just putting the jewelry in and even then it was maybe a 2 out of 10 on the pain scale. I felt no pressure in any up sales that other salons do for nail art. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and I can't wait to schedule my upcoming appointment. I read the reviews, and I see that some individuals want what they want but demand it. I found Paradise Nails on Yelp and called to ask if they took card payment ( since most nail salons do not). The lady that answered the phone said they did so I headed over... I got a classic pedi with gel nail polish and dip on my hands... I sat in the pedicure chairs as the nail tech adjusted the water. The chairs have rollers and massage you. They are very comfortable. The nail techs were very nice and did a great job, I love the way they left my feet and hands.. They were great with asking what I wanted on my hands and feet.. I ended up paying around $80, for a classic gel pedicure and dip nails.. They also charge $2 for card transactions... Overall I had a great experience at this Nail Salon and the prices are reasonable, the staff was friendly and the salon was clean. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area again...

These are how my toes turned out, i really do love the color but as far as the quality of the polish it is not good.. the polish closest to my cuticle is already peeling.. that is the main concern of my review. So although the service was affordable and the technicians were super sweet at the end of the day we pay for quality. i am a very shy person and i don't like confrontation so i didn't speak up about it because by the time i realized the polish was peeling/lifting she was already applying the clear coat.. if you are looking for an affordable place i would recommend paradise nails but as far as quality i wouldn't really get your hopes up.
