I tried to return it when I came back from my trip since I wasn't able to take it with me and they said no because "many other people had bought it and had not tired to return it." But how many of these people have tried taking it on a trip already. The manager was no help and the cashiers all backed him up even tho you could clearly see the luggage was new with two broken off wheels. If I could give them zero stars I would.

As a loyal Ross credit cardholder who regularly spends significant money at your stores, having a $7 exchange denied just three days after purchase is a major service failure. I purchased a clearance dress with minor damage that was sold to me in that exact condition. When I tried it on at home, the sizing was off, making it completely unusable for me. I returned to a Ross location three days later, intending to buy a higher-priced dress and apply the $7 credit toward that larger purchase. Instead, staff refused the exchange entirely. Furthermore, Ross return policy terms state that valid returns/exchanges are honored within 30 days and do not restrict customers to the original purchase location. Misrepresenting or adding unstated restrictions at the store level violates clear policy standards and fails basic consumer protection compliance with BBB. Receipts and written policies must be applied consistently. While $7 is a small amount, this is about basic customer respect and compliance. Denying a simple exchange on an item sold in this exact condition three days ago--to a cardholder ready to spend more money in the same transaction--is absurd. I request that corporate review this matter, honor the $7 credit toward my intended purchase, and address the store-level policy misapplication. Otherwise, I will take my business and credit card usage to competitors like Marshalls and TJ Maxx.

We don't carry DD's Discounts in any shopping centers in any part of Colorado. (Which is a total shame!) I found some perfect shirts and even a flowery skirt. I enjoy the racks filled with cute clothes for both women and kids. I don't really understand the negative comments for DD's Discounts. I've personally had a good time shopping in and out. I think we've visited this location on our vacation to buy more clothes more than I ever did here in Denver. I loved the long boho skirts but they did run a tad bit too large and long. I wouldn't generally buy my leggings here because they run as one size, and it doesn't really convince me that it'll fit my size in thighs and overall my legs. I loved the long dresses and the perfect alternative lotions, perfumes, and shoes as well. Guys, this store also manages to sell really nice watches, purses, handbags and shampoos. It is the ultimate cheap rack store to go to and not deal with the messes of shopping at Ross. I was actually pretty bummed out that Denver doesn't carry this line of clothing store chains. We do have, well, Ross, but it's not as impressive as this selection. I'm hoping one day that we will shortly open on here, until then, it's all vacation shopping to go!!
