We had an appt for a ring making class & drove from Redlands to upland for this particular event. I paid $80 for a deposit ($40 for 2 people) and have been looking forward to this ever since I saw the location in Long Beach & have been waiting for the upland class. The $80 goes toward the rings and class. When we got inside the service wasn't the best. The lady who assuming owns the business seemed annoyed or not in the best mood and was helping 2 other customers. No smiling, no acknowledgment. The guy who greeted us just seemed to be in a rush. I thought the service was lacking and could use some TLC and enthusiasm. People are hardly spending money right now because of the economy & you think they'd want to keep first time customers. This is something ppl can live without & are choosing to do for fun. But she seemed annoyed at something. we started looking at the rings and were sat at this little cheap wooden table that could've looked better imo. Since I based it off of how expensive the ring choices are. If I want that expensive of a ring I could go to Zales & get diamonds on it too. (Just being honest) The cheapest ring was a VERY THIN gold ring for $85 that looked like I could pinch it and break it with two fingers or that I could get in a multi-pack from SHEIN or CLAIRES. The most expensive ring I looked at was around $300 something. I left because I was surprised at how low quality the jewelry looked in person & the vibes were off as soon as we walked in. It had me second guessing it all. I found this place on TikTok & I was really disappointed when I got there. I think it's over hyped and anyone can make a fancy video editing it to seem better than it is in person. I don't think it was worth a $80 booking fee plus another $85-$300-ish per person for each ring but I wish it was a better deal tbh. I feel like I got scammed big time & I can't even get my $80 back so they make money off you regardless if you stay or go. :( read more

I've been meaning to come back but I just haven't. I got this anklet May 2023 during the lemon festival! Almost two years ago and it has not changed color at all, hasn't fallen off at all and is still so shiny! I got a second one at some other shop and it changed color after about 2 months and it broke off just recently. I'm sooo happy with my anklet and the cute little charm. I've passed by this place a few times sometimes open sometimes closed but I decided to make an appointment for Sunday and I'm so glad I did. There was a couple inside when I came in but they finished up right about when it was time for appointment. I wish I remember the workers name but she was so sweet and patient with me and had great ideas when I was a lil indecisive. The prices aren't exactly cheap but reasonable and you get what you pay for when you want real gold/silver and great warranty and customer service. I just want say how much I love coming here for my forever bracelets. Today I went in to see if I could get helped in getting one of my bracelets fixed that was broken off. The young lady that assisted me today kindly fixed it and because I had purchased it there it was part of their warranty. I just love coming in so much. I did leave with another brand new bracelet. I called to ask questions on pricing and appointments and they were so nice and actually said they had walk in times available. My friend and I went in and they had a great selection. I don't think he knows what he's doing. He broke my gold bracelet, lying saying he knew what he was doing and could weld the jewelry on and he couldn't. A good business person would pay for the damages caused. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Find a reputable place who has experience in jewelry specifically - not someone who learned from a friend or family member how to use a welding gun for the basics. They had a good selection of both gold and silver chains. The staff was friendly and made our group feel welcome. The process was quick but we weren't rushed at all. I've been wearing my bracelets for over three weeks now and there is no sign of tarnishing. It was a fun experience for my friends and I. These people are rude. I will never recommend them to someone that I know. I feel like a company needs to present themselves with professional manner to the customer and answer questions politely. I had some simple questions and they made me feel stupid. Very disrespectful, especially when I am trying to support local businesses. I went for my boyfriend's birthday to get matching permanent jewelry... was really excited and pretty disappointed with the wait time. I made an appointment online and ended up waiting 20 minutes past the appointment time (and we arrived 10 min early for the appt so arrival time wasn't an issue.) We chose a chain from the options at the front, and once we got to the seat were told they did not have that one available. The person helping ended up pulling out all the options they had and there were ones that weren't even up on display of choices. I visited the shop with my daughter yesterday for Mother's Day knowing there was a high chance the waiting was going to long. It was about 25-30 min BUT it's worth it!
