First off my review is regarding the jewelry and the poor quality itself. My piercing itself was fine and nothing wrong with the piercer. I got a warranty for both of my earrings. Within 3 months one of the pair of earrings broke. I got the replacement last week and without even wearing it one single time one earring broke already just seems fishy that the same model of earring broke within 6 days when I refused to pay an additional $15 for a second warranty. I've never had earrings break this easily ever. I will say they did offer to let me buy another warranty to replace it and extend it to another year but I don't think that it's fair. ( if I had the earrings longer and worn them I would understand). Just fyi you're better off buying earrings somewhere else. read more

Came here to the outlets recently and wasn't planning to get piercings, but I wanted to even out a few piercings that have closed so I said why not? I worked with Jalen H. and she was fun and helpful! I was a bit scared of the pain as it had been almost 15 years since I got any piercings. She answered my questions and helped me feel more comfortable. I chose a pair of gold earrings studs and an extra pair for later that I was surprised was 50% off. Ask about their BOGO promotion if you visit. For about $95 I got 2 pairs of earrings and 2 piercings. Not bad. The pain was also not bad at all. I had a hard time choosing where I wanted one of the piercings located on my cartilage and Jalen help choose the perfect spot. It turned out really cute and Jalen was genuinely happy to see how much I enjoyed my new piercings. Thank you for a good experience! read more

I got my daughter'a ears pierced today and had a really positive experience. Wendy and Autumn pierced her ears at the same time and my daughter said it only hurt a little. Wendy explained things very thoroughly and was so good with my daughter. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. read more

I had a generally positive experience and would rate it four stars. The staff were friendly, the shop was clean, and the piercing process was quick and professional. My only issue was that the young lady who helped me did not disclose all the extended service agreements she automatically applied to my purchase which resulted in $116 more. Future clients should be aware of the additional fees, which I sense might be a way for them to earn higher commissions. Transparency would have made the experience perfect. read more

Five star service all around! Jessica was the sweetest, most patient, and understanding person to give my 6 year old daughter her very first ear piercing. We're so grateful a friend recommended this place to us especially since our older child was really nervous about it. Thank you, Jessica, for everything! Looking back, my daughter keeps saying how grateful she is that she went through with. Thanks again Jessica! My daughter loves her new earrings! read more

It was my first time visiting, and I was impressed by the wide selection they offer--so many styles to choose from! The piece I picked was a bit pricey, but I'm hoping the quality will prove worth it. Autumn was amazing--she took her time, was very patient, and truly helped me make the right choice. Really grateful for her help! read more

Took my 5 month old to get her ears pierced they were great with her. Perfect placing on her ears!

I was a bit on edge after reading local reviews for piercing places in the area. On a whim finally decided to get infant's ears pierced here due to the stronger reviews. I am beyond happy with our experience. Piercer explained every step of the process, was patient, and despite several markings due to a squirming baby she made sure to get it right. Baby was more fussy about getting marked than the actual piercing. Can't thank the staff here enough for such a positive experience and outcome. Much appreciated and highly recommended. read more

First this was hard for me to find so heads up it is a kiosk in front of forever 21. Thought it was an actual store. But once I got there it was the best experience. Took my baby here for her first earrings/piercing and was very happy with the experience. The ladies were very helpful and thorough with the process. I paid a total of $101 for 14k gold earrings. Cleaning solution, and insurance on the earrings. They made my baby calm and relaxed. Drew the dot for placement a few times cause let's face it babies move around a lot. But these ladies stayed at it til it was perfect. I highly recommend mothers coming here for babies ear piercing. Great customer service. Also this is in the zales family. So you can use your zales jewelry card here for purchases too read more

They did an amazing job making sure the dots were placed perfectly and in alignment with her face. The piercing experience was wonderful and the technician was very delicate with our 2 month old daughter durning the whole process. Our little one only cried less than a minutes and stopped once we cuddled her. FYI: Made an appointment online for the Mills location which is a kiosk located right outside forever 21. So many selections of earrings to choose from. We got her the 14K gold 5mm read more

Took my 6 month old daughter today to get her ears pierced and had the best experience! I wish I remembered the girls name that did it for us, she was so sweet and so good at what she does. The overall process goes by so fast, the scariest part I want to say was the sound of the gun when it pierced. We made an appointment ahead of time, so I would definitely recommend doing so to guarantee someone is there that does the piercings. We bought the earrings there, the earrings come cased in so that the piece attaches right to the gun, and is sanitary. The chair and everything was wiped down and sanitized right in front of us which made me feel comfortable. The earrings are affordable and super cute! I was so nervous and worried prior to going, but so happy with how it went. Glad I listened to my few friends that recommended coming here! read more

Walked in today and had an awesome experience with store manager Lou Ann. With Piercing Pagoda they have you purchase the ear rings and they do the piercing for free. Lou Ann took her time with my baby and I she explained the process thoroughly. Walked us through the home care experience and told us how the extended warranty works with the studs we chose. She inspected the dots for placement several times until it came out right. Lou Ann stayed "we'll change the placement until you're happy that's what matters." The studs come in the guns pre-packaged and sanitized. Lou Ann opened them in front of us as well as sanitized and put on gloves right in front of us. So there was no doubt she did her due diligence. Of course my baby cried but only for a short time. She completely forgot she had them in (until I had to clean them later lol). I recommend coming here. Their 14k studs starter pack starts @39.99. My mother was with me and she went with the Birthday stone flower stud. My 7 month old baby looks beautiful! read more

Piercing Pagoda - Daith and tragus piercing - Jewelry Near Me - Ontario, California

WHY WE DID IT: My daughter just turned three months, and we decided that now would be the best time to pierce her ears. Simply because as when she gets older, she'd recognize the pain more, and also be tempted to pull them out when her activity increases. After buying earings from Kay Jewelers they informed us that despite being trained by "Piercing Pagoda" they do not pierce ears as this is not something they do every day, especially for kids nor are they comfortable doing so, so with transparency they educated us and suggested Piercing Pagoda. INTERESTING INFO: I thought it was cool to know that Piercing Pagoda does this every day, and trains employees of Kay Jewelers. Also, Kay Jewelers mentioned that Piercing Pagoda was eventually bought out and is now under the same umbrella of Zales, Jared's, Kay Jewelers, etc (the parent company is signet jewelers). OUR EXPEIRENCE: Onto our experience; as we were made aware before even arriving, the earings they can install is a selection you must choose/buy from them. All in out the door, it was $108 for the cleaning solution we bought, the earrings we choose, and the warranty. Keep in mind, the cleaning solution and warranty are option. FUN FACT: You cannot provide earrings at this location as they do not sterilize jewelry onsite -- if we wanted, we could go to a tattoo shop (which by the way is it the go-to method when piercing infants as it's fast and no noise) that you will get from a piercing gun, as such the kids aren't so frightened. The choice is yours, we decided to go with the gun instead as the concept of someone holding the needle, and doing it by hand was concerning for us lol. HOW THE PIERCING PROCESS WENT FOR US: The piercing was prepped by with a marker -- you get the see where the earing placements will be and have the option to adjust to your liking. It's not as simple as you think, as each of our ears is formed/sized differently and visually the earring looks different depending on your head/face placement lol. So this is good, you finalize the placement before they proceed. They're also kind enough to show you that the earrings are already sterile, in a sterile container (never been opened) etc. This provides extra peace of mind. The lady who pierced my daughter's ears sanitised and wore gloves. The piercing process took less than 15 seconds per ear (my daughter cried for seconds). As soon as you hold your child tight, and provide comfort, they stabilize quite quickly. You can bring Tylenol l if desired, or already give your baby Tylenol prior to bringing them in. Our baby did so well, swelling/redness didn't even exist! Awesome work. We were happy, and expected a lot worse. SOMETHING TO CONSIDER: We also bought their warranty for ~ $15 which includes up to one year should the earring fall out or the hole shut, they'll provide a new pair and pierce free of charge. Contingent upon you bringing the original earrings with you. We also bought their advanced cleaning solution which allows us to remove the earrings within three weeks so that we can put in the earrings we bought from Kay Jewelers. Best of luck! read more

I absolutely love my experience here. Due to Covid they took extra steps to make sure that they sanitized my station. The girl was very very friendly unfortunately I did not get her name. She was very thorough she did not rush the piercing and she made sure that I was truly comfortable before piercing! I got my third hole done. I will be coming back to get more piercings thank you for the great experience! read more

Horrible experience and not to mention very poor management. I came here to pierce my daughter ears and instead of having a great experience it was terrible. Waited basically an hour to get her ears pierced and had to go to another location back to back. Not to mention the attitude the employees have is far worse than a Karen. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and won't ever come back. read more

Hannah made us feel so welcomed and explained everything to us with confidence and personality. This location is nicely lit and display was very organized. They don't honor warranties. The lady working there is as incredibly rude and seems to know every piece of inventory that the company has ever carried. She's worked at the Ontario location for 4-5 years and learned every piece of merchandise, but forgot to learn how to treat customers. Weird. I should've went to Jared. read more

Absolutely recommend this place for infant piercing. We took my 12 week old daughter today. I read Yelp reviews before going and decided it was a good choice. I was not let down. Very friendly and everything went as it was explained in previous reviews. The process was thoroughly explained, prices were fair and the youngan was very quick. I took my 2 & 1/2 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced and let me say I am very happy with the entire visit. I young gentleman helped me, I don't know his name but he had lots of piercings. He made sure the holes were just right & when he pierced her ears he made sure it was quick! I got all instructions on how to clean her ears and I was given the solution too. I spent $60 for the best earrings they had because I didn't want my daughter getting any infection from the earring. She looks so adorable with her new earrings! I highly recommend this place to new mommy's who are scared on where to take their babies to get their ears pierced. Hope this helps someone! read more

I would highly recommend taking your infants here for their ear piercing. I took my 5 month old daughter today and had an amazing experience. Oscar explained everything from the start to finish including when sterilization was taking place, opening the earrings, to marking her ears and how to care for them. Nick walked in as Oscar was marking her ears and he also helped make sure everything was correct and marked properly before doing it. My daughter is 11weeks and I took her to get her ears pierced. We had a great experience! The store manager Lou Ann was splendid! She was so professional, knowledgeable, detailed, patient, and a total perfectionist. Very cute, affordable earrings; but now I am questioning the quality and authenticity. I've had my earrings for under a year now, and the posts are rusting? It's very strange from 14K gold earrings. read more

Very friendly and patient with each piercing. They make the mark for holes just right and ask you several times if it's perfect to pierce. And will redo the mark if you ask them. The ladies here are sweet and friendly! The place is an actual kiosk, across from Forever 21, which was a little weird to me at first, but it's perfect because everyone gets distracted by all of the people, kids and colors around the mall to help forget about their piercing pain! I would definitely recommend this place. read more

My 6 month old granddaughter was taken to Piercing Pagoda at the Ontario Mills yesterday to have her ears pierced. In the morning she woke up and one earring had fallen out. They had not used the type earring normally used to pierce , a piercing stud that screws on.They called and were asked if they had bought the insurance? They had not, they said if they would buy more earrings, which they had paid $80.00 for they would re do them. I definitely would not recommend this place, very disappointed. read more

We stoped here a couple of weeks ago to get my baby girls ears pierced. I was nervous to have the guy there do it, but my husband and I decided to get them done. They didn't have the earring that I originally wanted but the one the did have was cute so we said yes. My husband sat down with my baby and the guy was so precise on making sure the dots were perfectly symmetrical. He confirmed with me before he did the piercings. And before he even touched my daughter, he sanitized his hands and explained everything that he was about to do and made sure we understood and asked if we had any questions before he got started. I highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting to pierce a babies ears. I was so nervous to get it done for her but I'm happy we chose this place. Her ears are healing perfectly & she looks so cute! read more

I would give zero stars if it was an option. The customer service was repulsive. I got to Pagoda 12/30/18 around 7:50pm. I understand they close at 8:00, but I literally wanted to buy a chain and move on. I got to the counter and the ladies were having a full blown conversation so I stood there for about 2 minutes and finally asked for help. A woman named Emily looked at another woman seated to her right and asked her something, then looked up at me and told me they were closed. She apologized and told me to have a goodnight. I walked away and googled their business hours, walked back and told her it's 7:56 and the website says they close at 8:00. She looked at the woman seated to her right again, and told me she thought the register was closed. She now realizes it is not and can help me. I told her I no longer wanted her help, but did want her name. She reluctantly told me it's was Emily. I'm not only disappointed, but they lost a loyal customer. My whole family has shopped at this very location for our Jewelry and such. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

We went looking for Luanne to pierce our baby girl's ears off of a referral, but we came too late and she was leaving and referred Jessica to do it.
