I have used JAM since 2002. They have designed, silkscreened, arranged for embroidery for many logos and other promotional artwork. Their service is outstanding, the price is fair (you always get what you pay for), and the final product has never been less than perfect. They have taken the time to provide me with insight pertaining to my initial item (e.g. this t-shirt, sweatshirt, woman's top, etc.... is actually preferred because x, y, and z) which never seems to be the case any more with suppliers / vendors. I am a very little guy in the t-shirt business and the second time I used Jam sportswear they let me down big-time I must say the first time I use them they did a top-notch job all the way around the board including service there was a lot of contact when there was a problem and I appreciated that but this time was very different there was very little contact and I feel my shirt was unacceptable and looking at the finished product I feel there was a smudge and for business to be around 30 years I think they should have looked at it and said hey there might be a problem let me call this person and figure this out and let me make that decision but they felt they could make that decision for me I was told the format I sent the image in was the reason for the smudging(lesson learned on that one) I still think that when they printed the first one when it looked weird they should have called me right away they did not do so and when I asked why didn't they stop and call me like last time the lady responded I didn't request it and I was not aware I had to request a sample because the first job I gave them I got a sample t-shirt so I was thinking I was going to get the same type of service because that's what I was told that's why I went back I felt I got a great price great service the first time not so much the second time I was visibly upset distraught emotional I even told the lady I don't think I can even use these I'm at a loss with this because of the faulty pattern and she didn't even offer any discounts any kind of help whatsoever didn't even couldn't even redo the job from a customer standpoint with Jam sportswear being one-for-one 50% I'm not sure I will be going back or even recommending them to anybody I know as it takes me a very long time to save up the money to print my images I do everything out of my pocket with no loans so it's tough for me and when a problem happens I definitely feel it I just wish this company would have called me and let me make that decision read more

Went to this place because it's the only printer near me. I live in riverside. Came out here and was so badly disappointed. I just needed 3 sentences on shirts. They estimated $20 a pop. That's very high. Consider this, you have to know already the font you want. From a website that your not familiar with. You have to find it. Tell them what you want. Then someone? Will type set it. Get back to you 1 week to 2. Then you have to email back how to correct it. Then more time to email the corrections again. I estimate 1 1/2 months to 2 months. What the Hell? I kept asking if I am just see for 10 min what I want and how it's going to be set. I'd pay the outrageous price. The front girl said " oh no" " it has to be an appointment and it starts costing $50 or more to have that done" What the Hell? AGAIN! I'll be happy to drive farther to get it right and have BETTER customer service for the price. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! Guaranteed poor service and way too high prices. read more

Have used them several times for small jobs. Typically good experience. Always willing to pay whatever charge for my request. Paid for a job that was done incorrectly. Informed them of the mistake was told they'd take care of me. Had more work done and was never compensated for previous mistake. When I brought it up they put 100% blame on me. They are the experts not me. They pretty much told me to go somewhere else which was very shocking. My money is just as green as anyone else's...sad that I was treated this way. Nothing wrong being particular with how your stuff for your business is made. Bad business if you ask me. Try another place. They made me feel very unwelcome. Use to refer lots of people to them...guess I'll stop doing that. Don't want nobody else having my experience. This wasn't the first time they messed up on an order. Don't ever expect to get anything done within a deadline here! They told me they would email me a sample of my logo before they put it onto my shirt, they never did! Instead, they text me an image, very unprofessional. Next, they said my order would be done on a specific day, it wasn't done until the following day for pick up. Then, I bring in a few hats to have my logo embroidered onto it, one guy says "no problem" it'll be six dollars and I'll have them call you about it on Monday. Well, no phone call on Monday, I called Tuesday for someone to tell me that their guy was wrong and in fact they don't embroider hats. Finally, I call them for the disk of my logo so I can use it to make a letter head out of, one lady tells me they will have to convert it to a digital file so I can use it for that purpose and it will be done the very next day! Want to guess what happened? Yeah, the next day didn't happen even though I called and asked the day it was suppose to be done if in fact it would be done and they of course said yes. Well, the next morning came, I called and was told I would be called back and that it also would be done by that afternoon. Close to the end of the day I called to find out it wouldn't be done and that they would just send me what they have. Don't EVER go to JAM Sportswear if you have a deadline or even for average customer service! read more
