This Boot Barn location is nice and clean and has a lot of menswear. Women's clothing and boots are located on the second floor. Only disappointment was the very small selection on Women's boots in sizes 5-6.5, my wife ended up just trying on boots and found some on amazon. The staff was very helpful but they sell you boots that start falling apart after maybe ten times used( in maybe a year or so), 3/4 of that time spent in a cab of a crane. These were ariat workhogs, over 160 dollars spent and I am stuck with crappy boots. I wouldn't even trust them to buy red wings from them now, because of the quality of the boots they sucker people into buying. If i can post pictures I would just to show people that this is definitely not an overreaction. Sad to see they perfer money over satisfaction of customers. Not handicap friendly. All women's stuff is upstairs and the only way to get up there is via stairs. No elevator or way around it, needless to say I couldn't buy anything. If you want a sales person to treat you like family, then you should stop and visit the sales girls at Boot Barn. Delia and Deb could not have been better representations of lovely sales girls. We often shop in Boot Barn and this time was special because my daughter was picking out here first pair of boots. Delia was up stairs and happy to help and with a few giggles we shared a laugh over my little girl. When we checked out Deb helped us at the counter she was so helpful and very nice and struck up a conversation with my daughter, and the best one you could have with a 3 year old. Visited the Boot Barn today with my boyfriend who had to purchase new work boots. These boots must be: steel toe, water resistant & preferably puncture proof. We walked around for a few minutes a little overwhelmed at the selection. An employee which was a mature gentlemen in a cowboy hat walked around us and next to us but never offered assistance. Just then...Valerie came by and saved the day. She explained how the boots were organized from regular work boots...to steel toe...how the tags have symbols and what they mean. She stayed with us until they called her to help upstairs. Before she left...she shook our hands and ensured we were confident with the decision to purchase the boots. She also explained how to treat the boots and which products they offered. As we were walking out of that area another employee stopped by to ask if we had any questions...again the other gentlemen walked by and said I'm here but I'm not here! (Another employee younger blonde male) He again explained how to treat the boots we had selected and we were on our way! The cashier I believe her name was Miriam...was great and signed us up for the rewards program...she was thorough and extremely friendly! The lack of the star is the poor attitude of one employee! My boyfriend and I came here to buy him a new pair of work boots. He works in commercial pools, so he has a hard time finding boots that will hold up longer than a few months against chemicals and chemically treated water. We expressed some frustration about this to one of the employees, Josh, and he stayed with us for a long time giving advice and suggestions. Even though he got called to the front a couple of times (I think he might be the manager), he immediately came directly back to help us finish figuring it out. Went in to visit the store on 2/26/22 with my daughter and was looking for new boots. After trying on a few pairs of boots I made my decision and would need to return later that evening. I proceeded to the exit and was stopped from exiting as their was an associate by the name of Gilberto at the doors. He inspected me visually from head to toe, and focused on my feet and asked me "did I come in with those boots?" I replied "yes these are my boots. Why are you asking me?" Gilberto responded "just want to make sure." I then responded "Are you accusing me of shoplifting?" Gilberto did not respond and I proceeded to exit with my daughter. I returned back to the store a minute later as I felt racially profiled and requested to speak to a manager. While waiting for the manager I asked the other associates working at the cash register "is it standard procedure to ask customers leaving the store did you come in with those boots your wearing?" Gilberto comes from the back room and responds "no its not!" I ended up speaking with Lupita and Justin to express my concerns that Gilberto's actions were prejudice and racially motivated. Worst boot barn experience that I have had. I have been to many different boot barns between San Diego and Vegas. This one is by far the worst. The layout of the registers is ridiculous. There is no difinitive line that forms any where. I stood there waiting to check out and was unable to figure out where the line should start being that I was the only one in it... I asked where the line starts and was looked at but ignored but the girl at the register. I decided I would stand behind the gentlemen she was helping and I would be next considering there was not one else waiting at the time. She took forever and another customer had the same idea to stand behind the person being helped at another register. Someone walked up, asked where the line was, she pointed to the other register and said "it looks like one is starting right there".... Completely ignoring the fact that I was in the line behind her customer already. Needless to say I went to said line and two other people were helped before me. The girl was rude and acted as if I did not exist. The older gentlemen ( Larry) that did help me check out was also rude and unfriendly. I asked a question about the sales and got a very generic, don't care answer. When he entered in the information for the reward program, he did not verify it was the correct one. I asked him if it was, he just looked at me and went back to looking at the register. I had to make sure the points were added by looking at the reciept. The ONLY good experience I had at this store was with the girl upstairs in the womens boot department. She was friendly, held on to my items while I tried boots on, and is the only reason I am not giving this store a 1 star. Horrible experience, rude staff. read more

My husband went to this location for work boots. They didn't have what he needed in his size so they ordered a pair. About a week and a half later they came into the store, but they were the wrong size. This was on a Monday. They told him they would expedite the right size and it would take 3 days. A week and a day later they still hadn't receive them and it turns out the order didn't even get put in till Thursday. I recommend any one in need of a good quality pair of work boots do not go to boot barn. I purchased a pair of wolverine work boots here on Tuesday and in the store they fit good. After wearing to work for a couple hours(Which i work in the hospital) the right side loosened up a lot and does not fit now. On Wenseday i went in with the boots and receipt and they told me we can not take them back due to you wearing for a few hours. It is not my fault they sell defective items. They were also very rude not one time apologized and was no help. I did not want my money back just the correct boots. Very poor customer service they have and i terrible return policy. Any way they look at it they are not out money it is a defective item so they write it off or send it back to the manufacturer. I contacted their corporate office and awaiting a phone call from the district manger. I also contacted wolverine themselves which they told me the boot i had was made in 2001. Wow boot barn!!!! I am now waiting for a new pair of boots from wolverine themselves, they were very courteous and very helpful unlike Boot Barn. Many members in my family are also in construction and i will let them know how terrible boot barn is and they also will stop shopping there. read more

Worst Boot Barn experience ever!! Having been to at least 5. Went to return a pair of boots that I received as a gift. Shannon was rude and non accommodating. Perhaps it's the holidays or she simply needs a hug. After purchasing another pair with accessories as I was walking out, I stopped to look at some other items only to be watched like a hawk as though I was about to steal something. My daughter and husband were trying on another pair of boots that we planned to purchase until we were informed the newly purchased items and bag needed to leave the store. It was very unnerving to say the least. After spending a lot of money at this particular Boot Barn, I will not be back. They have lost all my future business and referrals. Boot barn has a great variety of clothes boots and accessories cowboy belt buckles ... everything they have is top notch. The staff there are helpful and very nice. I gave four stars because their stuff is pretty pricey. They carry really cool western wear and lots of bling things for those girls. WooHoo!! This Place is great I have been buying boots there for years and keep telling all my friends and coworkers where to go. The selection of boots could be better for the Made in America. The boots made in China are still good and sometimes are more comfortable than others like the Red Wings that are made in USA but are to high priced. I have even had some boots that were worn and split and they took them back and gave me a new pair. I had a coworker tell me that he even had a pair that he wore and just did not like them and Boot Barn exchanged them for him which made him very happy.
