I've always had great experiences at the L'Occitane store in Victoria Gardens. The staff is not only nice but also incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They're happy to offer samples and provide helpful recommendations based on your skin care needs. The store is beautifully organized, making it easy to browse their wide range of products. I especially love their hand creams and almond shower oil--both leave my skin feeling soft and well-hydrated. The store is always clean, inviting, and has a calm atmosphere, which makes shopping here a pleasure. I'll definitely keep coming back! Very unprofessional unfriendly customer service/ sales lady, she works alone when we came in, no wonder the store always empty every time we passed by It was definitely empty while we were there ! Many people shy away from this store just because of the expensive prices but I'm telling you now, find something in this store that fits you and you will love it. I came here to buy the Almond Milk Concentrate. It's a hydrating cream that is advertised to hydrate up to 48(?) hours. I bought this cream because I had dry spots all over my neck and back and using Eucerin's Skin Calming lotion was not helping!! I used this for a couple weeks and they dry spots completely disappeared. I don't know if it's only because of this cream but I am sure it helped. This cream also has a strong almond scent to it so when putting it on, it is almost like putting on a perfume. It smells so good and hydrates! I recommend 100%. -Their hand creams are my favorites as well. I recently fell in love with the peony collection. IMO, this collection smells better than the rose one but not by much! read more

I love this location! Every time I go all the employees greet me and help me tremendously! Today however was even GREATER, when a young woman named Wendy helped me for legit about 30 min and she even packaged my parents Christmas presents SO WELL! She was very knowledgeable, sweet and professional! She even re-bagged my bag so it wouldn't tear while I kept shopping. Thank you Wendy! There was also another woman there (who I forgot the name I'm sorry it's at the tip of my tongue) who was very lovely and sweet with me too! I LOVE L'occitane products and have been buying them for years. I will no longer shop at this store in the Victoria Gardens. The customer sales rep was horrendous. She yelled at my sister, demanding (not asking) that she not touch the perfumes or products that we were interested in buying. This was our first bad experience with this store, but one bad experience is all that it takes to discredit a company. Neither my sister nor I will spend our precious time away from work dealing with this sort of nonsense or risk a repeat negative experience. read more

Very bad service, sales rep was not welcoming at all, tried to redeem free gift with out purchase and she did not honor the promotion. I probably will stop using their products since this is the closest store to me. If any reps from L'occitane are reading these reviews- please retrain your staff in customer service etiquette. Very unprofessional services at this location. Reps here does not even know their company's return policy. Unopened item with its original receipt cannot be returned at the store only because it's an online purchase. eh????? They only accepts exchanges. What a sales gimmick!!!!! Also, the rep(named Evelyn?) chat and jokes with a customer at the register for so long, even when 2 other customers are waiting for help. Again, very unprofessional. She need to differenciate between the smart and efficiant, yet kind services vs. unprofessional and prejudiced services that are just noisy. Lastly, BE AWARE that you may need to wait and locked out of the store for more than 30 minutes "DURING their business hour", because their unprofessional rep may ditch customers with untrue sign saying they "will be right back." Came in here earlier this week and was a little hesitant in buying a gift for a friend because I thought everything here was so expensive! But I told the girl helping me, Angel, and she was god sent. I told her my budget and she suggested several options to include in my gift and then wrapped everything up in a beautiful box and put that in a gorgeous gift bag, sprayed something yummy on the tissue and sent me on my way. Angel and her manager were so helpful and spent a great amount of time with me, helping me test out different products and shared their expansive knowledge on each of the products, never pushing any of it on me. My perception of this store has changed and I now feel comfortable walking in and not feeling like a total idiot. read more

I used to love their products in spite of the price, but the sales lady just pissed me off for the last time! My friends and I went to get our free gifts, 1st excuse of us not receiving our gifts was "oh, that's a screen shot, we need the actual email"; showed her the email, "oh, we actually need an email with the offer code". I said: "that's the email I received from L'occitane". Long story short, we walked out of that place and will never go back. Keep spending your money there and don't expect to get any "gifts" from them. Unless, you are a certain race, then maybe you will be treated differently. Enter at your own risk! read more

I Love L'Occitane! I first fell in love with L'Occitane in Paris. I had never heard of them before. Back in California, I was walking around Victoria Gardens and was thrilled to see we have a shop! They are a lil bit more expensive; but their quality is superior and their products last quite a while. I would recommend anything from their Almond line, especially the almond milk concentrate, and their shea hand creams. Oh! And their perfumes. And their face wash. Love this store and it's products! The customer service is phenomenal. I went in to purchase the Vert & Bigarade Eau de toilette and the fabulous clerk told me for $10 more I could get the gift set. This includes the body milk and shower gel. She had to dig through boxes upon boxes to find me one but she did. I couldn't have been more pleased. read more

i had an amazing experience with janae, angel, evelyne, and britany yesterday. all four girls were smiling and offering hand cream to anyone who walked in. they were very informative regarding the store and worked efficiently with me and my husband. the informed us of the deals that were going on in the store and assisted us in finding presents for our relatives. all though the store was packed, the girls worked through it all and still had their nice, warm, and welcoming smiles at the end of it! will definitely be back again and i hope to see these girls again. read more

No greeting, no eye contact or smile.. nothing. Until, a group of non-minorities walked into the store- then it became "Bonjour! Welcome to L'Occitane!" Never would I spend my money here. This is my favorite L'occitane store, the sales ladies are always accomodating and does not pressure you to getting anything. My skin care line is Divine..I purchase them in stores and online, however my preferred is this store because the sales ladies give me generous sachet samples which I love to bring when I travel. My experience this afternoon however was not too pleasant. The sales girl seem to be really shady and not being truthful with the promos. I'm surely buying the Divine serum $126 and was told if I buy another skin care line I will get a free gift. I asked if they have the free gift package with Divine oil in it and this lady said that promo has passed. That's when I checked my email and saw that the promo is still ongoing and showed her the email. So finally the sales lady said I.just needed to show the email to get the free divine oil package. I don't think that was right, loccitane promotions are not selective. I asked if they have sachet samples and was told they are all out. I would've gotten free sachet samples had I purchased online. I felt this lady is just hiding the free samples rather than offering it to customers. The other sales rep are not like her at all. Now I am checking my email promotions and saw the free gift she was offering me at the beginning applies to purchase of $110 and above yet this lady wants me to purchase another skin care product. I will always come back to this store but I will make sure not when this blonde lady is working. I don't want to deal with shady people. read more
