if you are looking for a job do not interview here. they deleted my comment on google reviews because they are currently still trying to fill the position. but trust me when i say they are the most demeaning group of people. the manager especially was so rude, unwelcoming and condescending. It was a lot of pressure throughout the interview, which is fine, but the manager i worked with was not kind, very passive aggressive, and forgets to make the job appealing for the client not just only the client being appealing to the company. its a lot, you have to memorize everything instantly as soon as she says it back to you verbally. and i cannot stress this enough, there is a reason why they have open interviews daily, because of the vile nature of the manager. 0/10 apply somewhere else if you can read more

I went to take my 7 month old to get her ears pierced this past weekend before Christmas. I had an appt at 12. When we came in, the store was crazy packed and they only had 1 person working! Poor girl, I felt so bad for her. We got her ears pierced and she did a great job, she didn't rush us and made us feel comfortable before the procedure. It's a little pricey ($120) but was worth it when she was finished. I would give 5 stars but, leaving the worker by herself on a weekend before Christmas was just bad management. We found this really cute french fry diamond pallet with makeup for the eyes, lips and cheeks. We made our way over to the cashier to check out, she was like oh you guys don't have enough stuff it's by three get three free and I was like no we are good with this and she was like well if you get one more thing it's half off and again I was like no we are okay. I loved this store. I appreciated that they respect social distancing rules and only allow a certain amount of people in at a time. I got my ears pierced there and I was so happy with my experience. Despite all my efforts this was the only place close by that pierces ears of all age. I have had bad experiences with the whole Claire's earpiercing before. It's been some time so I thought maybe things would have changed. Took my 9 month old daughter and boy am I so disappointed. They did a "double" with the gun so both ears at the same time. The second girl to help totally messed my daughters right ear up. If it was off by a little it would've been fine but no the back is literally off to the side. So upset, and 80 bucks and my daughters first piercings should've been nothing less than perfect. Especially with the line of babies and girls ahead and after us Our experience was ruined. So in 2 days i have to take it out let it heal and come back.. wont be going back.. I'll keep searching for a tattoo parlor. I was recommended to get my ear pierced here and since i never have I decided to give it a try since I live so close by. I was greeted and told to take a look at the earrings they had but the piercer seemed a bit annoyed because i heard her tell the ppl in her chair " guess I'll just be stuck in this corner " which I'm guessing she meant she had been piercing a lot of ppl today ... but I paid no mind since I completely understand the retail life can get to you. When I took a seat she just kept sighing complaining about how she had so much to do and how much she didn't wanna do any more piercings.. I felt so awkward but I wanted these piercings so bad I just sat there quietly. I completely understand there's days where retail just completely destroys you but that's something you should never show your customers. I'm also not a young girl excited to get her ears I get it but I'm a customer .. who would feel comfortable hearing their piercer talking about how bad she doesn't wanna do her job anymore ! I was confused really. She also kept yelling across the store asking when the next girl came in ( I'm guessing to see if the next girl can take me ) . AGAIN ... completely understand retail but wait till you're in the break room to complain to coworkers not to the customers . Lesson learned though... should've just gone to a piercing shop. My experience was amazing! I got my second earlobe piercing and it was almost painless. Rosheda knew exactly was she was doing and the procedure went smoothly. Everything she used for the piercing was really clean and sterile. Once I received my piercing, I was in very mild pain but after applying the rapid care solution, it went away. Overall, I highly recommend getting your ears pierced here. (Also make sure to get the rapid care solution because it's better for your skin and heals the piercing faster) read more

Very rude worker!!!! I went this afternoon and had my daughters ears pierced, got there at the appt time of 2:30 and waited because they were running behind. They told me to shop while we waited, 15 minutes later I was still waiting/shopping. I went to the front to see what was happening as the person ahead of us was gone. The girl told me she had to sanitize, which is fine. Then I hear another worker at the front talking crap that the 2:30 never arrived and if they werent coming to move on and you could tell she was irritated. I looked at her and said I AM the 2:30 and I have been here since 2:30, the look on her face was like whoops but she laughed and walked away. Got my daughters ears done and the girl who did it was amazing and she did a great job....I am giving 2 stars for her! Paying was another nightmare but I could see the other employees were doing what they could, it was very busy so I was very friendly and we checked out and went home. Later my niece decided to get her ears pierced so we went back, it was not very busy so we asked if they had any slots free and the same rude worker from earlier was working the piercing station and she said she would look, she was with a customer but finally she looked, she said her last 3 appts were all booked, it was 7:37 tho and the 7:30 wasn't there yet, we asked if they didn't show if my niece could have that appt, she said yes. So we shopped and waited. The worker was running around like a mad women, she was more concerned with getting store ready for closing time that she didn't have time for anything else. Finally at about 7:45 she told my niece to go pick out her earrings, so my niece did and even took out her earrings, she was so excited....then at 7:50 the 7:30 and I guess 7:45 showed up...she looked at us and said sorry they are here I can't do yours!!!! Are ya KIDDING ME!!!! SHE should have been more concerned about the customer because in that 5 minutes she told my niece to pick out earrings she could have been almost done and did the other 2 or told them they were late and someone else got the appt. Instead she broke an 11 year olds heart. I am shocked with the way she acted and I will never go there again. The Ontario Mills is wayyy better and the workers are all very friendly!!! read more

Have visited this location twice in the last couple of weeks. First time on a Sunday afternoon to have my sons ears pierced. There was only one young last working the whole store. Place was super crowded with at least 5 people waiting for piercings. Salesperson had to constantly walk away from piercing to ring someone up. Total process for piercing took almost an hour and a half and we were 3rd in line! I returned today to find just one employee working again and the store was just as crowded. read more
