I was really excited to take my daughter here because it's a woman-owned business, and I wanted to support them. When we arrived, there was a sign saying they were out for lunch. We ended up walking around until they reopened. I do wish their lunch hours were posted on the website so customers could plan accordingly. My daughter was simply getting two of her earrings downsized. The charge was $10 per earring, plus an additional $15 for a new backing, bringing the total to $52 with tax. As I was checking out, the receptionist informed me that there would be an extra $5 charge for using my debit card, so I would recommend bringing cash. I asked whether this fee was mentioned on their website, and she said it was not. When they downsized my daughter's hidden helix piercing, the bar was still too long. The piercer explained that the ear was swollen and that she couldn't push the earring back any farther. While I understand that swelling can affect the fit, I was hoping for a better overall experience. I truly wanted to support this business, but between the unexpected closures, undisclosed card fee, and leaving with a bar that still seems too long, the experience fell short of my expectations. read more

I'll never waste my money here again. I've done a couple ear piercings here, jewelry changes and most recently my naval piercing. Every time you go even with an appointment, they are always running behind at least 30 minutes. 2 days ago for my naval piercing, I waited 45 minutes before I was taken back. I spent $250 in total for a naval piercing with a sparkly flower piece. The very next day (yesterday) the top of the jewelry fell off while I was in public. Wasn't snagged or anything just was gone by the time I was home. I call the shop to kindly ask them to replace the top since the owner who pierced me clearly didn't put it on tight enough. I was told the owner would get back to me but in the meantime I can come in and get another top (that I'd have to pay for) so that the bottom part doesn't fall out. I go back in to the shop, pick a new top (another $37) and the piercer that day takes me to the back to put it on for me. She said "let me check the bottom too just in case it's loose" sure enough the bottom was loose too. Clearly the owner didn't put my entire piece on securely enough if her own employee had to tighten it all. The owner never called me back like they said she would. I call today and the worker tells me the owner says I can buy another one with 10% off ... so you want me to drop another $100 for the owners mistake? NEVER AGAIN. read more

I had the BEST experience here yesterday (2/17) as a walk-in! From the very first phone call, everyone was so kind, helpful, and informative. When I arrived, I immediately noticed how clean and beautifully maintained the studio was -- such a good first impression! Lacy at the front desk was so patient and sweet. She took her time going over pricing and all the jewelry options I was considering and never made me feel rushed. I was pretty nervous, and I had my husband and two boys with me -- the staff was so warm and welcoming to my kids, which meant so much to me. SYDNEY WAS AMAZING!!! She did my conch piercing and stretched one of my old industrial piercings, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was professional, thorough, calming, and so incredibly kind. I told her how nervous I was, and she made me feel completely at ease. She walked me through every single step, which helped so much. My conch piercing was super quick and way less painful than I expected -- maybe a 5/10 at the peak, and then it faded fast. Honestly, right after it felt like 0/10 pain! Before you make an appointment for your child Know that you cannot have them in the pool for FOUR MONTHS after you get the piercing. This is not something I was told when I made the appointment or when they called me to confirm. Because of this I had to pay $35 cancellation fee. Make sure you ask all the questions before you make an appointment. The cost of the piercing is separate from the cost of the jewelry. So look at paying close to $150 depending on the kind of jewelry you buy. Outside of this issue the girls seemed nice. read more

Pretty disappointed with my experience to be honest. I was not pierced here but had come into to get a consult on my piercing. I was told I needed a longer bar and to baby it and it should get better. Was quoted about $35 and then it came out to $70+ for the longer bar. It has not got any better and they also charge a $5 card fee. I definitely feel like they just tried to get money from me for a piercing they knew wasn't going to heal properly. I opted for titanium and champagne fake diamonds and it's super pretty. They do not iodize jewelry here. The piercer pierced my grandma, mom and me all in the same day. We were all walkins and were in and out in a matter of 35 minutes (super fast). I liked my piercer a lot. I'm sorry I forgot her name but her name isn't Sydney (the owner). She had black hair. I had heard bad feedback from my friends who have gotten pierced here about how they pierce crooked and they always have issues with healing times when they've been pierced from this shop. I was still willing to give his place a chance, because let's be honest there's slim Pickens over here for piercings. I brought my two younger children with me. While I was checking out the jewelry, my kids sat on their dirty green old couch right next to me so I could look. One of my kids had their foot on the couch, a piercer walked by and rudely asked my child to get her foot off of the couch. I'm sorry, but that 20 year old couch needs to be replaced or deep cleaned and I feel like a four-year-old's foot was the least of your worries. Now my kids are feeling uncomfortable like they were doing something wrong for simply existing. So they're standing right next to me while I'm looking at the jewelry case. The next worker asks them not to stand between the table and the jewelry case???? You mean don't stand in this room next to their mom and behave? I don't think I've ever experienced such bad customer service. If my kids were wild maniacs, then I would have disciplined them myself. Instead They were patiently sitting and then standing in your shop. Maybe you should hang a sign that says "we hate children and they're not allowed" so that the busy moms who don't have childcare know not to come to you when they are simply trying to treat themselves read more
