The service is always good and they really check in the back when asked. They have a great selection of Nike's on and off sale I've grabbed a few pair myself. Everything seemed reasonably priced from the graphic tees ranging from $15-$50 with a wide selection including plain Nike tees. Only downside is you won't receive purchase points when shopping in the stores so if redeemable points is important shop only online. Returns no problem just have the receipt and get store credit if you choose I've done it read more

Shoe Palace - Retro's on sale last pair $130 - Shoe Stores Near Me - San Bernardino, California

The staff was terrible and unable to assist my son when he tried to buy shoes. They were rude and yelling, showing no willingness to help. My son ended up leaving and purchasing shoes elsewhere. Save your money if the staff is going to be unpleasant. read more

I went in to Shoe Palace in hopes of finding a specific shoe my son was looking for. The shoe had been sold out online (on Shoe Palaces website and other retailers) and prices were getting jacked up by re-sellers. I didn't know for sure if the store would have the shoe I was looking for as they do not keep inventory on their website for storefronts. However, they had the shoe he really wanted. Happy son = happy mom. And although the store was super busy with back to school shoppers the employees were friendly and helpful. read more

They never have my size. Here in Victorville the staff has been kind however visiting the store each month for a year. The shoes I've wanted has never been available. The stores suggestion is that I go online, after going online the same shoes are not on sale neither will they honor the discount. read more

We were looking for some exercise shoes and one of our nephews recommended Shoe Palace. We were given a genuine greeting from a young man with a 49ers mask. Within 5 seconds a young lady named Kendall asked if we needed any help. We let her know what we were looking for and she gave us a few choices. We tried on a few different pairs and sizes. Once our choice was made Kendall rang us up and even offered up some shoe cleaner. Upon leaving the 49er mask young man thanked us for stopping by. Thank you for being very helpful, your suggestions and your attentiveness Kendall. Employees like Kendall will earn our repeat business. read more

Honestly I have to say how much I appreciate Tamika! She truly went above and beyond to help me. Her customer service and care was top notch. This is not something you get to experience with people anymore and I absolutely recommend to go to her for a good customer service experience read more

Went in to shoe palace and waited 20 minutes. No one came to to check on us so we decided to take our business elsewhere

Check the shoes before you buy them. They used. Someone switched out the new ones for some old dingy ones.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Having people enter raffles when they don't even do them. Not a good thing to do wasting people's time read more

I love the customer service that comes from Andrey. Early in the morning and he already has an attitude of servitude. Super kind and motivated. These are the kind of workers that make you want to come back. Thanks, Andrey! read more

Love coming here the workers are helpful. Gave it 4 stars because sometimes when I go in they don't always have either my size or the shoes I want. read more

Andrey was awesome Great service helped me out up beat ready to go fast helped me find everything fast !

Briana was amazing! super friendly & she helped me find a specific shoe I was looking for!

Recently made a purchase as a gift for my daughter. To start, the customer service is friendly and accurate but the actual commodity was disappointing. I inquired about a shoe for my daughter and all that was left was the display version (not a big fan of displays and this one was an example why) I told the worker that the shoe was a little scruffy from being on display and recommended that I get a discount off the shoe. She didn't see this as a problem and agreed to ask her supervisor. She then comes back and says there was "magically" another shoe of the same size in the back. This seemed a little odd to me being that she was back there already and told me that was the last one. She then comes out with the box and immediately goes to the register. I proceeded with the purchase. When I get home I open the shoe and noticed that it was the same display shoe just cleaned up a little. The shoe had the same crease and the laces were dingy. This was very unprofessional and I immediately returned the shoe. Seems to me the supervisor was just trying to save the company a buck or two, sorry but 1 star on this location! read more

I was looking to grab a raffle ticket for a release. They do not do raffles. It's a first come first serve starting at 7am. Nothing wrong with fcfs, but I thought it was odd that they do releases differently than the other stores. read more

DONE!!!! I'm a guy that likes nice things bkz I work hard for my money. Well, I will never come here to this location or any other. 3rd time here and I figure it'll be a cool turn around. Well, unfortunately I was wrong for the 3rd time. Customer service sucks beyond retraining levels. Every single time I come it seems like none of the workers want to actually work. They look miserable and seem to not like their job. They really carry that non approachable don't want to be courtesy zero enthusiastic personality. My wife and I just left this location and we are beyond over ever spending our hard working money here at this location. And we are convinced all their locations must operate the same. With our visit we wanted to return a pair of Jordan's and while we were here I wanted to buy several pairs of Air Force 1's. Well unfortunately like the last 2 visits workers look like they can't leave their post (standing in the corner) bkz what ever they were talking about was worth more than my wife and I wanting to spend money there. NEVER again I will forever not shop at any of their locations. I will be submitting a complaint to Corp as well. read more

All I can say is amazing customer service. A young lady named Ariana was very helpful. I walked in and asked for reliable work shoes, sure enough she recommended me the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. She was great at explaining why the make of the shoe was so comfortable. She was very patient and quick on her feet too. To top it off her multitasking skills were impeccable! She deserves a raise!! Overall a great and positive environment read more

I went here the other day and bought a pair of shoes they were really friendly and have a good selection of shoes for kids I will purchase from here from now on they were very professional and very attentive read more

Bought my shoe here. I was looking for a certain adidas and they have it. The guy that was helping made sure that I had the right size and he went back and forth because I couldn't decide on the size of shoe. Very helpful read more

Every time I come to this location they come through for me big time. Got the run around at a different shoe store, called here and they were able to help me out. The associate went above and beyond to hold a shoe for me since I told her I was on my way. (not sure what her name was but she had braids). Quickly greeted myself and my mother, helped us out and we were on our way. With the store being full of people, she was attentive and it was greatly appreciated. read more

I have called for a few different shoe releases and the employees who answer say they have no idea what I'm talking about. I even give them the release date and the exact name of the shoe. I don't know if it's just me, but employees should be knowledgeable about what is in the store they are for working for. I understand it's "just a job" and they want their employee discounts, but this is just ridiculous! These employees should be trained on shoes (at least new releases as there are MANY sneakerheads), trained on how to answer the phone, and trained to help people. I mean customer service is a big part of working with the public. I've even gone in to the store and employees are just talking to one another not helping customers. They care more about socializing with each other about their personal lives than they do making a sale for the company. read more

The people are so nice here!!! I came in to find some shoes and they ended up not having them but then they gave me a 20 to 75 percent off coupon to go to their place across the street. This was so nice!!! As soon as I came in one of the guys asked what I was looking for and what size so I told him and we went to the back and tried to find them and he got the other lady to go back in the back and try to find them we ended up not finding them but their service was great read more

Found and bought my shoes that I have been looking for and could not find anywhere. Fast service, really busy.

The entire staff was wonderful. I would like to mention Chris. This young man went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get exactly what we needed. Even tried on a jacket so I could visualize how it would look on my son. I didn't get the other young ladies name that helped me Identify and shoe model from a picture I had in my phone. But since I will be shopping there again I will get it. read more

I have never had such a horrible experience shopping at this mall until today. To start it took 30 minutes to get helped and when I had a question there wasn't a single person available in the entire store. The worst part of this experience was as we were being rung up the very rude cashier did not acknowledge us at all because she was on her cell phone having a conversation and we were apparently inconveniencing her she sucked at customer service and never even said hello she just threw our stuff in a bag and didn't even say anything. No one I know will be shopping here ever because of that! read more

Staff is very helpful and friendly unlike other stores. I kept asking for different sizes ( my daughter is picky and is always between sizes) They were very patient with me even though they're all young lol trust me I've been to other stores where I get attitude just for walking in. NOT HERE they were all very welcoming. I found my daughters shoes, spent my $80 and left :P I will be back for more shoes when needed. They always have a lot to choice from...different brands, colors, styles...they also carry children shoes/sizes. Lots of seats to try on shoes and they don't leave you standing around looking clueless...Love it! read more

Shoe palace staff is very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. Service was excellentl, as were the prices. I will be going again soon.

I have a love hate relationship with this place.First, great environment, cool, hip music, love the way the store is setup. Also has 85% of the newest and classic shoes, which some are tough to find in San Bernardino, and sometimes the internet. One time, I went though,I asked for a pair of Nike's in my size, the employee said yeah, went back to check and didn't come back haha.He forgot about me!Also, they have a promo, where if you see the shoe you want, but they do not have the size, they'll order it for you.Well, this backfired on me.I went in to buy a pair of Adidas, and they did not have my size.So I ordered a pair. They told me that they will call me,in about a week.I waited a week and half, and no call.So I called them, and they told me that they hadn't got them.I was fine with it,as I also work part time retail and know how some shipments can be delayed.I waited another week,so I called again. They said they hadn't gotten them.I ended up waiting a month.I called again, and they still did not have them. That same day, I went to the mall with my girlfriend, and just thought that I'd walk in.I asked for my size in the same pair of Adidas, and bam, they have them.I was never notified. This kind of shocked me ha.But hey, accidents happen I guess. This place is ok,not too bad,not too good. read more
