When I voiced it she tried to stall my service after the fact that I spent more then 700 dollars by moving an associate from the floor to another part of the store so that he wouldn't help me while I was talking to him. This is my third time coming to this boot barn (the last time BTW), and it's unfortunately the third time that I've had to speak with her. Great Customer service Jessica called a store and held forever trying to find a top for me they didn't have in stock for me appreciated the help. Thus store is chock full of goodies! It's parking lot is tricky, but you can manage. It's in an industrial area. Samantha was so helpful to us for finding sizes I needed. Frank was also very helpful in finding Dickies coats that I was looking for. Overall, there's so much stuff it's a bit hard to navigate the store, but you can find EVERYTHING! They also carry wide and extra wide boots. We got a few work boots here for my hubby. Great deals and awesome warranty on all there boots. Most of the staff are very upbeat and friendly very helpful. He also spends a lot of time on it and will fix things that the average person will convince you is acceptable or things that you may not even notice is wrong. Completely disappointing and angered. My husband and I were shopping for boots for his work. We never were asked if we needed help BUT there was an employee who made it very obvious he was watching us as if we were gonna steal. We got the pair we needed and he watched closely then approached us and INSISTED on taking the boots to the front for us. So when we go I notice EVERYONE had their items with them so when I asked if I bought a pair of boots am I allowed to carry them myself. She said yes of course and I said so how come they take boots to the front and she said it's only when a customer is struggling or have a lot of things....but in our case tattoos. He completely discriminated my husband because his tattoos. It felt degrading because we were the ONLY ones that couldn't carry ours items up. This was my hat that I left for a cleaning back in January. They called me yesterday and said it was ready and today when I picked it up it was clear that they scrubbed so hard that the white began to come off. Non of the other parts of the hat were cleaned and they tried to get me to sign for it before unwrapping it to see it. You sign that they are not responsible for damage when you drop it off which is understandable but this is the reason for this post. This hat was my grandfather's and I thought I'd be able to get it cleaned up here at boot barn. The time it took had me a bit weary but this honestly made me sad. I could have just left it the way it was and it would have been in better condition than it is now. SO just remember, if it's free, it probably costs too much Oh and they said that there's nothing they can do and that's why you sign before you leave it as they offered me to reread the paragraph on the form. Lizeth at the counter is absolutely HORRIBLE. She had a bad attitude from the start of the transaction. We had brought up a pair of steal toe boots (and accidentally picked a "non mate" pair which is understandable) she then complained and battered us that we picked the "non mate" pair. She takes them away and replaces them with a pair that was non-steal toe (without our knowledge). The new pair she brought up was also ANOTHER "NON-MATE" PAIR. When we questioned about it she said it was not a big deal? Why not just let us leave with the original pair that we picked out in the first place? Ridiculous! She also almost didn't give us our local union discount which felt intentional until we asked about it. We did not want to argue, so we left with grace hoping that was the end of it. Unfortunately we now have to come back and exchange the pair we actually need. I am a customer service representative and manger. I hope management makes some adjustments and can improve with the team after an incident like this. read more

We are extremely disappointed with our visit. We went in with plans on purchasing a cowboy hat in the $200-300 range. Unfortunately the display hats are all out of reach requiring an employee's help. The older woman helping us didn't have her glasses so couldn't see the boxes that are even higher than the display hats. She was not very helpful almost pressuring my son to settle on one. Then she said she'd be right back and left. It turns out she went on a break but didn't inform us. The other gals "helping " were equally bothered by our requests to try on various styles. Nice store with a good selection of cowboy boots, wallets, Jean's, belts, shirts, belt buckles. You can go in as dressed as an accountant and transform your self into a cowboy from head to toe. I noticed one thing though, the selection for exotic boots is limited, but not to blame the store is just probably the trend.
