Kiehl's is one of those stores I genuinely enjoy stopping into, and I am not entirely sure if it's the lab coats, the apothecary vibe, or a combination of both. Everything about the space makes the products feel a little more serious in a good way, like skincare that actually means business. Every product I've tried has been great quality and has done exactly what it promised, which builds a lot of trust over time. I also appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful the staff usually is without making things feel salesy or overwhelming. This has become one of my favorite places to make sure I stay properly moisturized and smelling great, which feels like a small but important life win. read more

Daniella saved the day!! Number one this location is absolutely stunning. Two- this sweet angel of an employee took her time to show me different gift options AND did a gorgeous gift wrap for me too. When checking out she shared that I had points on my account and I got to save $19 from bringing recycles in over the years. My gift came out absolutely beautiful and I can not wait to give it to my friend tonight. Last minute gifting + the most amazing skincare out there = go see my girl Daniella at this Rancho Cucamonga Kiehls location. read more

You don't get an inviting feel at this location. Customer service feels fake. I would not recommend this location.

Better reps who would like to attend to people and help with skin questions. The lady at the counter seem like she didn't know anything about men's face cream or aftershave. Try just minor questions to assist me in seems like I was wasting her time. read more

With all the Covid 19 madness my husband was in need of some products. We went on the Kiehl's website and were unable to link the purchase to the rewards so I called the store and spoke to a very helpful lady (unfortunately I did not get her name). She took the order over the phone and paid over the phone. Gladly everything we needed was in stock. She informed us the order would be ready immediately. We drove down to the store about 20 minutes later, pulled up and called the store. Gave them the name and within seconds an associate came out with a bag decorated with tissue paper filled with our goodies. The associate was wearing a mask and informed us that all the products were disinfected prior to being placed inside the bag. Thank you Kiehl's for the great customer service :) read more

I've been having bad red spots on my face and decided I needed to get help on what to do next and after visiting this location and meeting Norma, she helped me the whole way. Walked in and was greeted and listened to my needs and from start to finish helped me. She knew what to ask and knew what to suggest. I felt very comfortable with what I purchased. Thank you Norma!! read more

Not helpful; I wanted to try the different face masks and was told they were out of all. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Didn't know anything about Kiehl. Great product. I loved it! Will buy more prices from them read more

Thank you Norma! She deserves a promotion! My favorite product she recommended is the night time recovery oil it's amazing and has helped me keep my skin hydrated and clear! read more

This location has fantastic customer service. I went in to buy my partner skincare products and received the most attentive service I have received in a long time. The employees ensured I had the best products for the described skin type and took their time explaining the products to me. Additionally, I was buying the products as a gift and they assisted me in including a beautiful note in the box, as well as with gift wrapping. I will definitely be returning! Thanks, guys! read more

Today I went into Kiehl's, hoping to find some new products for my skin. I'm new to higher end skin care, and my main gold is to get on some kind of regime and be consistent! Since I don't know much about toners, serums, when to use them, and what skin type I am, I was nervous going in. Norma was so helpful and patient with me and let me ask her tons of questions! She tested my skin type, recommended different products but didn't overwhelm me. They were also running a promotion, so since I spent more than $65, I was able to get 5 free large samples & a tote bag! I am very happy with my new moisturizer, my cleanser and sativa seed oil! Thank you again to Norma for being so knowledgeable and kind! I will definitely be back to this location. read more

LoL, I was reading Able A. Post and this individual is funny. Reading some of their previous reviews are even funnier. I don't judge a store by their Grand Opening because it's hectic. I truly think you should stop by again and re-evaluate. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products, I was greeted very politely. I saw some lady purchase a small item and kept pushing for more samples, I felt bad for the employee. I love their men's line, take care of all my needs in one place. I don't judge the products I use based on customer service. Just like I don't judge the car brand I drive by all "wonderful" drivers out there. Yeah the reference didn't quite make the relation but I'm sure you get what I'm saying. It's hard for me to use any other shampoo and conditioner after using Kiehl's. Love the baby line. read more

I went into this store curious and didn't expect to buy anything. The person who helped me was so kind and helpful, I ended up purchasing their Midnight Recovery Concentrate. I left happy with my purchase and began to routinely use this product. However, I have since learned that Kiehl's is NOT cruelty free! I specifically asked the person who helped me in the store if the brand was cruelty free and she assured me they were. Kiehl's website states: Kiehl's does not test on animals or ask others to test on its behalf--except when required by law. This means that they sell in China and China requires animal testing. At the end of the day, I should not trust anyone other than myself to find out if a brand is cruelty free. That being said, you should not be telling your customers you are cruelty free unless you truly are and have been Leaping Bunny Certified!! read more

I have been a loyal customer since this location opened a couple years ago. The girls that work there seem to come and go except for a couple older ladies. They always seem to be on top of points and making sure I get my samples after every purchase. Since this last year every time this certain employee that works there and conveniently wears no name tag when I come in she never gives me my samples and she never tells me when I'm there if I have any kind of rewards. I just went in to restock on my moisturizer and I had a birthday reward that I had to go and show her on my phone that I had it, she told me that I couldn't redeem it without a purchase. Mind you she already rang me up for my moisturizer. Just to say it plainly, she is so stingy and doesn't give samples to returning customers or even checks the points to let the customers know hey this is expiring soon might want to use it. I will be shopping online she has no people skills and common sense in customer service. Don't shop here unless she is not working! read more

Literally been waiting at the register for 15 mins. Theres only one worker here, who's just casually just talking to what I presume to be her friend. Terrible customer service. read more

Passed by in the area during the week they opened and I have been hooked ever since! I was intrigued with the white coats and apothecary decor so I stopped in and was greeted by the warmest staff. I was one of a couple people in the store and the staff created an atmosphere where we ALL ended up talking about products and sharing our thoughts. Such a fun experience that most stores unfortunately lack these days. Bravo to Kiehl's for training such a great staff and for introducing me to some fabulous products! read more

Kiehl's - They should focus on Paying customers not kidss wanting free facials - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS ON GRAND OPENED KIEHL'S IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA Today, Kiehl's Grand Opening in Rancho Cucamonga says: "Receive a COMPLIMENTARY FULL-SIZE ULTRA FACIAL CREAM ($15 value) WITH ANY PURCHASE. ENJOY COMPLIMENTARY REFRESHMENTS, HEALTHY SKIN CONSULTATIONS AND MORE!" Which are FRAUD and FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS. (1) NO refreshment. (2) NO "Healthy skin consultations." (3) In order to get a free facial cream, one must spend money to buy an item, minimum $9 for a very tiny cream of an index finger size (looks like $.50 product). One bar of soap is $15.00. At its Grand Opening, rude staff, no greeting, no service, no sample, and no refreshments. I have wasted gasoline expenses, and 2 hours waiting in line to get in a Grand Opening Kiehl's only to discover that I was deceived. I agreed with previous reviews from Kiehl's angry customers. This is my first and last time at Kiehl's. I would not recommend Kiehl's to anyone! read more

I love their products but I always buy a lot of things and never get my rewards. I think from now on I'm just going to shop online. It's ridiculous that they can't get my points sorted out. Makes the rewards system seem like a joke. read more
