WSS - City Ride in all black Energen Lux white sole...Great running shoes! - Shoe Stores Near Me - San Bernardino, California

Stopped by WSS Shoe Warehouse to pick up some shoes for my daughter and had a pretty good experience overall. I found her a pair of all-black Vans with Velcro--super clean and perfect for everyday wear. They have a really great selection of kids' shoes, so it was easy to find something that worked. Also grabbed some socks with their buy one, get one 50% off deal, which was a nice bonus. Customer service was okay--not bad, but nothing that really stood out. Still, the selection and prices make it worth the trip. I'll definitely be coming back for more shoes in the future! read more

If you are going to lock up your products so that paying customers have to call or search and try to find someone to unlock the high security vitamin supplements you wish to buy, you should at the very least have someone available. read more

WSS wants to take your money but they won't even let you get a store credit if it's after the 30 day return window. They lost me for one they barely offer half sizes so you are always stuck with buying one size up. Save your money and go elsewhere, where you are appreciated for your hard earned money. read more

Horrible service and cheap shoes. This place carries cheaply made overpriced shoes. Their shoes fall apart right after you buy them. I would not recomemed coming here. Your better off going to Ross. read more

Worst service . 5 people and all grouped up at the register . Asked for help they pointed at a section and didn't even bother help me look for my selection . At this point what the point of having 5 people here when no one is willing to help . read more

Big store, large selection, weekly new additions. Family friendly. Reward system available yet ratio is a little unfair in my opinion. Could potentially lower prices to adequately compete with neighboring shoe retailers via location. Over all satisfied with experience. read more

Horrible return policy I bought some Nike monarchs second time they start squeaking on me. Brian was very nice try to help me the security on the front door. I called and asked Ronaldo or Reynaldo the manager and he said I had to go to customer service for Nike and let them know. I bought the shoes are at the store not at Nike. He could've try to help me a little better contact them or he could send them back. How are we supposed to know the shoes are defective without wearing them horrible horrible. read more

Based on customer service... 1 Star. Floor associate was rude, and on his cell phone all the time. When I asked if he could check for a size, he told me he was going to check on his Rf gun, not back there, so that he wouldn't have to waste his time.. (really?!) sheesh... Other than that, they had good selection of merchandise. read more

Best shoe store in town great deals. I got 100 dollar shoes for 40 dollars. They have a great selection. Van's. Nike's. Adidas. And more

If I could I would give this location 0 stars. The employees were rude and not helpful at all. Customer service was awful!

Prices are fair. They have this type of card thing where the more you buy there the more 'points' you get which later can be used on your purchase. Ive also seen coupons thru the mail for this place. Tip: NO half sizes for kids (converse or vans) read more

Very poor selection on sizes and pricing seems to be MSRP on everything. 2 sales guys joking and unboxing shoes, I never seen either one of them ask patrons if they could help. I asked one of them about shoes for my grandson and he seemed to be untrained in the product. The third guy waited by the door like a bouncer. I have to give them a poor for service. these type of shoes could be bought at Big 5 cheaper. read more

Last night I finished my christmas shopping at this store, As soon as I arrived a guy with curly hair named Kendrik greeted me and offered to help. Great customer service and great shoe variety . Definately will be going back !!! read more

Staff was super helpful, very nice people. Prices are great, selection could be better but got a ton of Xmas presents here.

The security gaurd greeted me and provided me with better service than the employees. I showed him the box and explained the missing charger and was like no prob, sorry about that. I was providing my receipt as insisted by the employee on the phone and he didn't even want to see it.. Color me confused but in the end I improved the star rating because they fixed the mistake. read more

La Quinta W. And Silvestre Ramos were very rude and not helpful. Silvestre said he would give me a discount if I gave them a 5 star review I don't think that's right for a "manager" to give discount for a review. You need to earn your stars read more

Service is horrible! Only got a greeting coming in the door. Workers saw me walking up and down the isles trying to find what I was looking for, no one offered to help. When I went to the register, I was the only one in line and it took a minute to be acknowledge. Then I went to use the yelp "check in" to save $10 on a purchase over $60. The cashier asked, whom I presume to be the manager, "are we doing yelp?" Which he replied "no." Then take the f'ing check in off! I did get a "have a good night" from the guy when I left. Yeah, f - u too pal! read more

I was looking for a work shoe that wasn't bulky and heavy like I normally find and this was the right place to go. There are two brands that WSS carries that I haven't seen anywhere else and the styles great. The shoes were stylish and light weight. I don't frequent this store but I will now. The store was clean and organized and the staff was very helpful. read more
