When it comes to customers they walk by them and if they are stocking or putting things back on the shelves or racks... they don't greet or ask if they can be of some sort of assistance. Today I returned a few items and the cashier was not pleasant to save the day. Talking to a manager is futile because the managers don't even greet the customers. I visited this location (yesterday) on a Sunday afternoon. My first time ever at this location and…read moreit was NOT giving good customer service. While the store was very clean and tidy there were about 3 young women standing at the cash wrap just chit chatting. Didn't greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. An older woman came in about 15 minutes after I did and was greeted right away and told all about the special deals going on - $45 jeans as well as 60% off sale - then a woman came over to ask me if I needed help finding anything after I had already been in the store for quite some time with no help. I told her I needed to exchange some pants for a smaller size and she told me they may not have them, before she even looked and I promptly told her that online it said they did have them. She looked again and they indeed had the jeans I was looking for. Upon check out the cashier had to ask two employees for help checking me out- they were just standing and talking about nothing related to work. Upon existing I thanked the woman for helping me and she said "mmhmm". (All I could do is chuckle) needless to say I won't be returning to this location. HAPPY MONDAY :)
