Went to Esperanza this past Friday the 13th weekend to get my nose pierced after putting it off for so long. I had only ever gotten my ears pierced at the mall with one of those terrible piercing guns so this was my first experience getting a piercing professionally done and it was so great. Elisea made me feel super comfortable. She was super chill and very thorough when explaining the piercing process and after care. The piercing itself was almost painless, very quick and the worst part was really just putting the jewelry in and even then it was maybe a 2 out of 10 on the pain scale. I'm definitely going to recommend her to my friends and I may even be back for another piercing next month ! read more

If you want to get a tattoo come here great atmosphere ! And every artist here has their own unique style , their work is all amazing from what I've seen ! I personally go to Goldie she's working on my sleeve doing a Disney theme w the characters tattooed! But she has done such an amazing job every piece I've gotten so far looks amazing!!!! While you're getting your tattoo done whether it's a quick session or long session you will be super comfortable I watch Netflix every time I come in and before I know it she's already done! They have water and little snacks too. and I shopped around for a while to find the perfect person to do my sleeve and this was the place that popped up and I'm 100% satisfied! I've gone here before for a flash tattoo by Christy, and she was super sweet and did a great job. (Also, of all my leg tattoos, that one was directly on my shin bone and didn't hurt AT ALL. She has a very light touch.) Today my daughter and I came to get septum piercings by Elisea. Elisea was very nice and professional and our piercings came out great! I have been following this page for a while and after seeing a special run by one of their artists for lettering I decided to take a leap and get my first tattoo! I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Booking was simple and easy, there was great communication in regards to the appointment and what the process would be like, upon arriving everyone was super friendly and the check in process was fast and easy. I was able to have numbing cream applied which hasn't been available at other shops I reached out too which was a major plus. I have a tendency to pass out both from anxiety and from pain but Ray was very kind, patient, and understanding with me for the entire process. Any other client probably could have been done faster but I wanted numbing cream and needed a short break half way through (I got dizzy accidentally honestly didn't even realize holding my breath ) but he didn't seem to be bothered at all and made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the entire process which I appreciated because I wasn't made to feel like I was being a burden or dramatic! Honestly, this is the first time I ever went to this establishment and I gave it a one star because there was a bunch of problems with this tattoo parlor. I did go to the shop yesterday for their flash, tattoos and piercings, and I ended up getting my lobes pierced. I did end up going to the shop around 11:30 so just a little bit after their flash tattoo and piercing started. I didn't mind about the three hour wait because I knew there was a lot of people that ended up going but what I had a problem with was after the three hours were up. I called the store just to see how much longer it was going to be just so I had an estimate time and they informed me that the people who were ahead of us ended up getting more piercings then what they wrote down on the sign up sheet. Mind you the people who were running late, to get priced the parlor would basically wait for at person until they got here but the tattoo parlor was the one who waited for that person to cancel instead of canceling after the 15 minutes they were late to move onto the other people who have been waiting for three hours and I have gone to a lot of flash tattoo and piercing places before and those establishments like any other establishment if you were 15 minutes late automatically, your appointment was canceled and they would move on to everyone else, which is understandable but if you're gonna simply wait for someone if they take longer than 15 minutes and take up everyone else's time who is on the list I think that's very much poor time management on the tattoo parlor side and especially they had us write down what piercings we wanted and if you said you want that piercing the tattoo place shouldn't allow those people to be getting more piercings knowing they have a sold out for the day list and it's just taking up everyone else's time. At the same time, the lady said I could always come in early and whoever cancels that we can move up on the list so I did go with one of my family members. And we waited there for about an hour and a half and they weren't doing anything. There was no piercings getting done mind you there was only three people getting tattoos, after that everybody from the staff was just walking around talking to one another and honestly, if you see people waiting there for piercings, I don't know why you would still wait For the other people to come for their spot. Just pierce the people who are sitting right there so it gets done faster so they're not sitting there waiting. And the thing that was a big red flag was that they were selling beer in the establishment, knowing by law you're not supposed to contain any alcohol before a piercing or tattoo. So already that's illegal to do in your own establishment is crazy and then the same time they pierced me with the wrong piercing they gave me the butterfly back when they're supposed to give me a flat back and even when I asked for that, they said it would be more expensive, but the thing is every piercing establishment has to give you a flat back piercing because having the butterfly back has more issues with the healing progress. So already this place had a ton of red flags and honestly, I wish I never got my ears pierced here because now I have to go back to another establishment to get the right jewelry in my ear and mind you the flashback sale. The piercings I got would've been 40 bucks but the lady ended up charging me 90 bucks which makes no sense and I could've literally got it pierced somewhere else that would actually do it correctly and be less money so this establishment is definitely not a good one and I will be taking my money somewhere else that knows how to do piercings property. read more

My little sister just turned 18 and she was super excited to get her first piercing. We saw they were offering a great promo for today only. Since it was walk in only, first come first serve, we decided to drive straight there from Corona. We arrived, said hello, and were helped by a girl upfront. She asked us what we came in for and I stated that my sister wanted a piercing and we saw the Instagram promotion they were offering for today. The girl then asked what piercing and how old my sister was. My sister replied with "septum and I'm 18." The girl then responded with "well the piercer isn't in today. She's only here Sundays-Fridays". I asked nicely why would they be promoting a deal for piercings if the piercer wasn't there and she responded with "oh I don't know, they should've clarified that in the memos but yea you can come back tomorrow when she's here but it'll be full price". My sister looked upset at the response and we said thank you and left the shop. We both felt super uneasy and almost like we were lied to, so we went on Instagram to confirm the deal and message the piecer herself to see if she could give us more clarity to the confusion. My sister looked at me nearly crying and said "the girl we talked to is the piercer". I felt sick once I realized she was blatantly lying to our faces and telling us there was no piercer when she is the piercer herself. I just wanted my little sister to have a great first piercing experience and we were both so excited when we walked in, only to drive off heartbroken and confused. Our friend called the shop to see if there was miscommunication on the deal but the girl who answered told them that the piercing promotion was still running till 7pm today, proving that she denied us service for literally no reason. If she wasn't comfortable with doing a septum piercing she could've said that and we would've understood completely. It felt very much like mean girl behavior. I really wish this experience went differently because the shop did seem really nice but after today it just left a sour taste in my mouth. read more

Elisea did my back dermals in the end of February! and if you're someone that did research like me, you're prob scared of dermals rejecting or skin growing over them. I've had no pain or problems with the healing thus far and I get multiple compliments on them she took the time to inform me on the procedure and I had no clue the green biopsy tools were illegal for piercers in CA but I was so glad it was done with a needle!!
