Line up twice at Guest Service. Cause first line was for Lost & Found. But above sign state Guest Service. Maybe cause I'm not Diamond or Turquoise. Staffs just directed me to up other side. Line up again. Gotten Trudy check for me said its in your card. This voucher was given cause of the Long Line, wait & inconvenience encounter on the Shopping Spree . So went back to 1891 store again to finish my transaction. This time question by Oscar Lead Supervisor, was questioning me and tells me to go back to Guest Service AGAIN! This time I TOLD him to go there himself. Told him I talked to TRUDY. And the Supervisor there is Irma & Alma. I was so irritated & so UPSET! From a nice day to shop first time in these store. To a very BAD Humiliation encounter. Since his the LEAD he should have known about these vouchers & was inputted in my card. The HUMILIATION that I encounter:( My son witnesses these, that informed me I have to put it in writing. To informed higher up about these incident, that no patron or customers should ever encounter. Since my son knows I love to shop. And forgot how I was treated. Reminded me about it. When Oscar did finally came back, he informed Brianna never apologized to me the inconvenience. After I had to tell him to go there to find out himself. Cause for me to line up again. Like a Yo-Yo:( Well at least they know now. So next customers won't have the same HUMILIATION encounter like me:( What could have improved. Knowledge for Managers, Supervisor & Lead what YAA is being offered to the Guests or Patron. And most important of all. They should pick up the phone to that dept. To talk to Supervisor to Supervisor or Lead to Lead. Not inconvenience or telling the guests or patron to find out themselves. While they work there faster for staffs to find out. Via call

I came in to return it and they said they can't return anything after December and if it's a quality issue we'd have to contact new era ourselves, In other words they don't check the quality of the products they're selling to their customers, at least stand behind the products you guys sell . And I was gunna exchange it and get another one but f that I'm never giving them my business anymore and I suggest you don't either unless you don't care about quality

This is my third time coming to this boot barn (the last time BTW), and it's unfortunately the third time that I've had to speak with her. She is very unwilling to help, answer questions, or just be a pleasant human being. It's unfortunate, because trust me, we are the financial and social demographic for this store. And I refuse to spend another penny here. It's a shame that everyone else is so wonderful, and one person has to ruin the perception of the entire store, and ruin our experience all three times that we have come. We come in in a happy joyous mood, because who wouldn't be happy to buy cowboy boots and hat. And we always find that the second we speak with VERONICA in any capacity, happiness leaves, and we regret even getting out of the door.
