The guy that stands by the door help me bring some running shoes from overhead a couple times the size I wanted wasn't in stock he suggested that I order it at the counter and have them delivered.(I live in the Mountain area) So it didn't turn out to be a wasted trip. Stopped by WSS Shoe Warehouse to pick up some shoes for my daughter and had a pretty good experience overall. I found her a pair of all-black Vans with Velcro--super clean and perfect for everyday wear. They have a really great selection of kids' shoes, so it was easy to find something that worked. Also grabbed some socks with their buy one, get one 50% off deal, which was a nice bonus. Customer service was okay--not bad, but nothing that really stood out. Still, the selection and prices make it worth the trip. I'll definitely be coming back for more shoes in the future! read more

WSS wants to take your money but they won't even let you get a store credit if it's after the 30 day return window. They lost me for one they barely offer half sizes so you are always stuck with buying one size up. Save your money and go elsewhere, where you are appreciated for your hard earned money. read more

Horrible return policy I bought some Nike monarchs second time they start squeaking on me. Brian was very nice try to help me the security on the front door. I called and asked Ronaldo or Reynaldo the manager and he said I had to go to customer service for Nike and let them know. I bought the shoes are at the store not at Nike. Very poor selection on sizes and pricing seems to be MSRP on everything. 2 sales guys joking and unboxing shoes, I never seen either one of them ask patrons if they could help. I asked one of them about shoes for my grandson and he seemed to be untrained in the product. The third guy waited by the door like a bouncer. The security gaurd greeted me and provided me with better service than the employees. I showed him the box and explained the missing charger and was like no prob, sorry about that. I was providing my receipt as insisted by the employee on the phone and he didn't even want to see it.. Service is horrible! Only got a greeting coming in the door. Workers saw me walking up and down the isles trying to find what I was looking for, no one offered to help. When I went to the register, I was the only one in line and it took a minute to be acknowledge. Then I went to use the yelp "check in" to save $10 on a purchase over $60. The cashier asked, whom I presume to be the manager, "are we doing yelp?" Which he replied "no." Then take the f'ing check in off! I did get a "have a good night" from the guy when I left. I was looking for a work shoe that wasn't bulky and heavy like I normally find and this was the right place to go. There are two brands that WSS carries that I haven't seen anywhere else and the styles great. The shoes were stylish and light weight. I don't frequent this store but I will now.
