My teenager needed to stock up on their bath and body works and there's no better time to go then when they have their buy 3 get 3 unless they're doing their semi annual sale. I also had 3 rewards, a plus! I won't lie, I was a little upset when I found out the body butters were no longer included for rewards purchased and they raised the price to $20.95. I'm not blaming the store but I wanted to share that! The service was great! Everyone working was helpful and greeted us when we approached them. One gentleman even search the entire store to see if I could get a watermelon fruit fusion body cream but they were sold out. I don't usually like fruit smells but this one was giving. I do feel like they downscaled their inventory in the store or they just needed a major restock. Luckily we were able to get everything we needed but the one body cream. Oh and I also couldn't get my body butter because they were excluded from the rewards now. On a positive note, I'm glad they're extending the book loft scent into other items because that's my in home smell. It's woodsy and I live for it! They also have their Halloween scents in stock so I had to stock up on vampires blood! Check this place out! read more

Came to shop my local store and stock up on my wallflowers- big sale going in! Store had lots to choose from & only lacked one out of tons to choose from. They had a sample smell for each one - a plus to help in choosing. I purchased over 40 fills and 3 boxed soap refills with over $197 discount listed on my receipt!!! I love shopping at Bath & Body for my scent shopping. Great job! read more

This place always has good scents and I was looking for the astrology sign sprays but sadly i was too late, they sold out of it. I should've gotten it when it first came out but didn't think they would be so popular. I also saw they had weird scents for candle right now, pickle and i think chips and salsa? I don't know what they're thinking but it's not a good idea for sure. Hahah! Stick to the usual normal scents please. read more

No hounding here! Meaning associates coming up to you, asking what you're there for, trying to spray fragrances on you, telling you about every promotion known to man kind, and just wont leave you alone.Maybe some associates do, do that, but I haven't experienced it here yet. I've had this experience at Moreno Valley and its sooooooooooooooooooooo annoying. Like, let me shop in peace....please and thank you! read more

This store has really improved in terms of the friendliness and good attitudes of the employees. The tables were well stocked with merchandise. Upon entering, I was greeted by Sam and Yvonne. I was looking for a specific wallflower plug in, and Yvonne was kind enough to direct me to the item I was looking for. My only critique, is that the store was very warm. The A/C must have not been working. They had fans out, but it wasn't enough to keep the store cool. I felt bad for the employees because it was 90+ degrees outside, and there was no relief from the heat inside the store read more

Terrible customer service came in for a online pickup and there was no welcome , or how may I help you the professionalism was subpar I don't recommend this location. Employees should definitely be retrained within customer service. Customer service is so important mannerism is everything. Very low spirited terrible attitudes I'll pick another location to shop at from now on. read more

Was here about three months ago. Warm friendly welcome by staff. As always. Clean and organized in-spite of large amount of products on display. Mixture of different wonderful smell all around. Creates a feeling of "I want everything". Good deals going on on candles, lotions, body wash etc. Sweetheart picked up some candles and lotions and I got hair and body wash and body spray. Had fun time shopping. read more

Went to this location during the day before work . I walked in, seen an employee. Did not greet me say hello or anything which is fine. Went about my business as I continued to shop. I realized she said hi to everybody else that walked in except me. She was a heavier set Mexican woman with some highlights in her hair. I was there from about 5 to 6 PM. There were no other associates that I saw. I actually wanted to make a purchase, but the whole situation made me feel disrespected and unattended to so I left. read more

This store's customer service was absolutely horrendous. There were 6 employees on shift and only three (3) of them were actively working: one at cashier, one doing pick-up orders and one stocking inventory on the floor. I have no clue what the other three were doing but there was a line of 8+ customers trying to check out. We waited in line for over 10+ mins and during that time the cashier didn't call for additional help nor did any of the other 3 employees doing nothing open another cashier lane. I left without purchasing any product and the lady whom I assume was the manager had an attitude as I did so. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any Bath and Body Works location. read more

Super friendly and welcoming employees. Took my girls here for back to school shopping. They both splurged and got a bunch of scents they liked. I say they liked because some of their scents are awful in my opinion. My girls are happy so they get 4 stars :) Lol read more

Great service and always fully stocked with my favs! Not to mention it's right around the corner!

Love coming to any Bath & Body Works. If you sign up on the App they give you discounts or freebies depending on how much you spend. I had a reward for one item up to $16.50 so I picked up a gift set to give away later. Of course I picked up the new Fall scent, Autumn Drive. It's wild raspy, warm amber and vanilla birch! It's smells lovely! Check it out yourself. Every employee here was so friendly and answers all your questions. Great job on customer service here! read more

One of the friendliest and most welcoming Bath and Body Works store! Worth a trip from Rancho Cucamonga. Samantha was very helpful and walked us through different products that worked best for us. Upon check-out, Alyssa was awesome with the process, helped me with my pick up order that was canceled and made the whole process stress free. Thank you ladies! read more

When I woke up this morning I truly did not believe I would receive such utter kindness from a complete stranger. This employee made my day with her generosity and compassion. Jennifer was the name on her name tag, and like the angle that she helped us throughout our shopping trip with an investment and genuine interest that was far above the description of her job. I was having an awful day and she, a total stranger made it better. What ever she goes to do in her life, whoever she will become I wish her the best as today she brightened my day. I want her to know that even if she goes on to do nothing in her life she has changed one persons life, that today she made me feel a little more hopeful. So if you see Jennifer at this Bath & Body Works be a little more patient, be a little more kind, because she deserves that and so much more. With my whole heart thank you Jennifer. read more

We went in for Wallflowers and were able to find what we were looking for. We were greeted at the door which was nice. Since we knew what we were looking for and where to find it, we didn't require assistance. The cashier was helpful as far as sorting out my account (because I have two different emails). Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I like this store better than most of the others in the area. read more

100% my best experience at Bath & Body works! Went in on Jul 7th at 12pm and all the ladies working were SO friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I did not catch the names but the whole team should feel proud :) One of the members showed me a lotion that everyone has been wanting and they had only one left so I went ahead and grabbed it and I'm IN LOVEEEE. Love the store and the people in my Rialto Store and the prices are great. Thank u so much

Worst customer service I tried getting in line before 7:30 a good half hour before they closed, and the store rep turned me away saying they were closed. I was there to exchange some candles only. The management is NON EXISTENT at this store!! Every time I try to visit THIS store one of the reps always ruins my experience. It's apparent that no one at this store has gotten enough training at customer service! read more

I was soooo glad when they put a bath and body works only 5 minutes from my house because the addiction is real! The girls here are sooo kind and patient. With COVID they limit a certain amount of people in the store and before you go in you sanitize. They did just recently change their hours but not sure if they have been updated online. Lines get long but typically move quickly now with COVID. Lines inside aso love quickly. It's right next to America's best and a sports store. read more

I don't frequent this location too often even though it is by my house. I went in today for the Semi annual sale since I wasn't able to get some of the items I wanted online for my husband. I walked in and wasn't greeted..okay. I began browsing the store and I walked passed another associate and still no greeting or acknowledgement. I turned around and she greets the lady behind me and asked if she needed a basket. I encountered the same associate and now I have 4 items in my hands. I crossed paths with a girl I assumed was the manager because she said to the other associate or manger that she was leaving and she told them to call her if they needed anything. The manager that was leaving sees this lady with one item in her hand and asked her if she needed a basket. She passes me with these 4 items in my hands and give the lady the basket which is fine not a problem, however I would've appreciated if she asked if I needed a basket as well. I know for sure she saw me because she almost bumped into me trying to get the basket for the other customer. Then finally when I am heading to checkout the original associate I came in contact with finally asked me if I needed a basket.... once I was in line. So instead of me purchasing more items I kindly put some back and purchased the two items for my husband. read more

When lines are long, they make sure they go by super quick & there is always someone there to help. Giving this place four stars. It could have been five but one of the employees there was very bratty towards me one day. Her name was Sam. The younger girl with the glasses and the long brown hair. I notice she is very nice to all the other employees.. so I know what you're thinking, she couldn't possibly be rude to customers. She has recently not been rude anymore. I'm sure she was having one of those days! She was stocking so she must have been unhappy being sidetracked by me which brought on the passive aggressiveness. Either way, I feel kind of uncomfortable allowing her to serve me because I don't want her to snap at me one day. That is all. read more

I come here often and everyone is always so helpful and nice. I recently came here over the weekend and note it's the holidays. When I went to check out a lovely girl by the name of Jennifer checked us out. Let me tell you. Everyone should have this girls personality and customer service. She was sooooo nice! It's so hard to come across people like this especially during the holidays. At other stores employees can be so rude and they make you feel like they don't want to be at work. Not Jennifer. It felt like she loves what she does and and likes her customers. She was very pleasant and approachable. And during the transaction very involved and personal. I love people like that. Wish there were more people like her in this world. Loving and wholesome. There's also an African American in the front which I wish I got her name has always been helpful in the past with a beautiful smile when you enter and when you leave. I'm glad to have this bath and body works to go and feel so welcomed. Keep up the good work ladies! read more

So, this afternoon my wife received a package via mail and unfortunately due to shipping problems some of the items arrived broken and damaged other items ordered. Wife and I went out on a sort-scavenger hunt for the best Bath & Body Works within our neighborhood. To cut a long story short we went to three different stores; one store doesn't exist anymore, another store really didn't solve our problem, and then there's the store located at Renaissance Parkway. I'm so sorry that I don't recall the young lady that assisted my wife from greeting us into the store, solving the issue that we had, to checking us out with a 100% exchange to the satisfaction of both of us. Cashier #1679299 really exemplified what true customer service should be! Thank you for having a customer service representative that truly gives Bath & Body Works a Great Name! read more

I came here at 5:00pm to get some stuff. We went and stood in line and then were told that the line had been closed off because they were closing soon. IT SAYS THEY DONT CLOSE UNTIL 7PM! I went on a Friday! There were only four people in line and they told me I couldn't stay in line because they were closing soon TWO HOURS before they were closing! I understand that because of covid only a certain amount of people are allowed inside the store but to not even be able to stand in line to go inside two hours before closing is ridiculous! read more
