With every visit I am not only met with an expansive inventory offering countless selections, but also with good prices, great value & sales, and truly OUTSTANDING customer service personnel! You will really enjoy your visit here, and will likely be pleasantly surprised at the quality, fashion, and availability of all sizes, colors, and styles with all their inventory. While their clothing is, and has always been truly top notch, what genuinely brings me back every time is their friendly, attentive while not "hovering," knowledgeable customer service associates and the ease of returns, clean & tidy store, and store associates who truly care about, and enjoy what they do! How many times have you had to leave the dressing room to grab different sizes when visiting other stores? Well, not here.....ever! From the dressing room associate to the very first associate who greets you as you walk in, the Levi's Outlet Store at Cabazon is a truly enjoyable experience staffed with exemplary, highly professional and knowledgeable associates from the manager to all floor personnel! With this visit, a very special thanks to Levi and Jason, who both ensured I had yet another very enjoyable, highly successful visit! I encountered Levi (great name, huh?), at the fitting rooms, thank goodness! Without his attentive assistance, advice, and suggestions of several other similar, better fitting garments, I'm certain I would've left with far less merchandise than I did. His exemplary knowledge of the inventory resulted in suggesting items for me that I wasn't aware of, and in making sure I had all the styles and sizes I needed without having ever having to leave my fitting room! His suggestions resulted in better fitting, perfect garments for me, including several items I wasn't planning on buying but that fit so perfectly and looked so nice on that I couldn't leave the store without them! Bravo Levi! You sir, are a true professional! At checkout I had to return clothing I had purchased online, wanting to exchange them for new and/or different items. Expecting a hassle, I was so pleased with Jason at the checkout counter. Zero hassle, ZERO.....so easy! Yet another knowledgeable professional whose sole motivation was to make certain I got the best deals available at check out, and that I had the opportunity to take advantage of any/all applicable BOGO's that I wasn't aware of. Very simply put, Jason provided me and every other customer at checkout with the finest in service and assistance. This Levi's Outlet Store NEVER disappoints, and always impresses me! THANK YOU ALL!

The selection is always good, and while costs creep up, their deal to buy one, get one half-off is always good value. I've always liked Levi's T-shirts as well, especially their trademark stripes. Recently, I updated my wardrobe with new jeans and a nice Italian leather belt that only cost me $10 after the layered discounts. Unheard of! Fantastic quality and still smells like new leather. Generally, I go very early or very late in the day, weekdays in particular. Otherwise, it can be quite crowded in the parking lots and walking around. Sometimes they have specials and jeans are even cheaper. Another tip: Always size down on the jean jackets.

When I asked the young man that acted as a manager as to how am I supposed to buy pants, he said you should know what you want. I informed him that I lost some weight currently and do not know, he says you should try the elbow method. Then I ask them if there is a return period, because I'm willing to buy all of them and try them on at home, the only thing they will do is exchange or give you store credit, no refunds.
